Excellent service and food!! I enjoyed the charbroiled chicken and fried rice dish. This is a great no-frills Vietnamese restaurant. I had a great time and will be back! Vegan and vegetarian options as well.

First time here and was very satisfied with my meal and service. I ordered a regular size combo with rare beef, flank, tendon and tripe but instead of rare beef, I asked for more tendon. My preferred combo is brisket, tendon and tripe, but was close enough since they don’t have brisket at all here. They also have three sizes, which was unusual but cool to know for next time. I also ordered the deep fried shrimp rolls and GF ordered the regular size Pho Ga (chicken). The regular size with an app was plenty for me and my GF had left overs even though she doesn’t eat shrimp and didn’t eat any of the app. The shrimp rolls were actually the stand out for me. Pho was good, but have had better in Westminster and Monterey Park.Service was very good also, but there was a single server with a pretty busy lunch crowd. He did his best and we really didn’t have anything to complain about except having to ask for a few things twice, but no big deal.Definitely will return when in the area and will hope to try some other dishes to review.

Small cozy pho shop. I ordered the Chicken pho #22 Pho Ga regular size $6.95. Good clean clear chicken broth. I like the thinly sliced (in rounds ) chicken breast meat, no dark meat . A little heavy on the onions. Opens early at 10:00 am on Sunday. Sometimes the service is a little slow.

Always good food. Ive been going here for the past several years and have tried many of their dishes. Yes, they dont have super experienced wait staff because its a family run restaurant, and lets be honest, we Viet people dont go to Viet restaurants for the service. We go for the taste and quality of the food. So in that respect, they are great. I would definitely recommend!

Very good food and excellent service! I went with my four-year-old so I didnt order the type of dishes Id normally order but instead opted for kid-friendly chow fun and egg rolls. It was all very tasty; both my son and I enjoyed everything: the iced tea was refreshing, their sauces were exceptional, ambiance was nice, service was friendly, preparation was fast, and I had leftovers. All for $20.

Extremely bad customer service.Its definitely understaffedTook about 30-35 minutes waiting and didnt even receive our drinks.Never got our food and two different sets of people came in ordered and got their food before we did.Never ever ever ever ever ever ever coming back here againI really wanted pho and now Im just hangry.

Went there for pho and spring rolls, which were both delicious! The pho, even though it was evening, still had a clear flavorful broth with plenty of meat and the spring rolls here are larger and filled with lots of pork and large shrimp. Well worth yhe visit! Restaurant is clean and the service is good!

Awesome time here! Staff is friendly, food has a rare unique home style passion of cooking feeling to it! I never get tired of coming here! I have been to many Pho locations around southern California and none have come close to the flavour or attention. Would recommend to everyone and as always Ill be back here again and again

My go to spot now. Got my nephew and cousin hooked too. House special is bomb. Egg and shrimp rolls all day for us. The soft noodle mix chow mein is great. Pork fried rice is delicious. Not the best pho for me but its not bad either. This place is a solid 4 but I gave it a 5 because of the great customer service. I have tried about 10-15 different items here. Try this place.

Ive been going here for many years. Its small and simple, but always quick and very tasty. They have all the standard Vietnamese offerings, but the menu isnt as overwhelming as some. The imperial spring rolls are each a meal in themselves. I like the rare beef and tendon well done.

We saw the reviews on this place and wanted to give it a shot. Be prepared to wait an hour for your food and watch for it to be serve to somebody else. They need better servers and cleaner utensils. Not coming back and definitely not worth it.

Finally went back after a long absence. They serve hearty portions, and I like the fact that the phở contains a variety of ingredients, including tripe and tendon. Iced coffee is brewed right there at your table, something I had never seen in many years of going to Vietnamese restaurants. Attentive service.

This is the best restaurant in San Dimas. I eat here 1 to 2 times a week religiously and I’ve never had a bad meal. One time got the wrong order and it was just as good as the other stuff I usually order. The guy they got my order was the happiest person in San Dimas.

My family visit here quite often and many local people come for dinner. Majority are take out but call ahead or you will waiting quite long. The food is good but i dont know why someday is good and other doesnot meet my expectation. Expect the wait is long, may be under staff or the kitchen could not keep up with the order. Try it out.

The food is pretty authentic, and it tastes really good. The food, I definitely recommend. In terms of the service, they are understaffed, so it explains why service is not as good as it could be. Its a really cozy place, and I 10/10 would visit again.

An off day for them, doesnt give them the right to treat a customer like garbage.Food quality? 3 points... Service? 2-3 points... Attitude toward the customer? Negative 5 points.....where the customer is always WRONG?I ordered 2 soups, and even pointed the items out on their menu when making the order. When I got home, I found they gave me the wrong items. When I called to point out the error, the employee told me to come back and that they would replace the incorrect item. BUT, when I got there, I got a horrible attitude from the manager/owner there, accusing ME, of making the mistake.Not only did it ruin my lunch, but it cost me a wasted 45 minutes of my day, and nearly the cost of the item in fuel (to drive back 15 miles one-way)to get the right item.My my girlfriend was down with the flu, likes their soups, and she felt the hot soup would help her feel better.The food there IS good for the most part, and yes, she likes the soups there, ...but sadly I dont think I will be back any time soon.Im trying to accept that maybe it was an off day for them but it does NOT fix my impression of how they treat the customer at this point.Most/many American restaurants will COMP a meal, or somehow go an extra step to make things right, but when an employee there shows more concern than the owner/manager? Something is WRONG.In short, expect decent, fresh food, but if they make a mistake, dont expect anything but grief.

Awesome, very clean, great tasting authentic Vietnamese! Pho took time to make their broth - very beefy and rich. Vermicelli cold noodles very fresh and tasty marinated meats. Overall a 5 star place!

Roaches!! I used to go there for the food not the service. I could by pass the dirty looks from young guys taking my order after i told them they fot my plate was incorrect.What did it for me is when I went to wash my hands in the rest room and saw ROACHES coimg out from the wall.The kitchen is not too far from the restroom.I kindly paid and took my food and dropped it off at the nearest thrash can.Never going back.

Updated review, i saw baby german cockroaches. My brother ate here a week ago and found a male German cockroach in his food. Owners don’t seem to care about fixing the issue. Me and my brother work in pest control and see these roaches all the time so easy to identify.

Great place on a cool or rainy day for pho. Service is great! Add all the trimming that are served on the side, plus add little splash sriracha with hoisin sauce. It will definately warm up the body temperature.

The Pho here is fantastic. Protip, if you get it to go, make sure you have an appropriately sized bowl because you wont be able to mix everything together in the to go containers. Thats a good thing.

On a wet, rainy night, I wanted to get some form of a hot meal: the Vermicelli dish was bone cold, the egg rolls were deep-fried to the point of becoming black, the requested bean-sprouts were not cooked, and the staff genuinely doesnt give a shyte about anything except the money. 3rd World service and quality(rolls eyes).
