Variable Cafe in Los Angeles

Amazing all vegan restaurant in LA! I loved this place and highly recommend anyone looking for plant based options to go there! The service was so great and the food was incredible. They offer a variety of meals that were delicious! I had the vegan shrimp Po boy sandwich which tasted amazing and came with fries! They offer indoor and outdoor seating in a little shopping area. The portions were pretty big and the prices were fair!

I had a lovely experience. I wasn’t entirely impressed. It was great for it being vegan and if you watch what you eat. The pasta was OK not much flavor. The chai tea latte was delicious and it was made by loose leaf. The carrot cake was nice but the frosting was super thick and too zesty of lemon for me. The service was great. Probably would give it another try and try something else.

Everything about this cafe was amazing. Excellent food. We ordered the sunset smoothie, drunk cauliflower, and sunset burger. They had amazing dips too. The dip that came along with drunk cauliflower and we also got a side of pesto.The sever was amazing too. He kept on checking on his customers. That was super sweet.They had parking spots too.

The entree was alright but the starters are great. The latte was great but the mug was a bit unwieldy although cute. The tea was quite nice. The cauliflower starter was delicious. We also had a bowl with tofu that I wasnt too fond of.

The food was great. Service was even better. Had a busy day and only ate here for lunch. Had the drunk cauliflower, N Seoul bowl, green goddess salad, with a cup of soup, and the pumpkin pie. By the end of the meal I was full, but it held me over all day and I didn’t crash but felt super clear-headed from all the clean ingredients!

WONDERFUL SERVICE + FOOD? Look no more my friends. I am so glad to have tried this place.One of my favorite new vegan places I’m coming back to.I’m on a more liquid diet and decided on their soup + mongo salad.I ordered through Grubhub for pick up but thought I’d change my mind and sit there.Called and someone picked up that was so sweet he said he would plate my meal no problem.First of all I thought it was MANGO salad and it wasn’t lol. I questioned if I got the right salad and he corrected me and told me it’s MONGO not MANGO.Anyway to offer he ended up giving me Apple slices to help me with my sweet taste buds 🥹 thank you. I love people that go beyond and all the things.Good seating, has a small parking lot as well. Shared with other places but I got lucky on a Friday night!Until soon ☺️💜✨

Everything about this place is PERFECTION. The owner, Plern, is an absolute genius!Plern has so much talent and puts all her heart into this place. You really feel like you’re being cared for here. And the food is phenomenal!

Lucky to find this spot on my first day in LA! Delicious Vegan food, amazing owners, creative menu, great music, nice coffee and outdoor seating. Highly recommend.

Very good vegan place. We will come back. We ordered 2 soups, Pho, and a bowl of Damngood Chilli. It was both so full of flavors and good ingredients which are organic. Portions were so huge, so we were battling to finish it but it was so good we couldnt stop. Their soy chicken is especially tasty, they use their own marinade and also use it in their sandwiches which I think well try very soon too. Staff is incredibly attentive and with positive attitude.

My partner and I got the drunk cauliflower, bahn mi, and the curry. Everything was excellent especially the curry. The owner told us everything was made from scratch and she spent a month developing the recipe--it all shows. Food is also a great value. Its a lot for a fair price.
