VOKO Karaoke Lounge in Tustin

Not a karaoke person, but I had a pretty good time. Highly recommended for all ages, one of the only places around that doesnt charge a fee to have a minor in the room. The room and equipment were clean, if not showing slight signs of wear. Didnt really interact with staff, didnt order food because it was pricey. Good selection of English songs, fairly easy to use the machine and its fun to play around with the settings. Overall a nice time even for someone who doesnt like to sing.

Went for a friend’s birthday. Not a karaoke person, plenty of pro audio experience though. Room acoustics are atrocious. Very heavy echo make the room unintelligible and extremely loud. Overall sound level was similar to a rock concert (95-105dB). Not good for hearing and those levels will damage your ears. Speakers are hung from the ceiling and point straight to the back wall. Audio settings were completely jacked up. EQ, gain structure, everything just wrong to produce any reasonable quality sound. English music selection isn’t bad, not great. A good blend but missing some big songs. Some songs listed would not pull up in the system. Korean remote was easy enough to use, really just need digits and two buttons. Need to deaden the sound in the room and prevent people that don’t know what they’re doing from messing with audio controls. Staff knew nothing about audio setup. No reason the room should be that live and loud! Place sound deadening material on all 4 walls and the ceiling. Re-position speakers. Would make the sound much less torturous.

First off, amazing venue w clean booth and amazing quality tech. Also really appreciate the COVID measures. Secondly, the song selection is amazing. They’ve got Bollywood, Philippine music, and all the latest hits (Doja cat, Lizzo, Harry styles, The Weeknd, even Joji and alternative rock hits). Perfect place to bring ur friend for their bday!! The owner is also super nice and accommodating, surprised us with a free bottle of cider :)!

LOVE this place. Great music selection, decent bar and food too. My friends and I visited last Saturday night. They were packed but were able to accommodate our large party. The girls up front were very accommodating and frequented our room for refills and food orders.

First of all, I tried to make a reservation. Second of all, I showed up to attitude from the front desk. To end it all, I was overcharged by the front desk and taken advantage of based off of her persistent attitude. I will not EVER recommend this place because I felt like it was not ever about me having fun and letting loose, but rather about money. That is sad in a company and not something I would want moving forward. By the WAY the whole keyboard is in Korean and they are rude in trying to break down how to pick your songs. It’s kind of messed up how mean the girl was toward me.

If I had to describe Voko in three words: fun, clean, and friendly!If you love singing, Voko is a haven full of private rooms for you to sing inside. They also have tambourines. The mics offered are high quality, and Ive never experienced the terrible mic feedback that other local facilities have put me through.Voko has one of the cleanest and largest spaces out of the karaoke lounges in the OC. For those with stage fright, youre only singing in a private room with whomever you select to be there. Also, everyone around you will probably be drinking and singing and not care what you sound like so dont let that hold you back!They have many popular English songs and a number of Korean, Japanese, plus a ton of Chinese song selections. It would be amazing if the facility could update their english song selections since they are missing a number of popular artists and songs from the past few decades. This would truly solidify its 5-star status.They also have a decent menu of food items in case you are hungry. Fries, pizza, wings, Korean seafood pancakes, etc. Taste is pretty good though portions are a little smaller for premium prices. No outside drinks are permitted, but theyve got plenty of water and alcohol you can purchase.Service is usually on point! The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and try to give you a very positive experience, even when they are busy.Prices are par for the course for the OC, but well worth the value for a really nice space and experience.

We partied here last night. The place was awesome! I have never liked karaoke rooms before, I have always stuck with karaoke bars, but I have to admit this experience was extremely fun. The service from the waitresses was great and the bartender Andrea was the best! She was very attentive and talented. She made us these craft drinks called Summer Breeze. They were the perfect blend of refreshingly sweet flavor that hit the spot. Thank you for allowing us to have our party there. I look forward to party there again in the future!
