The food was great, and I had special order and it came the way I asked for it. Got chicken and veggies only.I ordered some shrimp and they were missed but it was corrected immediately when I came back through.Food was hot and fresh and very good definitely grub...

I have gone couple times and I always get my orders wrong, it’s good on the receipt but they give me missing items or wrong items every time. Food is really good can’t complain but why do I have to get my orders wrong. I called spoke David he said next time you come back we will replace your bowl and took my information. 5 days later I go and I was told I wasn’t on the list. Michelle told me she couldn’t do much because I didn’t have the receipt in the moment and I only had 24 hours to go back which I wasn’t told. Came back called gave her all the information and I was told I would get refunded, today is 7 days later and nothing. I even had them check the order in the window to make sure it wasn’t missed and it happen. I get it, we do human errors but every time?

If I wanted the bitter part of the cabbage, I would have to ask for it.. totally not worth $10+ dollars.. not to mention the proper servings of meat is not met.. I dont recommend this Waba Grill Drive the extra mile to another Waba. Pricing on drive thru is off.. no Forks or spoons or napkins are given..

Well I ordered the meat chicken veggies and white rice today I start eating the meat and its practically all fat Im shewing and it fat thick pieces of fat Im sad 😥I was really looking forward to eating the meat but there was barely any meat that didnt have thick not eatable fat on it 😒☹I am not coming here again.would be better if there was more portions of meat and chicken less rice

The women working there definitely need to work on their people skills, they are always rude when we order from the drive thru. No hello, no thank you, nothing but attitude. I was ordering my food and one of the ladies was talking over me and didnt hear my order and then proceeded to tell me how I should order. Food is delicious but definitely not worth it. Id rather go to the other location in the Renaissance center.

Been coming here for some years now, it seems like every time we eat inside everything is fine but when getting food from the drive thru something is definitely not. One time it tasted like soap and today the salad had a long hair in it and a small curly one on the rim of the plate. Currently pregnant and now this ruined my day 🤮 was reading on the comments and some very old ones talk about finding long hair in the food too 🤮

This is the worst waba grill location to go to. I’ve gone this place 3 times in the last month and ALWAYS had to go back because they forgot part of my order. Then they get rude and defensive when you complain. Will definitely be going else where next time. The workers are too rude for my liking!In response to the owner, I sent that email and got no response.

I did an Uber eats order at 1:50 pm 3/25/2021 and well when I got the order my chicken veggie bowl had a very large hair tangled in the food. I called to let them know, manager or shift that was there didn’t want to deal with the situation so they had the younger lady who answered do her best to deal with it. They wanted me to come in for them to replace or refund me but like if I was able to go in I wouldn’t of Ubered the order, I explained and said I would dispose of it and was told nothing will be done since I will not be able to go down there and will dispose of the food. The money doesn’t matter but I mean the fact management can’t be bothered to handle food safety issues is kinda disappointing. Poor experience, wish I noticed before eating a carrot and broccoli but happy I noticed before the hair was on my mouth.

This is truly the best Waba Grill location in the area. They are consistent with their quality. The food is always fresh and tastes great. The employees always have a friendly attitude and the facility is clean. No complaints at all for this particular location. Other Waba Grill locations tend to serve chicken that has been sitting for hours and hand out small portions, not this place. This spot is operating the way a restaurant should be! The food is always fresh and served right, thank you Waba Grill Rialto on Foothill!

Usually a great place.Decided to try something different off the menu today. Loaded Miso soup. All it is is broth. No chicken or tofu. Its loaded with nothing. 3.50 for a bowl of broth is expensive. Need to change description, to broth bowl. Definitely not loaded. Their other items are great. But dont waste your money on broth soup

Usually this place is on point meaning really good, but the past couple of times that we have gone, they screwed up my wife’s order by putting chicken in her salad instead of the tofu that was ordered! Now for most people it would not be a big deal, but when you have someone who is vegan like my wife, then it is very big deal! The workers need to pay more attention to what they’re doing.

After a very long day at work I went to this Waba grill drive through. I got my food home and my husband started to eat his chicken bowl and pulled a long hair out of his food. I called and spoke to the manager and her reply was that no one there has long hair and we can bring back our food and she’s replace it the next day!!! Talk about good food.. I absolutely love coming to this place. They have a drive-thru... 5 stars just for that lol. I really like the fact the food is always delicious, always fresh. Quick tip number 1 on the menu which is the Chicken-Steak Plate comes with a free drink you just have to tell them because it is not on the menu board. Lunch hour: drive thru window is a bit busy..

Never had an issue with Waba Grill on Foothill and Cedar and Ive visited this location many times! The food is always fresh and the portions are hefty. Customer service is professional. The wait time is not lengthy either. My family and I enjoy dining here whether were ordering from drive thru or dining in. From a previous visit we remembered Wa-Ba Grill as a health-food restaurant. Since it was very close to our accommodation, we went there for dinner. The only little problem was that we arrived only one minute before closing time. It happened mostly because our inner clock showed a time 7 hour earlier, still, on Sydney time and because the grill closes on Sundays in unusually early hours, 9 oclock in the evening.We were expecting to be turned away, but no, not in this restaurant. Everyone was working on our order - a steak for him, and a grilled prawn’s salad for me. They were ready to sacrifice their free time, and wait till we finish our dinner. It was too much to ask for, so we told them, to pack it together and we took it away. The food was delicious, and the service was EXTRAORDINARY!!!. Thank you Wa-Ba grill, well always remember your courtesy.

The Drive-Thru only has phone and or online orders. I was not able to order off the menu. I was told to drive up to the window. Then she kept asking for the name on the order, I didnt have an order. Shrimp plate is excellent! However, my last visit today on 11/1/2018 raised some health issue concerns. I watched a male employee take money from a customer who just ordered and then the employee used his hands instead of the tool to pick up lemons from the lemon container. No telling where the money was or the employees hands were and what is the point of having a tool to pick up items if employees are going to ignore and use their hands instead. More training may be needed.
