Pleasantly surprised 😁 I wasnt sure what to expect, but its quick and delicious 👌 usually quick doesnt mean healthy but they are changing that view. Delicious bowls, soups and sandwiches. Fresh and tasty 😋 I would go again if they had one local to me.

Left a very very honest review on the APP. . Guess they dont care about customer service. Hence this edited review of the T.O. store. No matter what, check your order before driving away. Manager did not even check to make sure my order was correct. Shout out to Ventura and Oxnard stores for always going above and beyond when minor errors happen.

I usually get the power veggie salad with chicken added here but decided to get a sandwich this time. The salads are nice and filling but a little lacking in chicken considering I pay extra for it.I expected I would get two full loaves of bread in my sandwich but its one loaf of bread cut in half to make a sandwich so their sandwiches are really half sandwiches. The bread is delicious and VERY filling. I think... the highlight of the meal. All in all pretty good for the price. However, I think I prefer the salads and add on extra bread - if you must have it. Its the more guiltless option. Again, I just wish theyd increased the protein portion, if you pay for it as an add on. At nearly $4 more to add on a protein, more than 2 ounces would be nice. Im not sure how much they put on it but, again, it seems lacking a bit.Love this place. Its a great healthy option, if you keep the bread consumption in check, but theres always that little voice in my head that says I hope get a little more chicken this time.

If you are looking for fast, healthy options, this place in one if the best. I was looking for vegetarian items and they have plenty on the menu. The bread is delicious as well. I got a salad with quinoa, corn, avocado, goat cheese and some other yummy stuff. It was perfect for a mid-shopping lunch break on a Saturday.

I had the best experience today; a month ago, I went to the same restaurant in Simi Valley, and I thought I would never return. But the people in the Thousand Oaks location are AMAZING! The manager and her team were accommodating and won me over. My son also loves the kids pizza; highly recommended. I wish the management were the same in all locations. Thank you so much!

Great food and great service! I love eating here for lunch. The bread is amazing and freshly baked. I love the Cilantro Chicken salad and the Peruvian sandwich. The Peruvian sandwich is full of flavor, just the way I like it. I would have given 5 stars, but they have forgotten the dry roasted tomatoes on my salad on several occasions.Overall, great place to eat healthy.

Friendly, clean, and fast cafe. The chicken was not dry and the little side salad is fresh, overall a much healthier meal vs burger amd fries from other places. The cafe was spotless and it seemed like someone was always cleaning the tables or emptying the waste cans. The mint watermelon juice was a real refreshing treat. The lemonade was also excellent, tasted homemade. They also have outdoor seating and allow pets outside which is sometimes hard to find. The prices were reasonable and an excellent value given the very fresh food and good serving size. We will be back often!

The food is amazing. Try the gourmet grilled cheese sandwich was delicious. The staff are SUPER real and friendly. Chocolate Chip Cookies 🍪 looked mouthwatering. Next time, I will try one. Great environment and plenty of parking in the back of the building.

Urbane has great tasting sandwiches and salads. I sure wish they had a presence in Sacramento. We enjoyed our So Cal sandwich, Cilantro Chicken salad, and the Cafe salad. Cookies are warm and a tad sweet. During the pandemic I felt safe coming here to place an order for take out.

The food here is top notch for quick service, and the staff is pretty good as well. They have a great app for ordering online, and the rewards come fairly quickly. The only catch, is that if you call in or order online, always check your order. I eat here a lot, and they miss stuff regularly. That is the only knock I could give this place. So know that going in, and you wont be disappointed.

Id love to give them 5, but they forgot my dressing today (at 1:15 on 9/10/17)! Im on my way between SB and Irvine, and as I stopped for gas I saw this gem next door. I wanted something healthy, so I got a corn and quinoa salad. It looked amazing! As my husband and I were a few miles down the freeway, I opened it up and looked in the bag, but no salad dressing. 😫 Im sure its a great place to eat, just check to make sure you have everything for your customer and as a customer. My ultimate favorite place to eat when visiting, Ill have any delicious salad please. My GO to, being that I live on the prairie now, was In N Out, but Id rather eat great fresh food rather than greasyness when I visit. They had a seared ahi tuna salad last time I was there, so good!

Overall the food and service were good. The omelette was about average and the ingredient options were a bit lacking. The breads were good. The potatoes were well seasoned but cut too small and overcooked. Ill at least give it another try.

Urbane Cafes have great quality healthy food, but this one has a terrible parking lot, people fight and honk over spaces, and the restaurant itself feels shoved in. Definitely a peculiar location for such a popular place- maybe best to go for dinner/likely busiest at lunch. Also best to sit at outside tables.

Amazing food! Their BBQ trip-tip sandwich has always been to die for. Just stopped by yesterday and tried The Californian, adding it to same list, artichoke hearts, avocado, sun dried tomatoes, mozzarella, herb aioli - delicious! Upgrading from 4-star to 5-star! Shoutout to my dad who works there! Ohh, you need some milk? Well they can hook you up! They have pastries such as croissants, long french bread, and some italian unbuttoned bread!
