I have ordered from Urban Location several times. My friend and I were craving a late night sweet treat. I enjoy the boba drinks they serve. They have very creative flavors. Give them a try.

Comfortable, clean and enthusiastic, every type of bread has its own unique flavor unlike other places, so you should try it.

There was a bug inside one of our drinks. As my wife was drinking it she felt an off texture that wasnt boba. She spit it out thinking it was a leaf or something similar. Turned out to be a bug. Absolutely disgusting.

The food Im not sure if the cook was to careless but the wings I ordered for my daughter were very Stale the mozzarella sticks same Im sorry not sure if the cook or product at fault but I will give it another try some other day other than that MIND BLOWING BOBA THEY HAVE delishhhhhh various varieties THIS SUPER NICE GIRL at the register is awesome couldnt have had anyone better sweet Customer service every time greated with smile and very outgoing personality urban location rocks 👏🏼💁🏼‍♀️ thank u Denise for your hospitality in Customer service

Really great place! The customer service was good. They took an adequate amount of time to make the food, but best if you order ahead. They also have the FiveStars loyalty program that uses a phone number for points. Loved the crab meat fried rice, really delicious. The curly fries are alright, too thin to enjoy them. The seafood fried rice was pretty good too, but only had one shrimp and a lot of bean sprouts. They made a mistake with my drink order so double check everything before you leave. The Thai Tea was delicious, one of the best Ive had. The matcha milk tea was alright, wouldnt recommend it (and Ive tried dozens). The boba was also alright, average if anything. Overall its a really good place with some great dishes. Would come here again.
