Banh mi + fresh rolls were perfect for a lunch on the road. Came out to $19 which i thought was a little steep, but otherwise no complaints from this guy!

This outlet is small (about 5 tables) but the pho especially the beef pho was quite good. The stock was very well done and it was served piping hot. Beef slices were quite thin and included lean and fatty cuts such as some brisket and tripe. Adding the vegetables and herbs made the dish tasty. I will try the ox tail pho next time.Store is located at one end of the strip mall with tight parking especially in weekends.

My first time here. I had the Viet Kitchen Pho. The broth was full-bodied and flavorful.I also ordered fresh spring rolls, the veggies inside were fresh and crunchy and the dipping fish sauce for the spring rolls had great flavor. The restaurant itself has indoor seating.. maybe 10-12 tables. Overall cozy environment and yummy food.

Food was good but honestly it seemed more of a restaurant where you order takeout instead of actually eating in. The veggies for the pho were in a plastic bag and there was only hoisin and sriracha on the table.

Ordered the vegetarian bahn mi via Ubereats. Quality was good. Taste was good enough to satisfy my craving. Next time Id ask to take off the grilled onions and to add more cilantro.

One thing Ive had a hard time finding in LA is a bahn mi that can compete with Brooklyns. No more! This place is FANTASTIC, perfectly crusty bread, three forms of pork, really delicious carrots and pickles. Not in van nuts often but will hit this spot whenever I am!

We discovered this place by accident. While waiting wifeys turn for pedicure back in July 2022, went to this place for quick lunch… oh boy.I would suggest you try their Oxtail, Viet pho and my personal favorite, cute fried rice.Try this restaurant and you won’t get disappointed. Staff are friendly too and it’s family owned.

My 1st time here & I was very impressed even though I only had the Banh mi & sweet potato fries. Perfect French roll & all the way delicious! Whole place smelled amazing likes homemade broth. Owners were kind. I will absolutely come back and try the Pho. Been there two times now and you must must try the oxtail pho. The pork belly banh mi is just flavorful with fresh bread & incredibly tasty 😋

Dude, I live in Orange County and would drive back here again for their Banh Mi Saigon sandwich!! It has to be in my top 3 favorite banh mi sandwiches!! For $5.69, its a decent sized sandwich with full of flavor from the saigon bacon that they use, along with pate and authentic Vietnamese mayo!! They knocked it out if the ballpark with this sandwich!! Best Vietnamese banh mi panorama city, best banh mi los angeles.they used fresh carrot and daikon, fresh cucumber, and their bread was different, light and soft, not so heavy or hard like lees sandwiches which hurt your upper inside palate of your mouth. This was the best sandwich for sure. Im going back soon. They practiced social distancing guidelines, and their service was so good!! The young guy went around and asked his customers if everything was okay and if they needed anything else. While waiting for my sandwich, he was helping another customer by explaining what they had on their menu and what they recommend. Excellent service! Super friendly with a smile on their faces!! I have the unfortunate reference point of living in an area where there is plenty of amazing Vietnamese food. This place is on par with the places that I frequent in the valley, but I thought the flavor of the two dishes we ordered were just kind of mild. Nothing really stood out or seems special but it did taste authentic and the quality of the ingredients was good. The service was good enough, and I thought the ambiance had a cute, small cafe feel.

What Viet Kitchen lacks in interior space it accommodates in flavor. The Saigon Banh Mi, ultra tasty! The Sweet Potato Fries are also mentionable and worth a go.

How do I say Delicious in Vietnam!?!!! Clean eating for sure. We had the seafood and oxtail pho and an order of spring rolls. So good. A nice choice to have here in the neighborhood. They are also observing covid guidelines so extra plus! Great and friendly service. Mom was satisfied too!

Absolutely among the best food I have ever had. I was blown away by the quality of the food I was served, I regret not taking any pictures but after tasting that first bite I was hooked. The price was far more reasonable than I expected, I paid under $30 for a meal and drink plus an entrée. This place was super busy with limited seating is the only downside, but when I saw how packed it was I knew the food must be good. They did take some time getting my drink to me but I am pretty sure that was because of the high volume of people they were serving. When I asked them about my drink, they apologized and were more than happy to serve it to me. I can only suggest that if you order takeout, check the food to make sure it is all there because like I said, this restaurant is busy and its busy for good reason!

Best banh mi ever! Its a foot long, not like most other places that give you a tinier sandwich. Shrimp pho and egg rolls are incredible too. Service is super fast.

Food was delicious. For a sit down restaurant it was fast and right to the point. Never had chicken pho that was actually was good until I came here. Cant wait to try their other dishes. My 4yr old actually ate his entire meal and thats saying something.

This small restaurant, tucked in the back of a narrow strip center, is atreasure. I chose the marinated, shredded chicken breast banh mi.It was absolutely delicious! The service was exceptional. Thus far, this ranks as the best banh mi Ive eaten. The only downside is the parking. We parked in front of the shop and couldnt turn around. We had to back up the length of thestrip mall....still worth the inconvenience. Well be back!!

Ive eaten almost everything on the menu in my short time coming to this restaurant and I have yet to have a single complaint about ANYTHING. The food is so delicious it warms my soul lol the food tastes like it was carefully made and the service is outstanding. This is now my go to place for a good filling meal after work.

The food was fine but sadly I wont be going back since the guy who helped me wasnt wearing a mask. I saw him preparing rice before he started helping me. And I had to ask him to put one on after we started speaking. Hopefully I just caught him on an off day but I didnt feel comfortable.Update: I went one more time recently in Dec 2022 and unfortunately my rating went down. The food wasnt as good as I recall and the employee on the register was rather rude. I saw my food was ready for a while but he didnt package it until I went up and asked for it. Even tho its a very tiny restaurant and I was very much in the way of other customers ordering.

Just be there for breakfast the service is very quick friendly and caring. First of all we tried the bread and butter with delicious jams. The all dishes are white and clean the I ordered french toast with egg and sausages which was very good and tasty. I highly recommend this place. The restaurant is classic style and decorated very nicely they have also patio seating area.

I’m so happy I finally found a classic Vietnamese spot for my bahn mi and pho soup cravings that is in the San Fernando Valley!! I got the Bahn Mi Viet Kitchen (Pork Loaf) and it was everything I was hoping for. And the bread portion wasn’t too much for me! So good. Will definitely come back again to try their pho or bun dishes!!!!

Amazing authentic Vietnamese food owned by a family business. It is great to see a Viet restaurant in the neighborhood. Pho smells so good, Banh Mi is delicious and with each bite is full of Saigons flavors. Our family had a good conversation with the people there, nice and friendly folks, will definitely come back.

Food is okay not impressed.I ordered the food over the phone they said it would be 29.99, but when I got there and paid it was 39.99.Menu is confusing.The price ranges like what?Pho is okay hardly any meat.Spring rolls are good.Charsu rice was too greasy and portion was small.Overall the food is okay but its over priced for pho. I’ve been in LA for 3 years and can’t find a good Vietnamese place. This is pretty damn good. Simple menu so nothing extravagant but it’s great! The Pho meat soup is sooo good! It was the perfect taste of sweet, tangy, seasoned well.This place is a hidden gem in Van Nuys. Also SUPER fast service. Love it
