The food wasnt that great at all in my opinion. Rice was very typical so is the chicken but what really tuned me off are the veggies, yes they were steamed but thats about it. No spices or salt gross. Comparing to how expansive their food is I think they should spend less on the containers and more on food tastiness.

His review is overdue. We ordered pick upick up of Three chicken vegetable bowls. The veggies tasted like soap! So bad we picked it all out. It was aweful. Stop washing your veggies in soap and we will think about coming back. Really disappointed.

They only made a mistake I ordered integral rice and they gave me white rice.Everything else was good; It is a comfortable and quiet place, without much agglomeration of people with good service and friendly personnel.

Great place to get a quick bowl of food! I had a chicken bowl and it was delicious! Staff was friendly and place was clean, what more can you ask for??

Bad rice bad chicken bad attitudes. I eat at the location up the street almost everyday. The employees at the other location are amazing. The food here was honestly not good. Don’t let this location be your first impression of WaBa. Employees need an attitude check.

Not as good as flame broiler but still a decent chicken and rice bowl. They need to get some sriracha hot sauce though and quit messing with that imitation stuff. The service here was fast and friendly and the place was clean. Very important !!

Definitely disappointed and Ive been here 3 different times. The first rime the chicjen was cold and my dish was served about 5 minutes before my friends. The pho broth is extremely salty. When it says a dish comes with veggies it means iceburg lettuce. 3 seperate dishes all disappointing. The people were very nice and the atmosphere was good. Just expected better food.

Value for money has decreased of late as portion sizes have decreased while prices increase. Quality control is very good for a chain - you can expect the same quality of food from one establishment to another.

Ugh...tofu only protein worth eating here. Just had there combo chicken and steak vegie brown rice bowl...like meat scrappings re-cooked...and Im not picky at all...eaten there about 6 times but always had the tofu b4. Its more like smeat than meat...cant go back...might kill me...

AZ Waba near ASU is stellar. This a great product at that location. Not sure if it was just poor timing in this HB location. Good healthy food though. Try it.

This is a fast food restaurant that does not require reservations. So-called teriyaki rice bowl (mainly chicken or beef)Its delicious. Recommended when you miss Japanese food.Chicken, beef, tofu and vegetable mixed rice bowl is the best
