We really like the Pho. Ingredients tasted fresh. The place was clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back. I had the sour and spicy seafood pho and wifey and baby girl had the beef pho. Son got a bahn mi sandwich that he crushed (not pictured).

We had a quick dinner here on the spur of the moment and were rewarded with excellent food. I also ordered the Saigon Banh Mi sandwich take out for lunch the next day and after heating it up in the oven, it was one of the best Banh Mis I have had. They nailed the french baguette.

I tried to order food here but when I asked if items could be made gluten free they looked at me like I had 3 heads. I asked about different menu items but to no avail. They were happy to let me walkout instead of talking to the kitchen.

Utensils are all individually wrapped, hot sauce in single use packaging and very clean Vietnamese restaurant. Great service and super attentive staff. Food was tasty and not too salty or oily. Staff brings cc machine to table for apple pay. Great place

I know Vietnamese food. I’m all about authentic flavor and good value. This place is not the place for Vietnamese food. The flavor was bland. No smokiness for grilled food. Fried chicken had no seasoning nor sauce. I spent $80 for 3 entrees and 1 app. What a disappointment. Wife had grilled shrimp on rice noodles. The shrimp was marinated in a neon Orange sauce that stained the noodles orange just through contact. Pho So 1 and Ot Bistro are much better. We could not eat 1/4 of our dishes before leaving for another place for dinner.

I enjoy pho and have eaten at a lot of pho places. Viet Kitchens pho is definitely some of the best Ive ever had. I had the brisket and it was thinly sliced and tender. The broth had good flavor and mouth feel and the noodles were delicious. Would eat there again.

Solid bánh mi. We tried the grilled chicken and the viet kitchen bánh mì and preferred grilled chicken more. Good blend of sweet, salty, and a little spice.This restaurant especially excels in their customer service. While we waited for our takeout, the hostess offered us water and gave us recommendations. Very sweet staff!

Friendly and fast service. Food was very tasty. We started with egg rolls which were excellent. My daughter had chicken pho and my husband had the Viet Pho which they both enjoyed. I had the Char-Siu which was the best fried rice Ive ever tasted. My daughter also had the black sugar Boba with fresh milk which she raved about. Well definitely be back.

Some of the BEST food and service I’ve had in the thousand oaks/newbury park area. Everything was cooked perfectly and the portions were very good, prices extremely reasonable. The service was fantastic such kind and attentive people. Couldn’t be happier and will back!

Great service and tasty Pho. The meat to noodle ratio was perfect and the quality of meat was far superior to the other Pho place in town. The deserts were great too!

I mean they have the best pho in the San Fernando Valley and can easily compete with the best in Los Angeles! Chicken, beef and oxtails all three have been excellent soups. The broth is what wins it for me, it is such a divine broth that every other ingredient on the soups just mere additions to enhance it. The pho ga got me through Covid when j got it, it was in the middle of a week when it was cold so it was very satisfying to be able to get the soup delivered via Doordash. My sister isnt the biggest fan of pho but she was quite pleased with the spicy seafood soup from here, which further attests how good it is. Definitely need to explore the menu and Vietnamese food as a whole. This is Joe my go to place for that. More pictures to come as I delve into their other offerings. Really friendly, the location is a bit small and parking space is a bit restricted but those are small inconveniences to what is some great food

Food is good, but theyre terrible if you make a to-go order on door dash. They wouldnt let my wife pick up the order, despite her giving the name and itemizing the order. Maybe its because shes a dark-skinned Latina they assumed she was stealing somebody elses order? I called and spoke to the cashier, who also gave me a hard time. Because of this experience, I will not buy again from Viet Kitchen.

RACIST!! Asked me what I ordered told them my order. They said they need to see it on my phone first. If you plan on making an online order make sure whoever is picking it up has a copy of the receipt. Wouldnt give me my food because I didnt have my phone. When I asked for a refund the cashier and owner refused. Spent 30 bucks got no food or a refund. Eaten here before and know the way they handle their business, $30 is not a terrible price to pay to know to never go back to this bland tasting rascist establishment. Love Pho is less pricey better service and know how to treat every customer.

Ordered the Viet Pho with brisket and wantons to go and it was perfect. Everything was packaged really well and you could tell the ingredients were quality. Im so glad I went out on a limb and added the wantons because they were incredible.I havent had GOOD pho like this since I lived in Seattle. So glad I found this place. Ill be back soon!

Great place. Very friendly staff. Im a pescatarian and can never have Pho because of the beef broth. They had a veggie version and they allowed me to put the seafood option in a veggie broth (not on the menu) and it was DELICIOUS.My husband had a traditional beef version and loved it also.

This was really yummy. My family and I went here after a really long day. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I got the seafood pho, and I was very impressed. Nothing was over cooked and tasted divine. The interior was very clean and modern. Would definitely recommend this place.

The service was extremely friendly and kind for my first order from phone call to pick up. The portions are generous and everything was fresh and delicious! I was too excited to eat so forgot to get a photo of my take-out order. Ill will be returning for sure! :-)

The food is really good. I tried several different banh mi sandwiches. While they were all good, I particularly enjoyed the chicken banh mi. The sauce is very tasty. My family and I tried several other dishes and each one was very good.

Viet Kitchen (VK) is superb! I have eaten at quite a few Vietnamese eateries in both northern and southern California and VK is certainly the best. The restaurant is attractive and clean; and the food is fresh, healthy and quite tasty. Very recommended !!

Viet Kitchen is a great addition to Newbury Park. Their Pho is delicious as are the other dishes Ive had. Spring rolls are fresh and filled with yummy goodness. Beverage selection includes my new favorite: orange mint tea. Ill be going back again soon.

Vietnamese person who grew up in Little Saigon here. Viet Kitchen has legit Vietnamese sandwiches. Their grilled pork is authentic old school style, not the fake red barbecue stuff that has plagued many Vietnamese American restaurants. The grilled pork can be ordered with sandwiches, rice dishes, or vermicelli (all excellent).

The fried rice and deserts are to die for. The wantons were good too. The waiters were attentive and you did not have to wait long for the food. The absolute best are the beef spring rolls with peanut sauce.
