Near the back of the casino is the Black h Blue Steakhouse. 4 of us went out to dinner after one of us won well at the slots. We used coupons and cash from the winnings to buy dinner. We passed an enormous salt water aquarium on the way to the restaurant.We went to the Black & Blue Steakhouse. I had the $69 3-course dinner. They brought 4 choices of bread with 3 flavored butters. The first course was an excellent French Onion Soup. Then came the best, most tender steak I ever ate. They brag about their steaks. Dessert was baked Alaska. I never had that before and was quite pleased by it. RECOMMENDED.

Fire cracker shrimp is highly recommended for appetizers. So good, I can actually have 2 servings.... I had San Diego burger, I never had taste a burger with cilantro. For me, I never thought it taste so good with avocado, red onion, tomato, cheese, etc.... also, I love their fries, tastes so good and so crispy. Lastly, we had chocolate cake for dessert. So decadent, so good. Have a nice day. Enjoy!

We were close by so we stopped in for lunch. The food wasnt that great. It was a bit overpriced for what it was. Our service was okay (nothing outstanding). I guess we were hungry or else we would have looked a little harder for something else.

The casino is okay, I do not gamble so just tag along with the wife.Very clean Casino, too much smoking areas and not enough Non-Smoking areas.Parking is a little wild, people driving way to fast & dangerous in the parking garage.We miss the old Valet Service, the new one is not what we prefer so we park ourselves.The restaurant Pints & Patties has GREAT FOOD & GREAT SERVICE! I highly recommend eating here.Pints & Patties Gets FIVE (5) STARS!!!

We went to eat at the buffet and were standing in line when my mom collapsed suddenly. The hostesses were very quick to call for help and run and get water. The on-site medics were fast and very professional and knowledgeable. The teamwork was awesome. Then the EMT’s and firefighters got there very quickly and got her stabilized and coherent and made sure she was okay and took her to the hospital we chose. They were all so kind and amazing and compassionate. They all did a fantastic job. Their response time was rapid and we honestly couldn’t have been cared for in such a stressful and scary situation any better. Thank you to all of you that made our scary family situation as least scary and as pleasant as possible. Mom is doing great thanks to all of the wonderful people at valley view, and from the emergency response teams! You guys are amazing! We didn’t get to enjoy the lobster buffet unfortunately, but we will soon! Thanks guys!

Wonderful experience. We dined inThe Black and Blue Room. The foodwas delicious. That chef really knowshow to cook the perfect steak, thesides cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this dining experience. We had the three course meal. They start you off with a little tray of finger food. Then you pick from a variety of warm fresh breads with different variety of butter. Soupor salad, entree with 6 to choose from, and four desserts to choose from we decided on Baked Alaskaa mouth watering concoction of perfection.Our server Mel made our dinnera delicious vacation.

This was my first visit here in about 5 years. Its evolved quite a bit. Theres definitely been renovations and add ons. Its much bigger than it was 5 years ago. Ive always loved the location. The ambiance inside the casino is inviting and friendly. I suggest becoming a member to gain points. The points accumulate and turn into rewards and gifts. Which you can benefit from by being a member. I didnt play the machines, I was accompanying my grandparents who were picking up a gift. Maybe you guys can check it out and see for yourselves? Im confident that you will enjoy yourselves. Free soft drinks stationed by entrance!

I came to Harrahs for the weekend and thought I would check out Valley View Casino for the buffet (all you can eat lobster). As a new member, you get $100 in various coupons to use at their different snack shops and restaurants. Plus, you get a free Bluetooth speaker. When you join, you start as a red card member. To get into the buffet, you have to be a blue card member, which is the next Tier up. The collection of slots is different than Harrahs, which is a pleasant surprise. The pizza at one of the snack shops is completely homemade and was wonderful!! The only negative thing about this place is the requirement to get into the buffet. It seems to be extremely popular and rightfully so. The reviews online seem to be the best you can get. So, they have to limit attendance somehow. It also creates motivation to play more to get next tier status. Brilliant marketing. Lastly, the Blackjack tables are all 3:2. Why do local Casinos have to be better than the big national chains? I can not get these kinds of perks back in Indiana.

I would rate this 5 Star, if I didnt have to wait to eat. This new Buffet experience is not ideal for those who simply just want to enjoy a buffet. The new process is to sit, look at a menu and order.... My family wanted soup and salad, I did not, I came to eat, having to sit here, watching my family eat soup and salad as I wait for my food is torture.... I miss being able to simply get up and get my own food. Also, the portions are very small, and waiting 15 minutes for every plate rather than being able to simply get my food and enjoy is ridiculous.

Would have been a better experience if it wasnt for the gut-wrenching, overwhelming smell of smoke. Unfortunately, the non-smoking area is too small and has a limited amount of fun slot machines. On the other end, I love the friendly staff, the food, and the self serve soft drinks machines.My recommendation: needs a better ventilation system, expand the non-smoking area.

Havent been here for a couple of years. They changed a lot of the casino very nice. We went on a Sunday evening. My husband decided he wanted to have dinner. We didnt have a reservation but went into the Black & Blue Restaurant to see if there was an opening. The hostesse said yes, they had an open table. OMG,!!! this place is amazing!!! You have to try the Cheese Cake its so delicious. I promise its like anything you have ever had!!!! Cant wait to go back for dinner again.

This facility does not comply with ADA laws (Americans with Disabilities Act). They do not have an accessible handicapped restroom option, as it is LOCKED and far away from the main area. I am a wheelchair user, and require assistance in the restroom from a female caregiver, and they denied me an accessible restroom by blocking the entrance to the womens room. They took a picture of us, requested our information for tracking purposes, and banned us from returning to the casino in the future in an aggressive manner. Furthermore, there are no handicapped bathroom options in the buffet area, so if you are a wheelchair user with a caregiver, you will not have an accessible restroom in this space. If you have a disability like me, this is NOT a safe facility in the community!

Good food. Lobster very delicious. Its been a while since our last visit. They renovated and very nice and big now compare before. Its nice that the restroom on their buffet section is inside now and we dont have to go outside the buffet. The only thing I dislike is the way they sit their guest, non-valued or classic member have to wait longer than their preferred member. They have to sit in 5 or 6 group of preferred guest before they pull from non-valued or classic card holder. They have to change their method. Plus sense of urgency of sitting in their customers. Alot of empty tables but a long line of people.

The entrance leads straight to the smoking areas, which was non-intuitive. The air and the ambience in the non-smoking side were much better. I came here with my friends for the Buffet. They have very good deals for the lobster buffet ($20) if you come on holidays. Expect long lines if you come on big holidays though. They also have the $10 steak buffet but I havent had the chance to try it yet. The lobster tails are a bit small but its a buffet, what can I say. We ended up gambling a little and it was fun. You can either get a casino club membership or play the slot machines with cash. I think they accept $1, $5, $10, $20 dollar bills.

The best luck I ever had gambling was here. They gave me a free bluetooth speaker on my first visit and lots of free play money coupons for food and other amenities there at the casino. Its clean, not too crowded, and employees are friendly had lots of fun. I only brought forty bucks with me to play and I stayed for Hours. I did Not win huge but I won enough to keep playing for hours & Went home with 100 bucks!! Ill be back!!

Lots of great and new machines. We had a GREAT ENJOYABLE TIME. Looking forward to our return trip. Saw one running around other side, so I went over and she told me that was not her section but would send some one over. Well needless to say, no one ever showed up. We asked a technician that was walking past us. He took our orders, but again after 45 minutes no one came. We asked a 2nd technician and still 20 minutes later no one showed up. Heck. After 4 hrs of playing we finally got a cocktail waitress, ordered our drinks and gave her almost $20 tip. Needless to say SHE NEVER CAME BACK TO OUR AREA. Well I believe they definitely need to improve on this.....WHO WANTS TO LEAVE THEIR MACHINE WHEN THEY NEED A DRINK?

Ate the buffet. Disappointed. My family stood for 2 hours in line to get a table for seven. We didnt get the table and were split up.Waitresses overworked. The food was cold when served. Ordered medium rare Prime Rib, it came raw red. Couldnt eat it. I would Nn*ever bother to drive there again for the buffet. It was certainly not worth the miserable wait, or the distance to travel to eat there. All casinos without buffet style foods are poor.Best thing on menu was the creme bulee, and it was so tiny. Needed 5 for 10 bites. Cookies are okay. Just like Costco cookies.

We were in the area and stopped in to get our free tshirts, eat lunch @ their diner, and to do some gambling. The male employee at the players desk was rude when I asked for the free tshirt ... experienced this on a previous visit also w/a different male employee. 🤨Lunch @ their restaurant was delicious, service excellent, and the prices were consistent with what youd expect to pay at a casino property. The gambling was good for 1 person in our group ... the rest of Us just made a donation to the casino.

This was my first time visiting and I am well pleased with this Casino experience. Valet parking is FREE but I still gave a tip as a courtesy. Walking into the Casino blew me away for its location to be up in the mountains. Valley View has had some upgrades I hear and for that I appreciate the beautiful remodeling. I dined in at The restaurant and the food was delicious. The pricing was great for the amount of good served. The room was spacious for me and my Aunt. The bathroom was my favorite part of the Hotel. The pictures speaks for itself. I visited on the day of the 53rd Superbowl and the theater room and its accommodations succeeded my expectations. They had free refreshments, soda, chips, cookies, popcorn, ice cream, you name it. I recommend you visit for yourself. Lets mention I won on my first round on the slots. I arrived at home happy and in a great mood. I will definitely go back again and again and again.

I go there to get out of the house for a cpl hours. I play 3 card poker and 2 different slots. Ive not hit on either machine, nor have I hit big at the tables. If you go there to win, youre going for the wrong reason. Ill be a gold card holder by the next time I go. Huge waste of money, but I dont drink or have anything else I can do to help me cope with my PTSD. Its actually pretty sad.

I spent the night there on Feb 23 a Tuesday. It was great nothing to complain about. The room was 149.00$ ok price. The food was all great. I ate at patties and pints and had a rib eye steak, it was good and tasty. The baked potato was big hot and fresh. The chocolate cake was the highlight for me, it was HUGE. So good, layered, not too sweet just right. The people that work there are so nice and know the job well. I ate breakfast at the CAFE its called. It was free with the room. Great stay . Give it a try, its real nice!!!

Maine Lobster Buffet! The only thing that we did not expect was the 2 hour wait in the buffet line. The lobster and variety of seafood and desserts were superb. Delicious hot chocolate and hand scooped ice cream and many other dessert delights (including sugar free) made it worth the wait.Complimentary valet made it easy to get in and out.I gave it a 3 star rating because of the long wait and because the minimum variety of slot machines.One plus is a self-serve soda fountain machine so no more waiting for drink service.

Patties and Pints is a great place to eat. Wait time is an hour minimum unless theres space at the bar. I always order the blackened tuna salad because its delicious. Ribeye was a little well done when I asked for medium rare. My wife usually gets a burger with cookies and cream spiked shake. Buffet at the back is great too with unlimited lobster tails. Right now due to Covid, you order 4 items from menu and they are served to you. My wife and I go up to 3 rounds of food before ordering dessert. Casino is fun and always busy. I prefer to blay blackjack but havent won any significant amounts so far. Slots are bad but thats just me being bias because of my luck. Good luck and great fortune to anyone that comes to play.

This casino needs to seriously fix or upgrade their air-filtration system. As soon as you approach the double-glass doors leading into the building, youre greeted with air heavily saturated with cigarette smoke. Within a few seconds of being inside the casino, I felt my lungs tighten and had a hard time breathing even in the absence of any existing medical or respiratory issues.

The Valley View Hotel is a amazing Hotel to stay at while the Staff pays 100 percent attention to your needs .The Buffet is quite an experience as well as The Other Restaurants they offer. Im not so lucky at these slots here at this Casino. There was only one visit I came in and did good. its been 2 times in a row and now I Dont even want to come here for my birthday. Definitely not my favorite place to gamble at anymore. Only thing I Like is that you can smoke cigarettes inside the casino. I will probably now only come visit once every 3 months instead of once of month. going to go try Pachanga out. Thought this was San Diegos favorite place. Slots where really tight even the Frankenstein game they have out burned 100 real quick not one bonus! really felt ripped off. lesson learned ! dont play somewhere where it aint paying !

Good size slot gaming but wished they had more theme related ones like game of thrones/wizard of oz etc. Stay on the non smoking section if your allergic to cigarette smell because it will hit you in numerous area here.

The rewards card is whats happening first cause its quick to accumulate points like a good week and then you start getting voucher money and you can eat at the cafe... Nice clean casino tucked in in the Indian reservation about 100 miles south of LA. They have non smoking section thats a nice feature of the casino so you dont have to breathe the smoke from cigarettes smokers while playing. I wished they have a bigger non smoking section area since theres a lot more non smokers than smog producing people. Hotel is kinda boutique with free breakfast offers excellent value to stay. Best of all is the all you can eat lobster buffet after 4pm.

The buffet is to die for! 200 items in the main buffet, and a 100 foot long dessert bar. All the food we put on our plates is outstanding. Weekends all the Main lobster you can eat. One per trip but you can go back as many times as you want. Service is as good as the the food. Dirty plates disappear, plenty of top of the line napkins, butter, (for the lobster) and refills on the drinks. Soft drinks, tea, and coffee with desert are all included. 32.95 per adult. On the receipt you pay first, they only ask $3.00 tip per meal. We always tip more with the good service. This has been my favorite place to eat for several years now. The buffet seats 700 people, their will be a waiting line around 5:00 go early and enjoy. After eating we enjoy a little gambling on the Penney machines.

I always used to go to this casino almost every weekend for the slots but mostly the buffet it’s absolutely great but after COVID they started implementing this only blue,silver,black and gold card members can only eat at the buffet which I think is disheartening because they are saying if u don’t spend a lot of money u can’t eat at our buffet which seems very unfair and somewhat racist I used to tell my friends that valley view casino was the best and had the best buffet around I never cared about the full price at all that’s how the food was I am sorry to say that I will never tell my friends to go there again and I am sorry for u that unfortunately a lot of people feel the same as me until u stop this practice I will never step in your casino again I will just go to Yaamava and the other casinos Here where they don’t do this 👎

The Buffet is good. Just be aware that you will wait. They need to hire more servers. They do a horrible job when it comes to providing food to patrons when its late. One place may offer food and it will take 45 min just to get to the cashier to order food. They need help with hospitality. They get 2 stars just because theyre bigger is good.

Recent I have visited Valley View for gambling 3 times over 2 months. The 1st visit I won a jackpot/handpay. The 2nd time I was able to turn $355 of MorePlay (freeplay) into $700 cash. I had the breakfast burrito and it was delicious.I attached a menu from another restaurant but didnt eat there because they dont open until 4pm.6/29/22 UPDATE - I visited Valley View on Sunday evening. I figured I would get some food and play a bit. Well this is the WORST CASINO for ordering food. By 9 pm on Sundays all but one food of their food venues are closed! Next at approximately 9:05 p.m. I pulled #97 but they were only on #16. I came across people who pulled their number at 8 p.m. but their number wasnt finally called until 10:50 p.m.!!! Yes, a nearly 3 hour wait JUST TO ORDER FOOD. Then there is another 45 minute or longer wait to get your food. This is the only food option after 9 p.m. on Sunday so you either wait, get in your car and drive to Harrahs 5 minutes away, or drive down the hill into civilization to find a typical fast food restaurant. The service here is horrible when it comes ro eating. Ive had similar experiences on other days of the week, 10:30 a.m., 3:00 p.m., etc. So I dont feel like this was an isolated incident!!! Due to the poor service I am done playing at and visiting this casino. I will cash in on my residual comps and keep it moving.

They give you free play, and a number of vouchers to different food vendors without you having to spend a dime initially. Crazy good deal. Maine Lobster Buffet is not a buffet, but all you can eat full service restaurant that requires a mandatory $7 service fee on top of $49 price tag. Moreover, it also require customer to be a frequent gambler that has reached at least 1,500 points for entry. They intentionally not to disclose how much money a customer has to lose to gain that many points. Furthermore, gained points are cleared out on June 30th and December 31st. From hardcore gamblers, it takes at least $6,000 lost to gain 1,500 points. Finally, the wait time to be seated is at least two hours! If the wait time is less than that they will close part of the restaurant to ensure customers wait at least two hours before can be seated. Because customers must wait to be texted before entering the waiting line, most customers lost even more before getting the meal. If this is not enough, their slot machines losing odd is exceptionally high, and they do not offer Wi-Fi.

This used to be my favorite of all the casinos in California. After my recent visit, it is by far became the worst casino in California. Buffet has been reserved for frequent players only, all other dining options has a minimum wait of 1 hour (I ordered a soup and a turkey sandwich which took 1 hour and 18 minutes), and the slot machines do not pay well, or do not pay at all. Staff were not helpful. The only positive thing I can say is the free soda. Other than that, an entire visit becomes a gamble.

My wife and I have been coming to Valley View for many years and whether we win or lose we always leave having enjoyed ourselves. The Moreplay, Dining credits and Gifts are welcome perks. We would like to recognize Lamia at the Cafe for her excellent service. She goes above and beyond in every way.On our last visit a week ago I was particularly disappointed to see that virtually all the machines that have Ultimate Poker in the Non-smoking section were removed for newer, but less interesting machines. Of course there are ultimate poker machines in the smoking section but many of us arent comfortable there. Id like to know why a few werent left in the non-smoking area and if theres a plan to put some back in. Another solution would be to remake the small smoking area adjacent to the non-smoking area that have ultimate poker machines back to a non-smoking section as it once was. The way the buffet goes the server will take your order then goes and get it for you rather than you getting it yourself. No more self service. But overall our experience was good. Be prepared to stand in long line for mornings breakfast even with VIP pass for staying at hotel. The breakfast is not buffet and the restaurant is under staff so wait is 45 mins to 1hr. Several places to eat but there is often a wait to be seated. Went to Valley View Casino for the all you could eat buffet. The food was good, but the lobster which was featured as Special for the buffet was very small. The claim the lobster is Maine Lobster. It might be but all the lobster served was bigger then 3 inches long and about 3/4 wide. In other words, there was not much meat on the lobsters. The crab legs were snow crab. Both were good, but more of a snack size then a main dish item. The vegetables served was awesome and the shrimp was good as well.The buffet provided a variety of foods from Mexican, Italian, Chinese and Japanese (Sushi), American (Prime Rib and Roast Beef to Chicken and Fish).Lots of fresh vegetables for salads as well as baked, sauted and grilled veggies. Also, the buffet offered wide variety of desserts, ice cream and fresh fruit.The waiters were excellent. Cleaning up dirty empty plates, providing plenty of napkins and whipes for your hands. They continually provided drinks (cold and hot) and asked if they could get you anything else like condiments (hot butter, hot sauce).The downside to the buffet is that you have to walk thru the entire casino in order to get in line for the buffet. Walking thru the non-smoking area was ok, but the smoking side of the casino was horrible especially if you have asthma. Even though the casino seemed to have good ventilation to pull the smoke out, the smoke smell was just too much on my lungs. I recommend for those with asthma to bring their inhaler and a mask.The second worst thing about the buffet was standing in line for 1.5 hours just to eat. We got in line to the buffet around 6:30pm and we did not get inside the buffet area until 8pm.The reason for the long wait was to due to the casino giving the regular customers (Gamblers) the short line for the buffet. If you have a member card, you were put in the VIP buffet line. You generally were seated within 15-30 minutes. For someone with asthma, standing in line around a bunch a people smoking for 1.5 hours was torture!If I were to ever go back, I would definitely bring a mask and my inhaler. I would recommend this to anyone who has asthma or any breathing issues.Its too bad the buffet could not be set up on another floor or the casino couldnt build a glass wall separating the smoking area of the casino from the buffet line area. Even my friends and my husband were bothered by the smoke.The parking garage was easy to access and park. The casino has free parking attached to the casino and hotel. Leaving the casino and parking garage was easy as well.I would have given the casino a higher rating if it was not for the long wait in the buffet line and for keeping people waiting to eat in the same room as the smoking side of the casino. Even though the dining area of the buffet is somewhat separated for the smoking side of the casino, you still have to be tortured by the smoke on the smoking casino side before you eat!The Casino really needs to look at building a glass wall between the buffet line area and the smoking side of the casino. It would make the entire experience and atmosphere much better. Light music in the dining area would also inprove the dining area.Only thing that helped clear my lungs tonight while eating dinner was lots of water and a strong cup of coffee after my meal!

Well, if you like tight slots and smaller casinos, this is your place. Actually, this casino is pretty cool they have a good burger joint with a bar and sports on the TV.. it also hosts a rad fish tank the size of a bus, which is really cool to look at . Its in the steakhouse. Ive never stayed in the hotel before, but the lobby is emaculate as well as the infinity pool. One 24 hr food place there with pizza ect its good when your hungry. Over all I rank the place a 5. They have a buffet kind of as welll

I tried going here after I had visited once before. That was my last time. Apparently they do not have a cleaning crew for the slots/video poker machines. Every video poker machine I went to had 2+ ash trays filled, spilling all over the screen and controls, not to mention left over cups and trash (and not just in one area of the casino). Stickiness on and in the buttons. Couldnt find one soul to even ask for some cleaning. Ive heard of self bagging, but self cleaning the machines!?!? Then when trying to play these video machines the buttons hardly worked and even the touch screen didnt work right. When I cashed out, I walked all over to find a change person, nope no one. Went to the change machine cashed out and left. And the sadness about it, it was 10-11 am on a Monday.Honestly, never again.

I was not able to stay there however I did get to play there. Not as what I thought it would be but it was ok, A few of the machines did not work but that happens. What I was not happy about was when we went to eat we were told it was closed. All eating areas were closed at 9:00 PM.. I thought that to be a little strange but ok. Stephanie, who was managing the door explained that they were closed and if I would like to sit at the bar she would let me know when it was available. Well that was fine. She pointed to a table and told us to sit there until it was our time to go to the bar. As we are sitting there I noticed quite a few people doing into the restaurant. So after quite some time I got up and questioned her. How do you miss someone who could barely walk and used a cane. She said is your name on the list and I said I dont know, you told me to sit over there are you would call when we are ready. She asked my name and told me it was not on the list. I said you never asked me my name, you just told me to sit over there, which I did. It is so amazing that she could over look a senior and that had disabilities! Seriously!! Or was it because of my age and my disabilities. I left but then came back to speak with the manager. The manager did apologize and did offer to make us something. I thanked her but said no, it left a terrible taste in my mouth the actions of Stephanie. I do not ever plan to go back to the casino or hotel. I have never been treated by someone like her. Hopefully she will get some training regarding senior and disabilities. Thank you

Staff are friendly and good. Prime rib is tender and delicious. However, lobster tails are small and salty, snow crab legs are dry and not tasty. Crème brûlée is delicious, strawberry ice cream is great, mango sorbet is a little too sweet but refreshing and the seasonal berries are fresh and juicy. Skip the carrot cake because too sweet for sugar free.

Meh. The freebies for signing up aren’t that great a bunch of coupons most people won’t use. I’d rather have a ninety dollar credit on players card to shop or buy dinner of your choice than nine 10 dollar coupons all over the place. The Buffet quality has improved greatly. Tuesday evening was not crowded at all. The service was quick & brought our selections in a timely manner. I forgot to request butter for the Lobster. This casino went down hill. Ive been a frequent player at this casino for the past few months. Last couple visits, it was very disappointing. Slot machines are nasty. Nobodys cleaning them at all. Yesterday 08/21/22 was really bad. Almost all machines Ive played were really dirty. Ashes,spilled drinks, empty drinking cups, ashtrays full of cigarette butts, etc. You have to clean it before you can play as they look disgusting. I will not visit this casino for a while. Ill be going to Barona from now on. Non smoking, very clean machines ( staff are going around making sure machines are clean), very friendly staff.

One of the gentlemen who worked for the players club was rude and prejudice. Had to call the supervisor to sort out the comp for new sign up.You have to insert $1 to activate for free play. Most annoying thing was you have to go back to players club to activate the comp for food and other benefits. Hint...use the card!Beware of having complementary voucher for patties and pints, voucher is good only for food not for alcohol. Michael, the server didnt even explain and had the audacity to force you to pay the gratuity set by him -20% for party of 3 that spend lest than 30 min.First in my history that someone forced the gratuity and tax for comp voucher. Wow...What a casino! You have to have 1500 points to be able to eat at their buffet. 1 point= $5. I dont know which Math genius who came up with this calculation. A player needs to spend $7500 in order to take advantage $50 seafood buffet! The wife and I stayed here twice in 2018-2019 and thought everything except the customer service (not too friendly) was good. The hotel room is great, the breakfast was great I loved The Cafe, but ever since the Pandemic hit unless you’re a big spending high roller or degenerate you ARE NOT WELCOME anymore. They want you to tier up (meaning spend $5-$10k) to have the privilege of staying at their apparently very exclusive club. Valley View has lost us as customers for life, I feel disrespected and not wanted so well take our chunk of change to Sycuan or Pechanga where we feel valued as customers
