Veggie Garden in Mountain View

I was trying to have some good vegan food and just happened to cross path with this place. It was an absolute delight to eat here.I ordered a hot and sour soup, vegetarian pot stickers, vegetarian chicken noodles. All the dishes lived up to their expectations. There was only one lady serving, possible the owner. She attends you well, serves you very well. The service is very fast and good. I highly recommend trying this vegan place.

The experience here from start to finish was pretty odd, and the service was bad. Menus werent brought to us for a long time, they apologized when they eventually gave the menus to us. The restaurant was nearly empty aside from one other table, but everything was slow. We werent checked in on at all during the meal. When we ordered, the waitress was very confused and unfamiliar with the menu. I assumed she was new, but then we received the same confusing service from all staff. We were randomly brought French fries that we didnt order, and then that kept happening with various other menu itemsThe veggies in all the dishes were cold and tasted watery, unseasoned, and like they had been frozen. Scallion pancakes had no scallions in them at all. Basil eggplant dish had no basil at all. Smoothie wasnt blended properly: all ice at the bottom, and only a super sweet watery liquid would come through the straw. It tasted like the same overly-processed sauce was on every dish, nothing felt fresh. The kimchi rice was a good menu item, but it didnt really taste like kimchi. Just seasoned rice.Appetizer and drinks were brought out after we finished everything. A staff member tried to argue with us when we wanted to send something back. When we paid and thanked them, they didnt say a word to us or even look in our direction, and didnt give us a customer copy of the receipt.

Amazing vegan restaurant in mountain view. Have been there couple of times. I mostly have green curry, this time thought of something different which was nice too. Tried black pepper chicken and kimchi fried rice. Wonton soup is okay honestly, good to skip. Tofu fries is decent. Service is pretty fast. They directly serve is Togo boxes even if you dine in. Plenty of parking space. Friendly service

Terrible service. The crispy tofu was soggy and sticky (as if it needed a few more minutes in the fryer). The brown rice was a mix between undercooked and overcooked and bland. The noodles were good and the only pleasant part of the meal.

Great vegetarian food. If you love spicy food then this is the best place for you. They serve authentic vegan food at reasonable prices. They give large portions of protein, which is a great plus considering other veggie or vegan places go light on this. i took the small portion that was left in a takeaway box! Came here with my friend and we were surprised at how good this place is. Loved it! Do recommend it for all to try! ❤️

Awesome vegan go to place. We tasted black pepper chicken, thai iced tea: taste is so good worth a try.Vg General chicken : it tasted so like a chicken. Its little sweet bcoz of the sauceGarlic Fish fillet: This tastes so different. I had never tried before. This is also little sweet bcoz of sauce they addThe price is also good for every dish. Not much expensive.Overall a very good experience. The staff there was really good with his service. There’s enough parking space out there. Only suggestion I would give them is if they could actually serve proper plate and spoons rather than plastic plates amd spoons. It becomes a bit difficult sometimes to cut some pieces with those plastic spoons. If you are having a take out then just great..

Hen hao chi / 很好吃!Busy on a Saturday night for dine in. Have patience for the wait staff and the food will not disappoint.The vegan chocolate cake is amazing!!!Be careful when parking. Lot is super tight. Only one way out

And service is smiley and good (except that in the 1st evening we got the mains before the starters...)Coming back here, easily!

As far as veggie Chinese food goes, this place is a top choice! Excellent version of General Tsos using cauliflower... crunchy and tasty. The eggplant and fried tofu dishes were also very good. Food came in fast and we food plenty of water refills. Great value as the lunch specials are just over $10. We will definitely be coming back.
