Best Italian restaurant I’ve been to. Every dish we’ve had has surpassed our expectations. I love that just about everything here is homemade. Quality is A+, and the service is A++. I have zero complaints and I highly recommend eating here. Everything about Vincenzo’s makes me want to keep on coming back. Thank you to the fantastic mom and son duo, who give us such a great dining experience. See you soon.

Went to the “new” location at The Walker House in San Dimas. The historic location is beautiful, but no beauty can mask the unfriendly demeanor of the older woman working as hostess, who I’m assuming is also the owner of this establishment. I’m no snowflake, but I’m getting really tired of going to restaurants where I’m paying good money (often times overpriced), only to be served by people who clearly don’t want to be there. For me, human interaction, and the way you’re treated at a restaurant means more than the quality of food. Not a good start for this location… might try again, will update my review if my experience is better.

Very good, very authentic! Came in for late lunch by chance and we were knocked out! I had the pizza Capriccio, nearly just like youd get in Italy and every much as good. My wife had the Ensalada di Mar, and it was spectacular!!!! Good service nice place. Give it a try.

Wonderful Italian food and amazing service in San Dimas! The focaccia bread, pasta, Caesar salad, and house made tiramisu are top notch. We’ve gone several times and will continue to go back! The historic location is lovely as well!

Vincenzos was a great place to celebrate an important birthday with 40 friends. The owner was warm, professional, flexible and did a great job helping us plan. Service and atmosphere were all excellent. Food was delicious, but just a little heavy on the salt for my taste.

Best italian food Ive eaten in a while. Anything with marsala sauce will rock your taste buds. Also the specials are amazing...try the sea bass with lemon and capers!! Service is friendly knowledgeable about wine pairings and attentive with the water. We were celebrating a birthday...free tiramsu.. which was the bomb. Definitely will return. Highly recommend.

The food itself is alright. I guess Im just not fit for classy Italian dining as the price point for food and how much we got and such just didnt match.The pasta was full of flavor but the margherita pizza was against my expectations. I somewhat expected the pizza to be sauced base and a glob of the cheese on it. Instead, what I got was something that just resembled your standard cheese pizza.

My favorite Italian restaurant in SGV. Ive been here for special occasions over the years and always enjoy their changing menu of daily specials. Their pastas and entrees are always delicious. My favorite are the gnocchi (so soft!) and their fettucine marsala ragu. Their crema catalana is my favorite dessert for being so soft and creamy.Their bread starter with the garlic garbanzo spread is sooooo good. Crispiest focaccia Ive ever had. Im glad that taste hasnt changed.It seems like they are understaffed and packed, so I hope they are able to get more help soon, but the service was exemplary when we went for dinner. The staff recite a whole list of changing daily specials which is quite impressive.

This is one I wish I could give 5☆s...but I cant in all honesty!I so clearly (placed the order and the waiter read it back) said what I wanted, not to have it come to the table was a bit shocking. Exactly what I said I didnt want was there and NONE of the things I asked for were.It came to the table after my company had already finished half their meal so I didnt re-order. Nor (after trying to choke down two bites) did I eat the dish. The waiter caught the mistake but did nothing to correct it. His excuse...someone last week ordered this dish and the cook got mixed-up... Really? All I ordered was pasta, fresh chopped tomato, fresh basil and toasted pine nuts. Thats all! And you confirmed NO PROBLEM...THATS EASY!Not this mish-mash of mixed vegetables (not prepared by an Italian cook Id be thinking...more Mexican style) with a heavy white sauce (I was explicitly trying to avoid) over too aldante pasta.So while it sat and the other plates were finished, the Owner walked bye and did her charm...then asked if I were full...(seeing my full plate?) I said No, this isnt what I ordered and I dont care for it.To which she replied Oh, didnt you get your pine nuts? So I guess she know there was a problem with the order. Anyway, she disappeared into the kitchen, we ordered and ate desert never to see hide nor tail of her again.The waiter came with the to go packings...packed it up and presented it on the bill.Kiss of death for me is a restaurant that wont back up its product. If the waiter knew it was wrong (as in not what I ordered) and brought it to the table anyway...(and late)... the others got finished first...thats huge! Pass it off...hoping what? Ill like it anyway? I didnt!Then the Owner...Wow!Not to take it off the bill, offering when were walking out the door to make a new order? Really???Kiss of death for me, earning you a 1☆ rating...I didnt get what was paid for (and the bill of $150+ on a Tues. night) PLUS A FULL TIP still wasnt enough for you???Now...to why I wish I could give a 5☆ rating. I could just dive into the appetizer...fresh scallops...and I did! Devine over the top perfection...so much so we doubled the order.The bread was done well. The wine superb. Pleasantly surprised! the food was delicious and fresh. We did not realize that the kitchen closed at 2 PM and arrived at 1:45PM We were happily seated, and served fresh food promptly. Even though they were closed we were not rushed out and still given amazing service. This was a wonderful lunch experience and we will definitely be coming back to taste their dinner menue. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Absolutely phenomenal. The restaurant was clean, quaint, and had fantastic service. The bread and garlic butter was amazing. I had the gnocchi and shrimp and it was the best gnocchi dish I’ve ever had. It was soft, filling, and the shrimp were cooked perfectly.I am only in town for a short time and plan on returning before I leave. 10/10 recommend.

Our first experience eating at Vincenzos Terrazza and it will not be our last. We ordered the Insalata Verdura, Vincenzo Pizza and Polpettine e Piselli. Each dish tastefully presented, fresh, delicious and cooked to perfection. Professional staff and servers were courteous and attentive to customer service. The experience exceeded our expectations and we look forward to experiencing the other Italian menu items they have to offer. The experience was indeed uniquely pleasant and delicious.

We love this small charming Italian. Kathy and her son are wonderful. Food is always delicious and seasoned appropriately. Pasta dishes are not swimming in sauce. Dishes are right on point, on size and taste. Excellent choice for great Italian in the San Gabriel Valley. Right off the 10 freeway off Citrus. A personal favorite of ours because the experience of eating here is a joy.. BTW, their pizza is reminiscent to what we enjoyed in Italy. Everything is real gourmet, made with love and a wonderful dining experience. This is Italian at its best.

Terrible service alone would prevent me from ever returning to an establishment, no matter how delicious a meal may have been. One-Star based on service alone. I dined here in ~2017. Approximate because I know my son was at least 6-8 months when we decided to dine here on a whim. My husband and I had just gotten off of a normal 10 hour work day and didnt want to cook and I was craving really yummy Italian food. This place had great reviews, seemed welcoming and family-friendly, and because it was right in our backyard we thought we should support a local business. My husband and I arrived without a reservation with our 6-8 month old. Im a new mom at the time, hungry, tired, and wanted to enjoy a yummy meal. Also, dining out with a baby was something we were new to. We didnt always know what to expect.Whoever the hostess or server was snarled at the fact that we didnt have a reservation - likely accompanied by an eye-roll. She very reluctantly sat us nearest the kitchen and by that time we already were made to feel unwelcome by the attitude but I was hungry and I needed a comfy meal. The rest is a blur. I dont even remember if the food was memorable because it was such an unwelcome environment for the three of us. Looking back, I should have turned around and walked away. Ill NEVER visit this establishment again. First impressions arent everything but that was enough for me.Guys, this is not a Michelin Star restaurant - people dont come out of their way to dine here from all over the world - get off your high-horse - you are a medium town restaurant serving medium town people. Dont snub people not not having a reservation. Simply say, there will be wait because we have people ahead of you. Dont make your customers experience be an uncomfortable one.

We dined here with family friends on a Saturday with a party of 7. The restaurant is located in a very nice plaza and the two guys who served our table were polite. No complaints at all about the service.The food is out of this world. Everything we ordered was made in-house, from the pasta to the dessert. And you can definitely taste the homemade pasta.I did not dock a star for this, but when my dads entree came out, there was a strand of metal on his dish. Luckily my dad noticed it right away and didnt eat it. Since we were with other guests, my dad chose to keep it to himself until after we finished our main course. He brought it up to the owner and she apologized, saying it was from the metal brush they use to clean the dishes. Other than that, everything else went flawlessly.

The octopus was a bit on the salty side. Pasta is always perfect. Like the outdoor dining. Our waiter was very sharp. The way he delivered the special dishes for the night was very eloquent; felt like i was at a Michelin star restaurant. :). The wife loves the tiramisu. Need to try the gnocchi! 4.5 stars because we have another Italian place over the hill in Whittier that is our hidden gem.

By far the best food I have ever had. The appetizer was amazing, my entree was amazing, and my dessert was amazing. Today they had an eggplant ravioli and it is by far the best ravioli I have ever had. Our server was great! He was very professional and attentive. The atmosphere and music is lovely. Its funny we were not the only one who were treated rudely tonight by the restaurant owner. We experienced exactly the same thing and made the same observations as the other 1 star review posted earlier tonight. Cant help but feel that the owner herself is trying to sabotage her owner business. We kept coming back because the friendly waiters and the great food. For the few times we visited this restaurant in the past two months, she never made us feel welcomed. After a conversation with her tonight, it is confirmed that we shouldnt go back there anymore.

We are so lucky to have Vincenzos in our neighborhood. We went recently for a date night and were not disappointed with our experience. Our waiter was informative and attentive to our questions. Service was excellent. We ordered the special salad of orange slices drizzled with honey topped with burrata and sprinkled with pistachios.Excellent. Unfortunately....We have been to this place several times and it was becoming one of our favorite places! Although a few times we had reservations and we were not able to sit down because other people, which seemed like acquaintances of the owner...we were pushed aside! There was also an empty table which was open for a while...but we were not sat down. I think its pretty sad that businesses do this! Its not cool to treat customers this way ...Especially regulars! Every time we came in we ordered food and a bottle of wine...and tipped well...Trying to help out small businesses. We definitely wont be back!Signed Frustrated Customer!

This is a jewel of a restaurant. Its small and intimate. You are treated like a special guest. The food is incredible. The chef can create a meal for you. March the 2nd we visited this place for dinner my wife and I, she ordered (gnocchi scampi) and I ordered the ( Fettuccine alla bolognese) I got to say this was far from Italian authentic food, My dish tasted like it was hamburger helper meat And the noodles were undercooked !!! My wifes dish tasted like a mixture of Mac and cheese and nacho cheese with shrimp!! Worst Italian food Ive ever had, dont Even want to call Italian !!! I had to go by some French fries just to Distract me from the taste, Sad to say but the owner Was standing no more than 10 feet chit chatting with Either close friends Or regulars, But she never came once to see how our food was!!! She finally came at the end when we where paying our bill and said O youre in the forest because we were sitting close to the planters and thats it!!! On our last evening visiting West Covina, we were looking for a top-notch local restaurant. Vincenzo’s was suggested by a local and proved to be above and beyond our expectations. This owner of this family-run restaurant and her son take pride in every aspect of the operation, including personalized service to make sure that every patron is comfortable and satisfied. The varied menu and range of prices please every appetite and budget. Our Caesar salad, vodka-sauce pasta, and grilled salmon entree were all outstanding. The homemade focaccia bread, Gorgonzola spread, and quality wine offerings were a nice added touch. We’ll can’t wait to return on our next trip!

Rude. The woman running the front of house and the host stand was incredibly rude to our party. We had made a reservation and arrived with an extra person. She was curt and obviously frustrated with us. She even answered the phone in the middle of a sentence during our interaction. Rather than simply suggest we wait for a table that could accommodate us or tell us they couldnt accommodate us (and the place was half empty) she made it pretty obvious she wanted us to leave. So we did. I understand that balancing reservations with walk-ins on a Friday night can be challenging, however we were nothing but polite to her and she was honestly acting like a total d*ck when she didnt have to.

We were in town for a night and looking for a good restaurant. I am not a fan of big chain restaurants (TGI Fridays, Islands, etc.) and always try to find a more local spot. Happily, we landed on Vincenzos. The food was absolutely incredible - delicious, great menu options and the atmosphere was great for couples and families (we were with our 2 well-behaved kids and were completely welcomed and accommodated). My compliments to the chef - did I mention the food was fantastic? If I ever find myself in West Covina again, Im going to Vincenzos. Skip the chains near the mall (its very close) and give it a try!

I had the red beet tagliolini rossi and it was amazing. The pasta did not taste like vegetables like it does when its not fresh and the Marsala sauce was amazing. I was greeted in the warmest way and the entire staff was amazing. I ordered my food to go and had no wait considering everything including my salad was fresh. Just visiting but I will make this a regular stop when in west covina. The warm interior is perfect for a romantic dinner or a night out by yourself. Thank you very much.

We were visiting from Phoenix & met some old friends there for dinner. We met there about 2 years ago & it was so good we wanted to go back again. We ordered the special, a caprise salad with fresh basil, tomatoes & buffalo motzellera- all four loved it. Big enough for two. Great (free) focaccia bread with a chick pea mixture. I had the chicken parm which came with roasted potatoes & veggies. The veggies had hot pepper flakes (not a fan because it made me cough). The parm was Delish. My husband had the chicken dish with a white sauce - loved it. Our friend Jim had the stuffed pork chop & Jan had a shrimp & pasta dish which they loved. Their portions are huge. The food is very good & made to order. We recommend this small family owned restaurant.

This restaurant has some great options for chicken dishes, they serve Chicken Carciofi, which is hard to find at Italian restaurants. The Will make dishes off the menu, try Chicken Piccata its really delicious. They also have several salad options and all are very good, the best part is the Tiramisu, its made fresh and taste just the way Tiramisu is supposed to taste, they serve a very nice size that can be shared. “Peruvian Goodness”We try to have dinner here every time were in the West Covina/Pomona area. Delicious Peruvian food at a fair price. The place can get a bit loud but the food and sangria are worth it. Love their ceviche, causa trio and arroz con mariscos. The portions are generous, and the service is pretty good.

Small Italian restaurant with very dim lighting. Food was quite good very tasty but the portions for the price are extremely pathetic I ordered 2 full size dinners they were so small I couldve eaten them both and still be hungry. For the money spent I couldve fed 4 people to satisfaction at a chain restaurant.

V.Terrazza offers good Italian cuisine albeit not authentic. However, they provide fast service and staff are friendly and competent. Restaurant emits a great vibe that is perfect for an intimate conversation or what not. Its interior decor is simply dim light canopie umbrellas embedded with appealing led lights. Moreover, the space is relatively small but was maximized. Youll have no problem finding a parking space because the plaza is huge.Overall, I highly recommend V.Terrazza if your craving for Italian food.👌

The food is outstanding! The Lomo Saltado is to die for. For those that love sea food, there is an outstanding Ceviche Bar with fresh sea food daily. Appetizers are very good, they have a potato appetizer in a yellow sauce, and something that you rarely find in any Peruvian Restaurant Antiquchos that have a distintict BBQ taste.

Food is overpriced and wait is extremely long. The waiter that served our table was nice but the person who I believe to be the manager or business owner has no sense of customer service at all. She did nothing to try to resolve my issue or provide any customer satisfaction whatsoever. I will not be coming back to this place.

Cool old house with a lot of history. My chicken dish was good. My friend had the pork medallions, which were very dry. They were having a private party but were able to seat us immediately. They close early. We got there about 630 and by 830 they were shoeing us out.
