I visited the store on March 31, 2020 to pick up an order for a client. The food was ready. The staff were very helpful and fast and courteous. I enjoyed picking up food from here because everything always perfect and I never had complaints from clients. Their food is amazing at this delicious and everyone in the area likes their food you could order for breakfast lunch and dinner. The parking lot has a lot of spaces to park and easy access in and out close to the freeway

Stopped here and picked up an Abbott Southwest Salad 🥗 100% plant-based. I must say it was pretty darn good. I believe it’s a special right now, not on the menu. Has avocado, carrots and chorizo. The dressing that it came with was like a chipotle mayo. I really wanted to go for the California Sandwich because I’ve had it before and know it’s good, and one of my favorites. I was sooo tempted, but trying to stick with low carb. Got my salad and of course realized later they tempted me again by sticking a big piece of tasty looking bread in with the salad. Oy! Testing me. Now that I know, I’ll ask to hold the bread next time!Update: Heard a response from Urban Cafe about my review and they did say the Abbot Salad was just added to its menu and it is here to stay!

Hearty sandwiches with good flavors on very tasty bread. We had the Sundried tomato and pesto sandwich and the southwest chicken sandwich. Enjoyed our lunch by the beautiful fountain in the courtyard!

The Californian sandwich is 100% veggie. All ingredients are fresh, but the artichoke hearts with the bread is what really makes it unique.

This restaurant has never disappointed me in the almost 10 years I’ve been visiting. Everything on the menu is delicious, and it’s always well prepared. The staff are friendly, although there have been times when I thought that those at the register could some professional communication training.The food itself is fresh and that bread is UNREAL (treat yourself and get a loaf to go sometime). Don’t drink soda, so not sure about the flavor/proper mixes, but the tea is usually good.It’s always very clean inside and there’s lots of seating outside as well.The only negative things I can think of are some poor communication at the register and the prices steadily climbing. But I guess everything is getting more pricey so…This place is a strong option and regularly a pleasant experience.The Turkey Club & Socal Chicken are highly recommended, and don’t forget to tip. :)

Picked up a quick dinner at this Urbane cafe location.Friendly staff, no wait and adequate parking.Ordered their So Cal chicken sandwich with chopped salad mix instead of spring mix, an extra order of their delicious bread and a turkey club sandwich, no tomato. Only took about 15 min to prepare and all entrees delicious.Will definitely return to this lication when traveling through Agoura Hills area.

I came here for lunch one day and thought it was good. I got the mango salad which was the special and it was delicious. The place was pretty busy, so Id say that theyre doing pretty well. The food seemed to be very affordable and really good for the price. The only thing that seemed to be an issue was seating space, which is partially due to The Habit being right next door. Overall, it was a good meal and I will definitely be back.

Love this place. Salads are huge and nutritious and not too pricey, especially considering the freshness and quality. I dont live in CA so only go to Urbane when visiting. Hope they expand out of state!

I have been coming here for about 7 years. The food is consistently good and takes about 10 minutes. The staff are always nice. They keep the place clean. The only downside which they have no control over is the horrible parking during lunch rush, with very few 15 minute parking spots.

Sleek and convenient Urbane Cafe brings decent sandwiches at premium prices. I appreciate having a healthier option in the area and find that their staff is friendly and the service is fast. The tables inside are sometimes dirty upon opening and its often had to understand my order when it is being repeated back to me.

Today was my first time at Urbane and Im very pleased with the food and service I received. First of all, the environment was clean and the location was easily accessible. Secondly, the food was delicious and healthy. If youre trying to clean up your diet, this is the place to be. I would suggest the Southwest Chicken Sandwich, but thats just me ;)

Lines can get very long, but worth the wait. Their sandwiches with a side salad make you walk away feeling like you ate someting very good. If you are super hungry, you may still be a little hungry when you leave, but overall solid food.

Healthy choices! Ive never actually been inside, but I was outside, and Ive tried their food. Mostly sandwiches, and salads. I dont know if they have fries, I hope they do. I can be healthy, but not that healthy. However, my favorite sandwich has to be their Turkey Bacon.They keep a nice social media presence. I hit them up on Facebook all the time. I think its about time I go visit again, I just wish they opened a little bit earlier, since I work so early.

First experience was delivery.2nd visit was take out. Is this a healthy alternative? Perhaps but I would rather they included vege chips for sale instead.Customer service, due to masks and the plexiglass...... THEY need to LISTEN to avoid errors.

I love Urbane Cafe!! I was in the area visiting some family and decided to introduce them to the wonderful dishes. I went inside and place orders to go. They block off all the tables and practice social distancing which is a huge plus. The staff was incredibly nice and they were helpful with explaining dishes to my family that had not been before.My husband accidentally ordered a tuna salad when in fact he wanted the sandwich. We arrived at the house and he realIzed he had ordered the wrong thing. We went back and they were able to exchange it for him even though he ordered the wrong thing. The customer service is amazing and they really do want all their customers to be happy!

Urbane café is a small chain that hopefully grows. The bread is freshly made in their ovens, and they actually accept Chase pay (see: 5% categories). This specific location had an estimated 25 seat indoor and a 15 seat outdoor, and parking was easy.The food was satisfying, but seems a little lack luster. I ordered a sandwich and it came with a side salad with nut, cheese, and berry toppings. The restroom was out of order, but we could still wash hands. Overall it was an average experience akin to silvergreens.

Great flavor, good value, nice staff and a clean environment. The AC is freezing in this place so bundle up. Expect to pay about $15 with drink per person. Unique flavors and a touch of care to the process.
