This place used to be affordable. I recently tried an Urban Plate. They asked me if I wanted onions and brown rice. What they didnt tell me is they charge extra. So a new price, out the door, is close to $18!!1 In my own personal opinion, it is not worth it. The food they serve is not worth $18. If I were you, avoid this place at all costs. Again, this is my own personal opinion.

Small hidden gem, takes EBT and the food is delicious, service is great, food is served fast, and its a quiet place. I recommend this place to anyone that likes to eat great tasting food.

I like the urban ramen soup, its delicious, love the noodles, the chicken is a little bunt but its good I think they can add maybe 6 shrimp, instead of only 2 it is a $12 soup other than that Im happy.

The California roll was delicious. However, the Indian girl in the register needs to stop being cheap with the napkins. I am a customer who visit the restaurant about 2 times and I dont like she give you 1 or 2 napkins for an oder of 4 people.

Went in for the spicy roman with the egg and onion. Before I even sat down she greeted me with a good morning which made me feel great. I then placed order for a water which I spilled on accident on the table. Jasmin was very nice and polite and didn’t get angry when I asked for help to clean the mess. Definently Coming back not just for the food but for the friendly service thank you Jasmin

It is with great sorrow that I write this review. Ive been coming here for about 6 years now, and have been satisfied with the reasonable price, consistent quality, and friendly service. Until now. There is a new girl, Chelsea, and she displays some of the worst customer service and work ethic Ive ever seen in my life. Interacting with customers or doing any kind of work at all seemed like a great burden to her. She didnt bring us our food (the previous purple haired employee, Kara, used to), my food didnt come out right and she made it pretty clear she wanted me to just take it anyway so she didnt have to go out of her way to fix it, and based on her demeanor and body language she just seemed generally bitter and annoyed at having had to show up or do anything at all. I wont be coming back or changing my review until Chelsea is either removed or set straight. Very sad.

First time is so cal, ordered the house soup. I was charged for veggies i didnt ask for. When i asked what was in the soup i was told it was included. Then i get to my hotel shrimp was way over cooked, meat tasted like reheated left overs. The veggies, one piece of cabbage, broccoli and sliced carrot. I didnt even finish it. Extremely disappointed.

Ive been here 3x and each time its been great. Food is always hot and flavorful. Staff is always attentive and takes the time to answer any question and doesnt rush you. And to top it off they accept EBT.

This place used to be very friendly to come to. Not sure if it changed owners but they need to hire better friendlier front people with hospitality. These people act as if you are bothering them but in actuality customers pay for there employment. Once they realize that they might smile more.If they are unhappy with the job then maybe they should go to school or trade center to get a career in what they enjoy doing. In the mean time just be happy you are employed and treat all people as you would like to be treated.Humble yourselves life will be so much more fulfilling.

Usually fast service and great food except today, we ordered three simple bowls and waited more than 20 minutes to receive nothing. The girl at the register took 3 orders after us and got them out no problem but when the person with her last order came out the girl at the register still didnt notice that we havent gotten our bowls even standing right infront of her. And when we asked for our refund she still blamed the people in the kitchen. Please take more time to train your staff in customer service.

This place is absolutely amazing!! Ive lived in Buena Park for 5 years and we decided to try it out when the siblings came to visit. Not only were they quick to deliver, but the the food is delicious!! I got the avocado/crab roll and it was the best roll Ive ever had!! It was fresh and I loved how there was avocado on the outside as well as on the inside! It was amazing!! Highly recommend!!

This little fast-food of an Asian cuisine is a real delight and alternative to other main-brand Asian fast-food restaurants. While it tends to be a bit pricey, the flavor and the variety of its menu is all worthwhile as it seems that they make by order at times. As a resident living around the area, this is a place that I highly recommend to all, regardless if youre visiting or just want to try something new. Trust me, you wont regret it.

My hubby brought home, usually the same boring fast food. Today he came home with I gotta say The Best Dinner from a restaurant, Ive have had in years! So perfectly fried were the egg rolls! Light airy, flakey, Crisp and full of some great tasting tasted like rice and veggies, so Good! The dandelion salad!! Omg! Fluffy freshest sprigs! With sesame dressing! Served with Fresh Yummy juicy orange slices! Gotta say, and rave! My compliments to the cooks, and brilliant manager who hired that Gem! Dont let him/her go! Infact, real good cooks are hard 2 come by, Id treat that one very well! Dont forget about Xmas bonuses! Lol! Thanx for the awesome dinner!

I ordered spicy chicken plate. This was just thrown together. Siracha sauce mixed in after chicken was cooked. Extremely hot couldnt enjoy it, I received veggies not cooked just thrown in my box. Plate comes with salad and fruit, I received no fruit or salad. Im disappointed and dont plan on coming back.

Pretty good teriyaki beef bowls. Thursday and Fridays are typically very busy days. I suggest you call your order ahead for pickup. The staff is always friendly. I prefer the beef over chicken bowls. Sometimes the chicken bowls seem a little chewy.

If you like upgraded Maruchan, this is the spot, had the urban ramen which had some flavor, decent boiled chicken finished lightly on a pan fry for a grilled appearance. Good temperature on the broth a bit bland as you would get just from boiled hot water with spices. Asked for green onion on the side but still served on top thus the rating on delivery, taste and service was fine.

I used to go to this place about once a week. The teriyaki is some of the best Ive ever had and is very inexpensive. However, the last time I went there they told me they wouldnt allow dine in orders a full half hour before closing time. I ended up eating there anyway, and was gone in ten minutes. The lazy kid at the counter really rubbed me the wrong way and I havent been back since.

I order californi rolls and crunchy rolls. The crab was tasty. Same for the shrimp. Cashiers are pretty nice and polite. All roll order come with free miso soup. They also have plates. My favorite plate is the urban plate, it comes with chicken, beef, shrimp, rice, salad and about 3 small slices of orange.

Place is dead. Had a bowl and sushi roll. The beef bowl was awful. The rice seemed overcooked and the beef meat seemed old and overheated. It was very bland. Too much for almost $9. On the other hand, the sushi was really good and fresh.

When I worked in Buena Park this was one of the offices go-tos for lunch.They offer a variety of different foods ranging from rice bowls, noodle bowls, plates, Ramen and even tempura if I recall correctly.Cant go wrong with any of them really.I particularly love the chicken they make here. I usually go for spicy chicken Ramen or the spicy chicken rice bowl, both for a great value of 7 dollars or less with good portion size.They will do to-go orders on anything except Ramen.The place itself is a octagonal hut-like structure right off of Orangethorpe and Beach if memory serves, pretty easy to see. Theres good amounts of parking and usually enough tables to seat everybody who eats here.Staff is always friendly and they play the latest pop music inside.
