I have been here several occassions, and I received good customer service. I usually request salmon or wabas plate. I like this place. Note the spicy chicken for me are really tasty. But I prefer the regular one.

The female cashier was very friendly food was good as well. The place was alright. The music was very nice while I was waiting, I think I listened to oldies, pretty good.

Waited average time for salmon to be cooked, and shrimp but got half an order of shrimp and paid $11 per plate. Im sure my shrimp should be a total of 12. C’mon Waba, this was my first time trying the business and thats garbage.

This place was awesome. First time here- I had the Plantspired Steak Veggie Rice Bowl and would highly recommend. Outside seating was also a plus.

Love love love! there’s four ladies that know my name and order even when i haven’t been in there in a while, it’s a nice feeling! also they were very accommodating when i had an issue one time! (nothing major) 💕

Walked in with my 2 kids 40 minutes before closing. The woman behind the counter glanced at us and looked away. 20 minutes later, never acknowledged or greeted us and say Ill be right with you. Terrible customer service. My teenager walked out before me. We took our business elsewhere. If you dont like your job, quit. Dont take it out on the paying customers. Dont waste your time here. Chinese Gourmet down the street has excellent customer service and food.

Semi friendly staff! But the exposed kitchen that we can all see when we walk in should be a bit more clean! It was a mess, open flames and splattered food everywhere. Should take a few hours a week to deep clean. After all it is a food establishment! Food is ok but the sanitary conditions makes me worried as a patron.

Horrible! They acted as if they owned the restaurant and put no rice or steak in the bowl it was half empty when I took the lid off. Beware the server was Taja

They need help.The whole team is very disorganized and muddled. Upon entering I was not greeted by the five team members available instead after a minute I was waiting I was acknowledged and told I would be helped soon. Everyone I seen working here looks very discourteous. Upon receiving my food quite quickly I left and ate else where, once I was eating I found a hair in my rice! That was really disturbing therefore I threw away my plate.I do love the restaurant and the food it offers although this location will definitely not see me again.

Been to this location many times on my way home. Always somewhat decent. Tonight was absolutely terrible. Went in 3 hours before close. The 2 guys working were scrubbing the floors of the main kitchen there. One of the guys stopped using some equipment, took my order, dished my rice up, and put the meat (sitting out in open containers for who knows how long) onto the grill. All without washing his hands once. They could care less about the customers.The meat sat on the grill for a couple of minutes not being paid attention to. They served it up. I got home a couple minutes later. The meat was cold and tough. The rice was hard and inedible. I ended up throwing most of it away. Ill be staying away from waba grill for a bit.
