Every time I go get my dumplings which are my absolute favorite things to buy from here there is always a cashier named Raquelyn G. That always makes sure to personally make my dumplings because she knows exactly how I like them cooked well done on the grill . She deserves a raise.

This was the first time Ive been to this location. As you can see in my photo I got a bandaid in my food, I was order #147 on a Saturday night and I tried to call upon biting into the bandaid, no one picked up. The fountain sodas were flat. A majority of the workers were not wearing masks and obviously not wearing gloves. I wont be going back to this location.

My food was good and tasted fresh. But I have to say this place lack customer service.Gina, the cashier who took my order, was very rude and had an aggressive tone. When I walked inside the store she was eating in front of the register, she put her plate away to take my order. She rushed me like she had some better place to be. She started making sounds on the counter with her long fake nails.I also saw another cashier coming from the back sucking on a lollypop.Dont know what the owners expectations of customer service are, but sure dont meet mine. I wont be coming back to this location.

I love coming here all the time! Food always tastes fresh and really good, employees are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for anyone trying to eat healthy! Roseline, Raquelin, and Joseline always go above and beyond to provide great customer service!

Service is slow and workers got bad attitudes, drinks are always out of one or two flavors and food was alright nothn special. Condiments are microscopic.Food is stale and portions are smaller than other locations.

Leaving and not coming back bad customer service. Worker said they we closed 15 minutes early before 8pm. I asked why and a girl by the name of Samantha said because we are getting ready to close. There was many customers still wanting to order and were told they were closed.

Today I witnessed a customer being very rude to an employee the employee had suggested something for her and she didn’t like that and she was being extremely rude cussing her out employee was very mature and polite and that costumer would not stop the rudeness I hope that young girl is okay and shouldn’t have to worry about rude people… this happened in Fontana on sierra

I’ve ordered a Spicy Asian Salad from WaBa about three times from this location and they ALWAYS forget my salad dressing (even when I remind them to give me some).I’m basically paying $7 for lettuce and a piece of chicken at this point. No, thanks.

Fast, efficient and allows customized meals without making mistakes with your request. Friendly service. Clean place if you prefer to dine in. Has a TV and ice cold beverages to accompany your meal. Healthy place that is a favorite of mine.

Whoever the girl is that was there now. 7/29/21 Thursday before closing. Don’t know her name but she was so rude! Their hours say 9pm when I pointed that out, she raised her brows at me and stuck out her eyes pointing with an attitude at the sign at the top corner of the door to tell me it’s 8pm that they close. When I got there it wasn’t even 8 and she already had the lights off and doors locked. It must’ve been 15 minutes before 8. So I guess they close at like 7:40 more like that’s the time they should put on the sign. 🙄

I absolutely hate this location, I asked the lady with big ears if she could make my kids meal drink a medium and she said no?, the location on mulberry does it and the location off the 15 frwy and 4rth street does it. Its something as small as this that makes me not want to return. Not to mention long lines and short staffed. I rather go to the location by the Ontario mills. Always empty and fast and efficient.

This is my local Waba Grill. The food is amazing but the customer service is so depressing & disgusting. The days I go in just seem to be the bad days for the cashiers or something. They do not smile & when they can’t hear you they make an ugly face, so when you do speak up they have an attitude. The cashier who’s name is Carolina A. just seems to have had a bad day when I went in. She greeted me in Spanish & I began to talk in English & she had an attitude. I don’t understand this, why they don’t have a better attitude. They look miserable, maybe that’s why they have a “Help Wanted” sign up. So sad, makes me feel so unwelcome.

They continue to get orders wrong. How are you gonna remember to charge me for avocado on each plate but you forget to put the avocado. This place is going down as far as service and cleanliness goes. They cant do simple orders because they manage to just mess it all up. HIRE NEW PEOPLE ALL THEY DO IS TALK INSTEAD OF WORK. They need a real manager or supervisor. They dont even put dressing anymore in ur salad. Thats how lazy they are. Dont eat here go to another waba grill.

On January 2, 2019, at 10:20AM. I got there when it was opening so I had to wait 15 minutes to get my Chicken Bowl. Suddenly, two employees started arguing and bickering like children. I get home and I am eating. I find a blonde hair in my food. I am extremely upset. They didn’t have hair nets on.

Miso soup was nothing but chicken broth, waba place came with 2 old orange slices..what a waste..employee came in fresh from the gym cursing in spanish (i look black but im not..i understand spanish) resturant was dirty and not well stocked..bummer will never go to this wabba again..the one in S.fontana by jurupa is way cleaner and the food is actually fresh.

Employees arent trained to work with the rewards system. One employee was scanning multiple times on my girlfriends phone and gave a half response and claiming we needed 120 points for the free avocado which is a lie because you only need 40 points to redeem it. Poor service.
