I come here at least once a week for lunch. Martha is always super friendly. Never had a bad experience. The food has never had an issue as well. The area of course is a little rough but the establishment itself is kept well!

My first visit was 10/20/23. The server was helpful and very patient with me as I made my selections. Food was so good I returned on 10/27/23. I plan on making this place my Friday night stop before going home.

I love waba grill but for some odd reason quality is trash in the ie when it comes to food. My kale salad had mold at the top. Unbelievable. I dont blame the employees. I blame management for being cheap. Im sure theyre taking some big bonuses for saving the franchise money at the expense of quality.

Very rude employees I placed an order at 8:45 on the app went to pick up at 9 and they said they were closed and couldn’t give me a refund. I’ve called 3x and spoke with Dulce who is supposedly the mgr she keeps trying me she’s processing it and to wait 2-4 days- I’ll be here in person soon. Today I do an online order at 6:20pm go to pick up and they put a sign in the drive thru saying they are closed for 30 mins but no return time. I called for a refund again and they said I have to do it on my end when h app clearly says to contact the store and gives me their phone number. The girl working is very rude and ignorant.

Rude employee, kept rushing me even though I was the only person in the drive through. They also barely gave me any greens I wouldnt recommend this location

The food is really good. As usual for Waba Grill. But the veggie plates were skimpy with the meat and veggys. The workers were rude and impatient. They were extremely harsh to another customer who was asking a question. They spent most of their time talking and chilling like if it was a place to hang out rather than a work place. Personally Ill never come back to this Waba Grill. Ill go to a different one

Order took 30 mins, there was only on customer before me.. Rice had too much water, Brocolli and cabbage were over cooked, carrots really dry you could tell they had been out for a while. And the meat was so over cooked. I could not believe this people could not get even one thing right. I love waba grill just not this one.

Miso soup? Wow!!! MORE LIKE MENO SOUP. Dont bother ordering from this place if you dont want bad service. This waba grill is a joke...

Bad customer service& their chiken is super burnt. They need to clean that grill before they start grilling the chicken!!!!GROSSS!!!!!
