I love Vitality Bowls. I come here very often with my mom. The Nutty Bowl is my favorite. The cafe is very clean. I love their setup. The team members are very nice and helpful. I love the atmosphere. The bowls are so healthy, and I am so glad they have so many options for ingredients we can add onto our bowl. The store manager, David, was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this cafe to anybody.

Comparatively this Vitality Bowl location is a notch below other locations (same chain). Main reason is the quality of in-season fruit, it is not as fresh or tasty. Service was ok, prices were better than other locations, plenty of parking, a bit out of the way to get to. 3rd time around, service was much better.

My kids and I used to go here often. I stopped coming after they had a conditional approval from the health department. The kids wanted to go again so we did yesterday. 7/19/23. The person taking the order was rude and his vibe was like he would rather be somewhere else, but I let it slide.We got our order and I got a hummus toast which was not very tasty but I ate it. I also had a rehydrator juice. This was my first meal since I usually fast til noon. My kids had a smoothie each.We went home and after a couple hours or so I had a terrible headache and I thought it was the heat. The headache kept getting worse and I started to throw up. I had a miserable night of vomiting, headache and chills. I couldn’t keep anything down, not even water. I vomited a total of 6 times over the course of the night. I still have a headache this morning.I will never come back to a vitality bowl location. I had no other food than the hummus toast from them and the food poisoning experience is not worth it!

Pretty neat space. Went here on a Friday afternoon around 3:30pm? It’s pretty spacious, the layout used to be Bee&Tea.It was my first visit here. The menu is a bit overwhelming so we opted for the cashier’s recommendation or most popular. We got the Dragon Smoothie which had flavours like Mango, Dragon Fruit(of course), Guava Juice etc. it wasn’t too sweet, so it was perfect. You can also ask to remove certain fruits/ingredients to your liking which was helpful.If you’re in the area and want to chill with friends and what not, this is the place to do it. Especially in the hot summer days.I’ll have to update this review if I head back in in. But so far, from environment to smoothies, gotta say it was worth the detour.

I seldom write a review but I would say that my experience warranted a review to demystify the hype with this cafe. Picture says a thousand words, but if just a few words, my 6 year old niece could’ve made a better sandwich. I actually went back to the store to ask for a refund based on principle, and was told because I didn’t have the sandwich in hand and waited an hour to come back, they would not return my six dollars. They must need it more than me given what kind of product they sell and business that conduct. The staff was semi friendly, but the girls at the counter could definitely use some manners.

I told the guy I was in Costa Rica and had an acai bowl almost every day. They were amazing. The acai bowl I got here was pretty close to what I got there. Good job guys!

Beautiful interior, the setup is like going to a coffee shop. Great customer service, lots of healthy and fresh food options. My favorites: the Vitality Bowl (Acai), superseed avocado toast, and the Temptation smoothie (Dark chocolate, strawberry and banana). Its one of my favorite places to grab a snack or light lunch.

Manager, who we ordered from, was absolutely miserable to deal with. Rude and totally unhelpful, and when we asked for a refund on our order he gave it to us but kept the original $5 tip. Cannot believe how unpleasant this experience was. Love Vitality Bowls, but will never go back to this location.

Great place for a fresh juice and bowl. Have tried a few different types and been happy with what I got. The C Me Up really helped when I was not feeling well.

Im sorry to be writing this to you guys but its came to this point. After the conversation with the manager.The morgan hill location doesnt seem to be getting it together if a manager is not on staff. My wife and I frequently go here almost on a daily basis as you know its not cheap But they are so In constant on there bowls. It seems like if the manager is in they dont seem to have this problem as much.I ordered a large nutty bowls and when we arrived back at work about 5 min later with it it was watery melted were the bananas disappeared from the top.When we return to bring it to there attention about 25 min later being I had a few things that needed done before I could return they said O we can remake it if you would like as we wait for another 15 min wasting our lunch brake I turned around and just asked for a refund. Witch they did do . As we were walking out and the bowl was ready they didnt even offer it to us.This location has done this type of thingA number of times.They need to all be trained in customer service after dealing with 2 different managers they both seem to defend there employees actions. One manager didnt even have the Courtesy to call me. She just sent a text stating things that she believed to be the facts witch were not. Then said we were welcome to try other locations. I guess they would rather lose dollars over pennies 🤦‍♂️

Portions are a little smaller than I had hoped for. It would be nice if they offered fountain drinks. There arent that many tables to sit at when you dine in.

Its important to be present. I struggle to be present because my mind is always thinking about random things, like why is there a foot lotion, hand lotion, and body lotion? Shouldnt it just be one lotion? Eventually are we going to have right foot lotion and left foot lotion? Thoughts like these are why its so difficult for me to be present in the moment. My phone is no help either. It just adds on or encourages my random thoughts. I can mindlessly scroll for hours and occasionally find some mindful content. Instead of letting these random thoughts build up in my mind, I found a way to let them out through these reviews. Now Im part of the large ocean of random thoughts.Anyways, not being present or in the moment isnt that bad all the time. At least it allows me to not deal with or think about all the present problems because Im too focused on random things. Focusing on random things does come with downfalls though, like leaving my phone in the fridge, or looking for my keys while their in my hand, or eating yogurt with a fork. That is exactly what I did when I got the Immunity Bowl from Vitality Bowls. I decided to use a fork instead of a spoon. Id like to think that if my mind was in the present moment, I would have chosen a spoon over a fork. Unfortunately, I was probably having a random thought, like if Middle Eastern is on the map, why isnt there a Middle Western? I should have been focusing on which utensil I should use for yogurt. Anyways, I may have chosen the wrong utensil, but I didnt choose the wrong place to eat. The food was great here!

Had zero clue about this place before going into it. Got a panini and it was delicious!! However the juice I ordered tasted like straight celery. It could’ve been the kid making it but I didn’t say to the cashier or employees.

Big fan. Went there tonight for the love bowl and the staff was super polite. My large wasnt quite full so I asked them to top it off and they were totally accommodating. Great place.

Ordered beet, apple, ginger, celery and lemon juice item and only thing I could taste was celery, ginger and water. Juice felt like that extra water was added in it. Not satisfied, not worth it.

Customer services wasn’t good. They offer small for the bowls on the paper menu but wouldn’t honor it. Waffle maker was broken so I couldn’t order panini. Food was okay but kinda expensive
