We came here a lot when they first opened, but have slowed since - and probably wont be back. The food is good. Dont get me wrong, but there have been a lot of cutbacks.1) The bowls are smaller now.2) They got rid of the brewed ice tea machine - so now its just fountain drinks (which means Brisk ice tea)3) They no longer have the sauces out for you - you have to ask for it and they give you two packets.Today the fountain machine was locked (at 12:15pm) for some reason. When she unlocked it, the lemonade came out all water - with the added bonus of a fruit fly in my glass. They did give me a bottled drink at no charge, which was nice.Just too much downhill slide since opening, which is sad.

Food was freshly prepared and delicious. Brown rice was perfect. My only complaint is the noise! At one point, they were playing 2 different songs simultaneously. The acoustics in there make it even louder. Had to tune out the noise to enjoy my meal.

Love the concept. The food is great. Tried it yesterday came back today for the $5 special. But dang the service is sooooo slow. Stood at the register for seemed like 5 minutes before the cooks realized we where there. Then another 15 minutes for the food. Maybe you need a person just to be at the register at all times..

The food is pretty good and that’s the only reason I would give this place 3 stars. Other than the food, the customer service is hit or miss and honestly they always have something wrong. They’re out of something, they’re short staffed, they’re out of WABA sauce. Once I was having dinner on a Thursday at 5pm (they close at 9pm) and they just turned all the lights off on me. It is disappointing because the food is good, everything else is not.

Great for gym rats, and people staying on the healthy side. The food is good and the portion is perfect. You can lower the sodium by using less sauce, ask for it on the side.

What. A. Joke! Ive had better service at a jiffy lube than this place. There were two people working and one was on break. The guy (who apparently was the cook), had absolutly no idea how to operate the register. Okay, I get it, albeit not his job, he tried. The girl on break came over and took our order. However, the cook did not speak English, so he did not make my veggie shrimp bowl with veggies. A pretty big part of the complex parts to this staple bowl meal here in SD. I did not realize this till I got home. And there it was, nine small shrimp, a bowl of rice and 2 Tbsp of teriyaki sauce. I could have made rice at home and the shrimp was horribly burnt. Last time I waste $20 for two garbage meals. @WaBa.....go out of buisness now and save yourself the bleeding slow death. Itll help struggling companies who have value in the capitalistic market.

Food is good BUT FRUIT FLIES FLYING ALL OVER COULD NOT EVEN EAT GOOD WITHOUT TRYING TO HIT THE FRUIT FLIES FROM MY FOOD . THE FRUIT FLIES WAS LANDING ALL OVER THE SAUCES THEY HAVE AVAILABLE TO PUT ON YOUR FOOD . I HAD TO TELL THEM TO PUT A COVER OVER IT AND THE LAST DIDNT EVEN WASH THEM OFF AFTER SHE SEEN THE FLIES ALLLLLL OVER THE STUFF. OTHER THEN THAT OK ..

The sign says they close as 9pm, but realistically they close as 830. Don’t waste your time driving there anytime near closing or they won’t serve you!

Fast healthy options, reasonable prices, friendly staff. Bad Fruit fly problem EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!

Great place to grab a bite to eat. I love the chicken plates, very delicious and at a great price.
