It was me and my boyfriends first experience at Vitality Bowls. I usually love acai but this acai bowl was just okay (they really cheaped out on the bee pollen).The service and attitude of the lady who was taking the order was not okay at all. She raised her voice at my boyfriend for not making an immediate decision and for being soft-spoken. Not even a minute after order placement, she shooed us off from the counter as we were looking at the in-store menu to see if there was anything worth ever coming back for (even after pre-food tipping).Overall, I dont ever want to go back because the lady was rude and rushing our first experience when the place was not busy. This was not worth it for some mediocre acai that is not even customizable.

Definitely worth the time and money as the food is fresh and you dont eat a ton of ice or sugar in their smoothies or bowls which means youre eating nothing but real food with no fillers or additives. Definitely love my decision to switch from Jamba Juice to Vitality Bowls! I dont mind paying a bit extra because the service and quality I receive is awesome, and my energy has gone up tremendously and I find myself sleeping and working better.Oh yeah I was so surprised to taste warm chicken in my salad! Completely blew my mind 😂 never wouldve thought that warm chicken with cool crisp and fresh vegetables would pair so nicely.But yeah other than that the owners of the Mill Valley and San Jose locations are two very kind, honest, and hardworking sisters. They are in need of people at the moment so, if anyone is in need of a job or knows someone in need of one and you love healthy food and people then show your support and love to these locations.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Ive been here a handful of times and I am so glad I finally decided to try it. While I still havent hopped on the smoothie bowl bandwagon (thanks to Instagram theyre still a bit too gimmicky for me) I have tried the other items their menu has to offer, and everything has been fantastic! I like having a smoothie and splitting a salad or a sandwich with my friend. Ive never waited very long for my order to be ready and everything is tasty. The food and smoothies are nice and flavorful.

Not the same quality as the ones in Southern California. Got a green bowl and it was decent but overpriced for the quality up here.Also they told me it would be a 15 min wait for my bowl but ended up being double that.Won’t come again to this location

I used to love vitality bowls. Now days its hit or miss, usually miss. 9/10 times when I order through doordash or uber eats my order is wrong. Directions are rarely followed, or just some of them are. I know they can read the notes on the order since some or the special instructions are followed but its like they just pick and choose which ones they wanna follow and which add ons the customer paid for that they want to add to the order. I thought maybe putting the notes in every place I possibly could on the order would help, so I tried that yesterday and still, only some of the instructions were followed.

Ultra clean and very healthy. Super nice owner as well. Everything is always fresh and they never cut corners.Update June 13, 2021. The new owners deliver a very different experience and the food quality has dropped off significantly.

Really like the food. I haven’t been there for a couple months and went last weekend. People are really nice but the wait is soooo long. 30 minutes. Hope it gets better but another person waiting said it has been like this since the change in ownership.

This place is amazing. Their pour-over coffee is superb, their orange juice is so fresh, their eggnini is inspired - and their vitality bowl is like nothing Ive had before. The owner is so friendly and accommodating too - Ill be sure to come here every time I visit the area!

Plenty of delicious bowls and almost all are vegan or can be! Just remember no honey (which ruins the delicious fruit flavor anyhow!) I only wish they had more vegan breakfast options. I go here for the bowls every week but if they had vegan waffles I would also come every weekend without fail!

Really healthy and yummy food! My friend and I loved it!! The service was very good too there was a very friendly man who explained us everything. We will be back for sure ;)
