The food was terrible the chicken was burnt to crisp and had no flavor the chicken Portion was small. Customer service is awesome though. Needs new chefs

This location hosts some of the friendliest and most skilled staff. The food comes off the grill piping hot and fresh. I’ve never waited longer than 6 minutes for my food. They don’t hold back on portions either ! Best waba in Corona !

My order was all messed up. the things I paid extra for I never got. I also ordered pot stickers and paid extra for 2 sauces and got none. Everything in order was wrong

Call my order in was told it would be ready in 10 mins got to the restaurant for the cashier to say oh or you sure you called this location. I come to the location often to order on MAGNOLIA AVE . She then went on to say I can take your order now.

Customer service is good here. The issue though is I bought the steak & chicken veggie bowl and for what I paid absolutely terrible . It was the regular bowl and literally my meat was small cuts/bits of it. I felt robbed with what I purchased and will be the last time I ever go.

I live down the street and always call for pick up orders. The staff is great and doing their job and getting paid minimum wage for it. As I read the comments below, it seems that people complain just to get something free. This is waba! Not Ruth’s Chris. The food is consistent and delicious. It’s still covid times where supply issues are relevant and now that prices have increased yet again, I’m sure there will be issues with ice tea machines, plumbing, etc. and it will take time to fix. I don’t understand why people seem to be ungrateful and expect top tier excellence from a minimum wage job and 10$ bowls? If you give attitude, expect to get it back no matter where you go. These workers are not computers - they have feelings too. Treat people how u want to be treated.

I come into this place fairly often for lunch. I came in for a last lunch a week or two ago and got my meal to go. When I got back to work and looked at my food i noticed I was missing the avocado I had asked for as well as the green onions. No big deal, I called the store and spoke to someone named Eder. He assured me they would give me the avocado for no charge on my next visit as well as a drink for the inconvenience. I was happy with that and he told me all I would need to do is give them my name and they would take care of me. I went in today and let the cashier know that I had talked to Eder and went over what he had told me. She giggled, looked at the back of the soda machine and said sorry, ill have to call him. Being on lunch, time is limited, so after she disappeared for 3 min or so, she came back up on the phone with a customer. She apologized and said she needed to call still. I told her not to worry about it as it was supposed to be easy and I was on a time crunch, she laughed again and took my order. Then when giving me my order left out the dumplings I had ordered. Idk if Im coming back here. The customer service is terrible.

Talk about a decline in quality and amount of food from a few months ago. The tofu was burnt and small pieces. The steak plate was burnt too and very little meat on it. It looked like half of what was given before and what I get from other locations. Whats with that? Hope this isnt a new trend, increase prices and reduce the quality and quality of the meal

Edgar did not have good customer service. I placed my order curbside pick, which usually is no problem, as he took it over the phone. Once I got there he said I would need to place it online. My order was not placed and he was rude. I asked to speak to the manager and he did not transfer me to him or her.

I understand this is an old location but the staff isnt.Where to start......Youd expect to be greeted with the smell of chicken, steak and all the goodness of the menu but no, it smells like a dirty bathroom. Literally. So pungent and just nasty.I watched 4 people handle the food and if the 8 hands, only 1 had a glove on and it was only the hand that pit the chicken from the grill to the cutting board.I was shocked....like ok, this is hospitality, post pandemic and yall were grease drenched facemasks but not gloves?The ice tea machine was leaking out onto the counter. Just a dripping away.Man I was hungry but I was served nothing but disappointment.Everything had CHAR on it. Chicken and dumplings were coated in char and it was absolutely disgusting. The grill and flat top are not cleaned AT ALL during service.So mad that I spent money to rinse off mly dumplings in sink water only to throw the whole meal away right after the first bite.
