Incredibly friendly service. I enjoyed watching the process of the bread being made. Ordered the club sandwich and it had fresh veggies that I appreciated and crispy bacon. A great combo! Loved the side salad as well. I enjoyed the balsamic dressing included. I will be back to try more for sure.

I had the BBQ Tri tip with vinegar and lime chips. I ended up not being able to finish my sandwich so I saved the rest for the late. It was still good after a few hours of sitting! The location was really clean and the tables were whipped down. They had great juice options but didnt have traditional sodas outside of Coke. They were off-brand sodas, all still good!

Have always had excellent food and service. Yesterday, I was hungry for a grilled cheese sandwich. Urbane makes the BEST. Ordered take out. Was surprised and disappointed to see that there was almost nothing between the pieces of bread. Minimal cheese and avocado. Crazy!

Very clean, friendly service, and delicious food. I liked the many vegetarian options, but as Im trying to incorporate some the occasional bit of fish into my diet, the ahi tuna options were quite nice as well.My son had the Southwest Chicken sandwich and loved it. My Ahi Salad was also delicious.

I thought the place was nice, it was clean. Ordered the BBQ tri tip sandwich for me and the So Cal sandwich for my wife, delicious. Decent size menu, prices I thought were very reasonable. Excellent service, excellent food. I had the the portabella sandwich and oatmeal raisin cookies. The sandwich was amazing and cookie was so warm. I barely got one bite of the cookie and it dropped on the ground. I explained the mishapto the cashier and she pleasantly gave me another. Kudos to a great place to eat.

I went here with my buddies from Bakersfield and I was pleased with the service. They were friendly and handled my order in an orderly fashion. The food is amazing here, I had the BBQ tri tip sandwich; which, was very juicy and delicious. They also had their own selection of sodas as well. Customer service on POINT! There was a slight miscommunication through the telephone service this evening while I was trying to place an order. When I arrived the staff was immediately helpful, SO friendly and super apologetic. Our order was placed first in line and brought to us in just a few minutes . The food was delicious, the drink selection was AMAZING, and the cookies were Divine! We are a vegetarian household, and will most definitely be going back (good vegetarian places in Bakes are hard to find)!

Usually love this place. I have been going to the Valencia location for years. I was so excited Bakersfield finally got one, but was disappointed when I visited. The restaurant was empty, but it still took 20 min to get my sandwich and then when I finally did get my food it was cold and the cheese wasn’t melted. I felt it didn’t even taste the same. Employees definitely need more training and they may need more staff in general so wait times aren’t so long.

Went in today for their Grand Opening. The Staff were great, supper friendly and the menu looks like nothing Ive seen in Bakersfield! All items looked great, had a hard time trying to decide what to try first. Had the Banh Mi Chicken sandwich with a small salad and a craft soft drink. All were very good. First time here. OMG!!! Delicious!! We had the Turkey club on a focaccia bread.The entire sandwich was fresh and it came along with a mixed greens salad with like a vinaigrette dressing topped with mandarins. Bread was bomb. Along with some hot n fresh baked white chocolate chip with cranberries, white chocolate chips and lemon and chocolate chip chunks. Alll cookies were delicious. They gave me a free peice of bread. It was delicious. The peice of bread was the most delicious and yummy thing ever. The lady was very nice and gave me the peice of bread on the way out. I went up to her and told her that the food looked delicious. She said thank you. So I asked for peice of bread because Im an annoying little kid. She gave me the bread and laughed as me and my family left. We walked out of the Urbane. I had the peice of bread and shared our only food in our Model S Tesla. It was delicious. I only have an hour lunch and 12 pm should be when they are supposed to be on top of their game as most people working nearby flock the restaurant near by for lunch time. I waited 25 minutes just to order and another 10-15 for my food. Avoid this place at lunch time stick to other restaurants nearby which are cheaper and just as good. Seating is HORRIBLE.
