We ate at Vinh Loi Tofu Cerritos, and I ate leftovers all week. It was glorious. There were bao buns called sexy buns (and I must confess an attraction, yes). This place is all vegan and the duck and all the meats are tender, savory and fantastic, but they also know their way around some tofu, fried or not. The soup is so spicy and filling, and the peanut sauce is decadent. The whole meal was so luxurious and I cannot recommend them enough. Oh! And the food was ready FAST. As a bonus, the purple potato and coconut pudding was a HUGE hit with my 2 year old niece (more purple?) and the rest of us too. Dont miss this place. Omnivores and vegans will all be very happy here!

This was our first time having Vietnamese dishes. Harry and Cory were wonderful with us guiding us through the different meals and suggesting the gluten free meals to enhance the delicious dining experience. Fantastic vegan Vietnamese restaurant. Khoi the owner was super nice and we are glad to be a patron at this amazing small business. Asked Lhoi for recommendations and we just ordered what he said. Drumsticks were so good, popcorn chicken slaps, Khoi fried rice was great, stir fried ramen was great too. bun hue was awesome and full of flavor! I would recommend this place to vegans and non vegans.

We were excited to get our food but it was definitely underwhelming unfortunately. The space itself is very cute and the staff is nice and there are a few grocery items you can buy as well. We didn’t have to wait very long for our food. Some parking available. Some vegan resources offered at front entrance as well. We got the fried rice with chick’n and some noodles.

Unpretentious vegan spot with really delicious eats. I myself am not vegan, just a fan of good food, and I didnt miss the meat at all. I ordered way too much my first visit but the spam rolls, tofu spring roll, sexy buns and Ube pudding were absolutely delicious. Going to try more items from the menu on the next visit.

I cant live without meat so I always think plant based protein as meat substitute but this place impressed me with vegan menu. Loved the food and especially if you want low calorie food, this is the food place. I wish the interior was cute so I can bring my dates and dont get bloated after 😂

I have desired to eat at this restaurant for sometime now. I finally tried it and it was quite disappointing. I paid $13 for a pound of fried tofu which essentially was a tub of tofu that on average would cost less than $3.00. The orange chicken was listed as a popular item. The proportion of rice and actual orange chicken was drastically disproportionated for $18. However the ube dessert was pleasing. Based on my takeout food experience, I would not recommend this restaurant.

Im so in love with the food from this restaurant! Its beyond phenomenal and every single item Ive tried has been 10/10. Its very authentic and the meat they use is so close to the actual taste and texture of real meat that youll be wondering if what youre eating is even vegan... But its 100% VEGAN! I got my non-vegan coworkers to get Vinh Loi with me after I mentioned how amazing their food is. I have been coming back now buying $70-$80 worth of food for us all and they keep asking me to go back and buy more! I would recommend this establishment to any and everyone, regardless of if you are vegan or not! And the owner is such a genuine, sweet guy! He really takes the time to get to know his customers and shows you the utmost respect and dedication to providing the best food and service. So many props to him, just know you have a customer for life!

Covid has me and my 13 year old eating in our car! I was so hungry I could not wait to eat this at home...First time coming to the restaurant and it is a nice and clean facility. They have good vibes and lots of vegan packaged snacks to buy to eat later. The hot and cold food was taken to go since we can’t dine in right now. The service was speedy and super friendly. They really listen to your needs.I will return for more! I want to try the ‘sexy buns’...tee-hee!

Love supporting 100% vegan restaurants because it is nice to order anything and everything on the menu without any worries or reservations.Everything we tried was delicious and generous portions: the fresh tofu rolls, fried dumplings, summer fried rice with different proteins, the fried rice with beef, the cold noodle salad, the udon stir-fried with bbq duck and the ironman pho. I was excited to try this place and thought it had a cool atmosphere, but when I asked what their vegan meat choices were made out of (soy, wheat, etc.), the person helping me did not know. She also told me that there was no one there who could provide me with that information except the owner, but he was not there. How do you run a business where the employees dont know what youre serving. If you as the owner cant empower your employees with the knowledge, then empower your customers with the information by listing it on your menu or have an information sheet behind the counter. People have allergies and should know what they are consuming. I feel like its not good customer service when you cant provide them with information about what youre serving in your place of business.

The K1 Soup is delicious. There is plenty of food for two or three meals. The ingredients alone are tasty though the needles are more like a carrier for the other flavors/ingredients and serves as a good filler. Yet, I like eating all the ingredients together best. I like the extra spicy option though I advise against blowing ones nose with spicy soup in ones mouth 🥵😅. I like the bazaar feel inside the eatery. The store is open for picking up an order.

This is by no means Vietnamese food. The egg rolls were regular Chinese rolls most likely frozen. No Vietnamese herbs are served with them. No lemongrass chicken. They serve orange chicken. Once again not Vietnamese. Also way overpriced.

This place is awesome. My husband and I went there last week for the first time and the food was delicious. Our server was very friendly and helped us pick out a couple dishes. We had the sexy buns, the #1 soup and the lemongrass duck rolls. Everything came out quickly, tasted fantastic, and was very filling. Well definitely be back again to try their other dishes. :)

When entering, there is a fridge with good selection of drinks, including probiotic drinks, cans and bottles of teas, coconut water, some organic green juices, ollipop sodas, etc. Very nice man at counter. Food was fast...maybe too fast. I got wrong order today. If you are wondering where the duck fried rice and dumplings are, I have them and they are tasty. I did not realize until I was over 20 minutes away, sorry. I will come back to try the Banh Mi some other day. Thankfully everything on the menu is delicious and vegan, and I am not picky as long as vegan food, so I do not mind the mix up. Sorry if the other customer does not react so well that I have their food, tell them they can have my food. Thank you for spreading kindness with vegan food!

WOW!!! What an amazing dinner I had at Vinh Loi!! K#1 soup was full of flavor and the vegan “chicken” and “ham” were flavorful with the right texture. Spring rolls were so crunchy, fresh and tasty with an incredible dipping sauce. The restaurant was clean, with many drink and dessert options. The cake looked so delicious 🤤 Staff was extremely nice and patient as we browsed their diverse menu. I want to come back today 😅😋

The sexy buns are a must.Beyond the fantastic food, the service is where this place shines… I felt like I just left someone’s house who had me over for dinner. Truly a delicious location for vegan food. This is a basic environment with fantastic Vietnamese and Pan Asian food. We ordered 4 dishes and that was enough food for 6 or more people. Orange Chicken fried rice was so incredibly flavorful, noodles with duck was very tasty and the sauce was just right. Spam musibi was closed in flavor but thankfully lacked the salty greasiness of the real thing. The Red Curry noodles Soto so tasty and could have easily fed the two of us. The food was so amazing it was hard to imagine it was all vegan. They also have a selection of vegan grocery items for sale. Overall a great experience.

A bit hard to find and well worth it, the best vegetarian pho and curry soup we have had. The mock chicken and beef are perfect, especially eaten with their tasty broth and spice mixtures. The dining area is pleasantly informal. There are also special items and condiments for sale.

Where do I start? This place is absolutely amazing.Firstly, it is very clean and for those concerned with COVID, everyone inside including the kitchen staff wore masks. Secondly, the food is fabulous. By far the best vegan food I ever tried! We ordered Bun Bo Hue soup/ lemongrass based soup, Curry Soup, and Khoi fried rice. What an explosion of flavors! It is impossible to describe. And the price for such a large portions and quality of food is very reasonable. Last but not least, the service is great. You will not regret and I know we will be going back.

We were in the area doing business and looked up vegan/vegetarian ramen restaurants and this one was very close by. It also had great reviews so we ventured in. And Wow! So glad we did! The ramen, stir fry, and fried buns(appetizers) were delicious! The staff was so lovely and accommodating! As stuffed as we were from the beautiful meal; I couldn’t resist taking home a slice of their vegan carrot cake…….absolutely amazing !! Do not leave there without having one of their desserts! Feels great to start a trip off on a great note. Generous portions, fresh, very fast kitchen. We were just visiting the area and ordered from here yesterday. The food was so delicious it made me wish I lived here and could eat here regularly. I had the vegan fried rice with spare ribs and it was great. My wife had a soup that was one of the tastiest she has ever had. I sampled it and agreed. There two that were working there, I assume one or both was the owner, were very nice. Will definitely visit again when in the area or may even make the 2 hour drive just to treat ourselves again.

OMG! This is place is absolutely AMAZING! We drove over an hour to eat here and it was beyond our expectations! We go to a lot of vegan restaurants and this one was hands down one of the best one weve ever been to!SERVICE: Fantastic, everyone was extremely kind, attentive, and friendly!FOOD: Completely out of this world! Everything is plated beautifully, the flavors are an explosion in my palate, and all the combinations are very well balanced. I love the variety the menu offers. Some of my favorite dishes were the Sexy Buns and the Vegan Spam Musubi Rolls. They also have fresh coconuts, which was amazing! I was excited to try this place after looking at the menu. We ordered the egg rolls and orange chicken fried rice. The food came out too fast was my first thought. I didnt realize it was a vegan fast food joint.The orange fried rice was good but nothing special. The egg rolls were soggy inside and the middle was straight up cold. They reheated it but it was offputting after that. Disappointed that this was just a microwave restaurant with frozen food.I cant say the service was great, no apology or acknowledgement for bringing us cold food.Maybe we picked the wrong things on the menu but we wont be back.

Ive been super excited and waiting for this place to open for a while. The spot itself has nothing but good vibes, food, nice decor, good amount of seating and super friendly staff. I love all the different options you have at this spot. We ordered the duck fried rice, udon stir fry, curry soup, chicken nuggets, and spring rolls. Im big on flavors and making sure those flavors blend well and they did just that here. Aside from being delicious, their dishes look beautiful- the colors and presentation were great. The taste was so similar to everything that was described, you wouldnt even be able to tell that it was vegan! The dishes were great prices. Best to come with a group of 3-5 so you can try more things & split everything! They also have an outdoor seating area. Great for people who would like bring their dogs along.The night we were there the owner and wife of the restaurant was there and we were able to chat with them for a bit. They is genuinely warm, kind and has a love for what they do. They were checking in on everyone and you can tell the care and love they have for this spot. I will definitely be popping in here next time Im in the area.

The fresh onion and cilantro just made it taste that much better. These are a must!For our entrees, my nephew had the #5 ramen soup. The vegan ham and ramen were phenomenal. If youve had fried spam, it was similar to it but better. My sister had the orange chicken fried rice and although it was just fried rice, you couldnt even notice you werent eating real orange chicken. Crispy and tender with a orange zesty flavor. My niece and I had the #1 Kevin soup and that lemongrass broth was like nothing Ive ever had before. I added their shrimp to mine and it just added another layer of flavor. I finished it ALL! Best vegan soup Ive had. However, the #2 curry soup that my other niece had was my favorite. The depth of flavors was just unbelievable. That will be my next soup.For dessert, we had the Ube pudding and carrot cake. The pudding was a first for me and I loved it. If you like sweets like me, then youll love it. The carrot cake was supposed to be a treat for tomorrow but barely made it home. It was mouthwatering, sweet, and moist. Wow, this place is perfect for great tasting, plant-based food at reasonable prices. I looked this place up on Google Maps with my family and we rolled right in to an awesome lunch. My two year old daughter is kind of picky eater, but she absolutely crushed their chicken nuggets. I had the duck stir fry noodles. They use big udon style noodles with veggie meat that you dont just find in the grocery store. Everything tasted fresh and the plates were pretty filling. I also would recommend their ham veggie spring rolls with their peanut sauce. Its a chill, relaxing atmosphere with friendly staff. Ill be coming back again for sure, especially to try or their bahn mi sandwiches. This place is pretty new, so definitely go check it out so they can keep making bomb vegan grub.

Finally!!Something healthy, superbly delicious and 100% plant based and GMO free in this area!My mom and I went to lunch there the first week it opened. Upon walking in, were greeted with a warm welcome from the owners in a forest of exotic multi-colored orchids, which were brought there by friends and family as prosperity well-wishes for the new business.The dining space is cheery and brilliantly sunlit through an entire wall of windows.Vibes are right!Upon receiving our food, our first noteworthy impression is the artistic presentation of everything on our plates-- tasty barbecue sauce is lightly and decoratively drizzled across our stir fried vegetables. It let us know what a rainbow of healthy nourishment we had right there in front of us.Next, the scent of our orange, chili-colored coconut curry soup with tofu, noodles, and bean sprouts (pho style) beckoned us to take the lime and squirt it in there heavily! The fresh and crisp tofu rolls and sweet peanut sauce were amazing.Oh gosh, and the sweet ginger hot tea to aide in digestion, so good! Everything we ate was bursting with savory flavor.Happily enough, the restaurant was pretty full and had a steady stream of customers rolling through. I have been patronizing Vinh Loi since their inception in 2019. Prior to that, I had always heard positive things about Vinh Lois first location in the Valley. I feel I have been quite remiss in not writing a review sooner given the sheer amount of times I have eaten food from here. Now during the pandemic, they seamlessly transitioned their operations to maintain the same culinary experience and additionally providing vegan food products to enjoy at home.What I love about Vinh Loi is how well made the food is. As vegans, we all know how accesible Vietnamese cuisine is for us and there are myriad examples of this reality in neighboring cities. What is unique about Vinh Loi is the balance between traditional and novel. You can get your chay staples or you can get some of the more inventive dishes on the menu and they will all be equally flavorful and enjoyable. Moreover, all this delectable food is quite affordable given the quality of the ingredients and the consistently generous portions provided.The owner is also a very friendly and personable man. He maintains the highest standards of service and will always make you feel welcome. I have never left Vinh Loi with even a mite of a negative experience.Overall, Vinh Loi is a stellar restaurant that is deserving of every positive adjective available and it is my sincerest hope that I will always be able to enjoy a meal from here during my lifetime.

I don’t normally eat Vegan, but I have to say that this is great food that satisfies my appetite. I had the cari chay (duck curry), and it was so yummy, I almost drank all the soup. I spoke to the owner, he is a great guy, some one you could have a beer with. Next time I’m going to try the udon stir fry.

BE CAREFUL FOR BEEING OVER CHARGED! This is the second time that koi I presume is the owner has charged me more. The first time he charged me for a plate twice. This time he charged me for a plate twice & an orange chicken plate that I didn’t even get! When I called him the next day to say he messed up my order & gave me an extra noddle plate that I didn’t want he refuse to refund me my girl didn’t even eat all that plate & he still hasn’t refunded me the plate he charged me wanted me to go pick up the plate, to call it even. He didn’t apologize or anything!
