Vegan District Asian Eatery in Loma Linda

I wanna call it Vegan suprise, this place is delicious. I had a pouched egg (not real egg) on my fried rice, and it was excellent. The Orange chicken is a delicious not overly sweet with a nice tangy twist, the Fried Chicken meal is really good as well with every bite having a hint of basil on the back end giving it a really nice flavor. If youre vegan or not, the food is good. Check it out.

Having been to their two sister restaurants, I must say this place does not disappoint. They kept some of the same recipes (like the king pao chicken and cucumbers) and innovated some of their others (like their General Tso). The service is still great and we enjoyed the atmosphere. Can’t wait to see what they open up next.

First off I want to start by saying this restaurant is beyond what I imagined! The amount of options and the ambience is what drew me in from the beginning! I ordered the vegetable wonton soup with the vegan poached egg and the eggplant tofu with brown rice. The portion sizes are more than enough and the flavor of each of the dishes was epic especially the the eggplant tofu as it also had basil in the sauce and it elevated the dish even more. Much appreciation to the chef and to the friendly servers that helped me. If you are looking for a good place to have lunch or dinner with friends or family this is the place. Lots of indoor and outdoor seats to choose from and very relaxing music that wasn’t to overpowering. Needless to say this restaurant deserves a 5 star and I will be back again🤍🥢

Starting with the positives:The double Ls has more vegan options.The location is decent and the workers seem okay.Negatives:The food was bland, like it lacks flavor, authenticity, and most importantly love. Vegan food is an act of loving the planet unconditionally…The price was unreasonable. With the serving size and the lack of flavor, y’all need to lower the prices, make the price accessible for our community (we are a stonesthrow away from the Dino).Overall:Maybe in a couple of months or so, I’ll try again and see if anything has changed. There are all these rave reviews, but never trust what others say until you’ve done your due diligence. If you want ‘okay’ vegan/ veggie Asian food, just hit up “Happy Family,” you’ll be happier out there.

I travel for work through this area frequently and after a few days in the high desert with very limited vegan options I was looking forward to my favorite House of Fortunes vegan restaurant, only to realize I was put in a hotel pretty far from it. I was so happy to find this place less than 2 miles away! And I didn’t even realize until after I ordered it’s from the same people!I got the Mongolian pork and it was fantastic. I’ve had vegan pork dishes back home and it’s always oddly spongey and covered in sauce to hide the weirdness. This was chewy (in a good way) and delicious with tons of flavor but not a heavy sauce. I’m so happy to have found yet another awesome vegan spot in the area.

Such a cool little restaurant in Loma Linda. Very friendly staff, great tasting food, and a really cute vibe. Worth a visit! All vegan. However, the flavors are really creative and interesting.

First off let me start off by saying we were already hesitant to eat hear due to the high prices, but we said hey why not. For what you pay, the food is “okay”, and not that great at all.Second we were approached by the gentlemen that seems to be one of the owners and rudely said we do not allow outside food especially if it’s not vegan. So, to begin with, yes we brought a small tray of sushi in, but it was indeed vegan! Photos will be provided for proof. The only reason why we brought it in with us is because my girlfriend is pregnant and we’ll if anyone that has a baby or will be having one knows how cravings can get, momma and baby need what they’re craving! Not to mention there was no sign posted anywhere on the door saying no outside food was allowed, and if not what if someone is diabetic and needs a certain food? I also don’t see the problem when we do things like this all the time with other establishments and we’ve never had an issue. Also instead of jumping to conclusions why not ask your customer first who just spend $73 for food! What a way to make someone feel very uncomfortable. I’m sorry if your ego was hurt and you felt some type of entitlement, but we simply catered to the pregnant momma and I don’t regret it as I put my family first before anything. She was the one that even recommended the place for us to eat after getting her sushi and she was like never again will we go back and I couldn’t agree more.FYI the photo below is the receipt to show we got vegan rolls not animal sushi in case this post gets removed I will post it again without the receipt because I know how these reports work. The other photo is to show there is no signage of no outside food allowed.

Loved this delicious Asian eatery! As a vegetarian it was fun to be able to order any item off the menu. Menu offered dozens of choices for entrees and even had vegan cheesecake. Smoothies were delicious.I ordered the green bean and rice plate and loved that it came with veggie bacon. Portion sizes were very large.Some guests in our party felt that their dishes lacked flavor. I however, loved the food and would love to eat here again if I come back West! We have very few vegetarian and vegan Asian eateries out East.

Great place, superb service and awesome healthy delicious food! Ambiance very chill and no skimping on AC. Will definitely come again and again! SDA people’s favorite spot!

The vegan orange spicy chicken was a bit too spicy for me, so was quickly laced with a less spicy version, and it was fantastic! Delicious flavor.Great service, really nice and accommodating. This place is also spotlessly clean and charming. We were traveling through town so will not be able to make it a regular stop, but will plan to come again whenever we can.
