Vincitore Italian Restaurant in Agoura Hills

Delicious house-made favorites including gnocchi and risotto. Rich sauces, sumptuous meats and excellent pasta.

Vincitore was a restaurant that my fiancee saw on a Facebook Mom Group page and thought we would like it. We decided to try them out since it was highly recommend by the group members. Upon arriving, we loved the small, yet elegant feeling the restaurant gave off. Although it was empty, we enjoyed the decor and the atmosphere right away. Our waiters were nice, but I felt wanting more from the customer service. It just felt flat. Dont get me wring, they all were nice, but the waiters were lacking smile and charisma... something Id expect from the restaurants decor style. Nevertheless, we placed our order. We started out with the calamari ( like most of our restaurant visits) and it was okay. The squid was tought at times and inconsistent, but iverall okay. For our entrees, my wife ordered the linguini pescatore and I ordered the cioppino. I decided to add linguini to mine since I like the pasta with it. Both dishes were great. We very much enjoyed them. I felt my dish was a bit overpriced. I say this because although, both dishes were different, they almost were very much the same dish. The flavor was different, but no so different to cost me about 6 dollars more for my added linguini. We do have to admit, their table bread is delicious. Much better than most places we have visited. We then decided to come back a week later with the family this time..I ordered the pescatore again and it was delicious once again. That cant be said for the other dishes. My fiancee ordered a mushroom pasta that was missing flavor and her moms carbonara was not what we expected. At the end we oredered the Cannoli for dessert and for being our first ever cannoli it was not what we hoped for. The cream filling was just ok, but the shell was not edible. It was hard as a rock. We expected this light crunchy shell and we got a hard thick pastry. It just wasnt what we wanted. That said, we still enjoy this place for their good atmosphere and options. It might not be our go to place for italian food, but its certainly a nice place to sit down and enjoy your dinner with good company. Weve only been here twice and one day it was great, but the other was just okay. Id give it about a 3.5 overall rating, but I like to give them the benefit of potentially being much better on our next visit so Im going to give it a 4/5 stars for me.

Absolutely amazing place!! The vegan menu is delicious and full of lots of different items like vegan pizza, vegan eggplant parm and vegan bruschettas and many more. The restaurant is beautiful and the service was amazing. We will absolutely be coming back!

Alex made certain we all had a wonderful and delicious lunch! He was very helpful and friendly, which made us all very happy. All of our food choices were fantastic, from pizza, gnocchi, chicken, salmon, and bread! There was something on the menu for all! Thank you Alex. See you soon....💥💥💥💥💥

My girlfriend loves the pizza and the bread so good especially if you order the whole baked bread and tear it piece by piece..Me any work why I run at Sherwood country club 3 or days a week averaging close to 100 miles a month as a caddy! Plus helping my clients through Grow Go Solar to avoid the many many scripts solar companies use to convince home and business owners to buy product and I tell my clients to do there research its a DIY product and get 3 quotes hopefully mine also which give GROW GO SOLAR clients control of contractors and contracts.

Food was delicious. We had chicken Marsala, linguini and clams, fettuccine scampi (the special), gnocchi with pesto cream sauce. All were delicious. The marsala had rich yummy flavor and chicken was cooked well (the side pasta was a little underwhelming). Linguini and clams had a delicious think garlic sauce with great garlic and olive oil flavor. Im not usually a fan of gnocchi, but these were cooked perfectly and the pesto cream sauce was delicious. And the special was also fantastic with delicious vegetables. Waiter was friendly but might have had too many tables, but still good.

An underrated gem! Hidden waiting to be found! If you are looking for great food, delicious bread, and kind service this is the place! One of the best meals we had in all of California! Please go here! Please enjoy!

This was our second time at Vincitores and sadly I wasnt crazy about the new dish I tried. This time I ordered the Fettuccine Gamberetti and it wasnt as flavorful as Id hoped for. The bread however was absolutely delicious again. The cannoli dessert was very sweet and the pastry was a little too hard. I do love the atmosphere though. Im sure we will try it again as I did love the Linguine Pescatore from our first visit.

Fantastic experience, the nicest restaurant in the area. I came across this place from a recommendation from a friend. He said that the Gluten free Options were amazing, he was right. The pizza was superb, as was the gluten free bruschetta that was served for our appetizer. Our server, I believe his name was Chris, was extremely professional, polite, quick and helpful. Someone I would want to have at my wedding. Definitely going to visit this place again.

Italian charm thrives,Risotto Arrabbiata,Vincitore shines bright.One of the best Italian restaurants around. We get take out from Vincitore quite frequently. My favorite dish is the Risotto Arrabbiata. Their Caesar salads are delicious, and their bread is simply the best!
