The food taste is very authentic. We love pho and we are very picky with the taste. Their broth is rich. We also ordered beef, shrimp, and egg over rice, and the beef tastes so good. Like really brought me the feeling of eating in taiwan.

First restaurant Ive ever seen with a 5.0 rating and more than 50 reviews, and Ive gotta say: its well-earned. My fiancee and I dined in on our way to Tahoe and both got beef pho. While waiting for our food, we were treated to a complimentary Thai tea which was delicious. The portion sizes were great, especially for the price (we pay $2-4 more for comparable pho at our local pho places). Owner was very friendly! Were not local or this would for sure be our new pho place, but well definitely be back whenever were passing that way again!
Really Really good Pho! I frequent a lot of Pho spots and this one is my new favorite in Vallejo. The broth is flavorful and delicious every time. Sometimes when you go to a spot their broth is too clear and watery, but not this place. Also, I really like how they season the broth. The noodles have never been overcooked, my pet peeve. The meat and veg are very fresh.When you drive up to the restaurant it doesnt have any frills, it is just an unassuming little cozy restaurant.The owner is friendly and recognizes me every time and thanks me for my business.I rarely write reviews but I really want to get the word out about this place because it is so new and I know it can be hard just starting out as a new restaurant.If you are debating stopping in, dont hesitate just go!

Great customer service! We were given complimentary Thai iced tea due to their recent opening which was delicious. The food was yummy. The teriyaki chicken could have used some more sauce but other than that it was just what we were looking for. We will definitely be back in the future.

Hubby & I were curious how 52 people before us gave this new restaurant 5 stars, and after dining here, Im happy to be giving the 53rd 5⭐ rating! For starters, I loved the menu: it is straight to the point with pretty much all of the classic dishes one would expect to see at a phở restaurant, without extra visual noise. The owner, running the joint by himself, impressively serviced multiple orders for pick-up, another table, and us, all the while being professional, personable, and speedy. Since this was our first time here, hubby & I decided to order the main item on the menu: the special phở. Even before the first bite, as I inhaled the aromas of my bowl, I could tell this was going to be good. And was it good! The broth was quality, with body, a hint of creaminess, and FLAVOR. And the bowl was well presented with a very decent amount of beef atop the phở noodles. This was a perfect spot to drop in on this cold, rainy day. Our tastebuds are happy & our tummies are satisfied! 🙂

Recently opened, they’re still working on the interior, but we ordered takeout and the food was great. The beef pho broth was especially on point, very rich flavor, aromatics come through perfectly. Good amount of sprouts/Thai basil/lime/jalapeño included. Spring rolls were hot and crisp. Rice plate was delicious, chicken broth it came with was nice and gingery. We will be regulars.
Pho is absolutely delicious! Definitely recommend. Probably some of the best soup I’ve ever had. Restaurant is still new and they are 5 star food and 5 star service.

2023-10-08 20:13:39Excellent Vietnamese food by the most lovely young family. The wife runs the front of house while the husband is in the kitchen. When the food was ready, the husband brought the food out to me and gave me a fist bump. Something about that set the tone for the meal and the food that followed did not disappoint. The vermicelli bowl was perfect and the peanut sauce for the fresh spring rolls was warmed (yum). Definitely my new favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Vallejo.

2023-10-31 01:17:53Shout out to Viet Pho restaurant on Tuolumne St. My wife and I stopped by for some pho to beat the cold weather. We were promptly greeted by the wonderful friendly owners. We ordered the pho, pork chop rice plate, fresh spring rolls, thai tea and an avocado shake. We had some nice light conversation with the owner about local business and the new 168 market.Food came out a few minutes later, we said our thank yous and byes then headed home. The pho broth is delicious. It has the gorgeous clear beef color and you can taste the deep beef and spices. All the food was great and well be back. Come support our local small business!

I was intrigued by the high ratings and was eager to try the pho.Overall, enjoyed the pho but I thought there could be more beef in the dish. The broth could have used more richness too.Service was friendly. Would maybe come back if I was in the area.
