I love having takeout food from this location! Very quick and fast! It makes my starbucks more delicious; additionally of the great employees there are, especially adriana today I walked in she was very sweet and very great customer service! Thank you waba!

Is there a zero stars? I just got a plate. I only ate salad. My chicken was raw, fatty chewy beef, steamed veggies soggy, brown rice raw can’t chew.. green onion slimy.. oh I ask no sauce drenched in it. Ordered pickup thought it was ok.. not sure if I’ll go back.. it use to be good I guess not anymore 😞

Great Food and the service was very prompt. I love the environment and the staff, they were very helpful in explaining things that we were asking. The $5 bowls are awesome and perfect. I give 5 stars and more. If you havent tried the WaBa Grill, you need to go. Thanks WaBa... ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place is great 100% recommend, the atmosphere was good as well as the customer service. One time I remember my purse getting stolen infront of the place and a young gentlemen came out and chased the robber, although he didn’t need to he still did. He stayed there until the guy got arrested. Uriel did an amazing job and was just so kind, I could never forget the moment.

I was here at 3:30pm today. Super yummy food and great customer service from the young man at the register. I overheard a customer having issues with a mobile order and he addressed all her concerns in a polite and friendly manner. As for the food, the portions were just right and the chicken was cooked to perfection . :)

Ive been coming to this locations for a while and their food quality and customer service is the best. Araceli their manager she always have a positive and welcoming attitude towards her customers. I would always recommend this location to everyone!!!!

I tried the chicken and rice bowl. Their menu has healthier foods than some of the other fast food restaurants that I have frequented. They even have tofu in some of the dishes and miso soup.

Worst Ever!! I would never order from this location again. Ordered over $120 of food and didn’t even receive what I ordered. I ordered 5 chicken and steak rice bowls and 5 chicken and steak veggie bowls and received 10 chicken and steak rice bowls with absolute smallest portions of meat ever. Unacceptable

The food was good. As you would expect from waba grill. But it wasnt hot. And we were dining in. But the service was not the best. I was waiting in front of the register while they were preparing another persons order. I said hello and no response. However they stand in front of me talking to eachother, still without acknowledging me. I stand there for almost 10 minutes before one finally says ill be right with you. And its not the first time it happens here. So i would just recommend to order it before you arrive if you dont want to be ignored

Terrible service awful food. Steak was burnt and cold. Cashiers walking around food prep area with no hat or hair nets. Very poorly run, and it shows in the quality of food and service I will never go there again not worth it.

When I walked in I was welcomed by both the cashier and the dude grilling the chicken in the back, A+ for that. The cashier was busy with another customer that someone from the back came to help right away. Clean restaurant so whoever is keeping it clean is doing a good job, Ive seen other Wabas dirty and the cashier on their phone but not this one. My food was ready quick, the food taste great, rice is cooked well. Id recommend it to my difficult grandma whos always complaining about every small detail in a restaurant.

Went for lunch. I got a chicken bowl and the rice was undercooked. It was very hard like they had just put it in to the pot and not waited long enough. Cashier was rude. Not enough condiments, got no onions, you ask for extra waba sauce and they sold it to me when before they didnt and the cups where not at least half was filled like if they were leftovers.

I think they could be more generous with salmon salad. The salad greens was drowning the salmon It was very small for 8 dollars other than that I love their food. Always so fresh. The miss and rice soup was delicious

I ordered online from this Waba grill (MorenoBeach Drive)... I was there on time for my pickup...very rude no customer service...walked in and the workers having long conversation so I assumed to just take a seat in front...finally she asked after waiting a long time without any of the workers greeting a customer...I got home rice was not fully cooked and food cold... it was not fresh...I was very disappointed because I bought three bowls... I should have just went with my first thought and ordered from way in Riverside ...I will tell everyone I know to never order from this place...This food wasnt prepared properly...Please dont eat here...food poisoning at your own risk💯😳😳

My 1st and last time going there. I ordered online to make things easier. I wanted extra sauces so they charged me .29¢ each (X 5) online. No problem. I ordered curbside pick up.When I arrived, no one would answer the curbside pick up phone line. So I walked in. My order was ready. Not under any heat source to keep warm. No biggie since it only took me a few minutes to get there. (The online order website said my order wont be ready for 27 minutes. Had I waited to pick it up, it would have been sitting cold all that time, not at a safe temperature) Anyways, I look in my bag and see little packets of sauce and thought I hadnt recieved the sauces I paid for so I told them. The cashier had no idea what to say so she called over someone else. The lady tells me the packets ARE the ones I paid for. I said oh, I thought theyd come in little plastic containers. She said no. Unless it says it on the receipt. (Um hello, not my fault theyre system doesnt say that.) So I asked, so you charged me but youre giving them away to everyone else? She said yeah. She said because you ordered online. I said, how is that fair? She walked away. I never got rude or loud or disrespectful at all. She just didnt want to deal with it or even apologise. So I asked the cashier, well since I paid for my sauces, I want more but Im not paying for more when you guys give them away for free. She gave me a handful and I thanked her and left. The sauces didnt even have enough in it to fill a Taco Bell hot sauce packet. And my daughter and I didnt even like the sauce after all that. We prefer teriyaki sauce. They dont use teriyaki sauce. We wont be returning. Sorry. Not sorry.BTW, it wasnt the cashiers fault. But the other lady (asian, manager?) was rude and unhelpful and didnt solve the issue or give me a refund for the sauces I paid for.. Not good customer service.

Its waba the food is always good. As far as this location i like its clean. Just watch out for the portion servings ive been there once before order the chicken bowl when i got home i had like 4 poeces of chicken and all rice. A second time i went there had the same experience but checked the bowl in the restaurant and complained about the portion size. I mean plates are close to 10 dollars i know for a fact that im not paying no 10 dollars of rice. Anyways they apologize and got a good portion of chicken. The thing about it is that waba does not measure the chicken portion. They should weight it or something make it fair for the customer. When i can count 5 bite size pieces of chicken im not going to be happy.

This place has just gone downhill over the years, the food is just terrible. Rice not fresh, chicken tastes like it has chemicals in it and its burned. My stomach is hurting I couldnt even finish the food. Will never eat here again 😒

Went here on April 10th 2021 and the cook didn’t have his mask on properly and when I said something the lady cashier started laughing. I told her is wasn’t funny and ask to speak to the supervisor, she told me she wasn’t there to come back Monday April 12th 2021 at 10:00 a.m. I returned April 12 2021 at 10:15 and asked to speak to the supervisor or manager the young lady said she was there come back at 1:30. I took pictures of the young man April 10th 2021 how he was wearing his mask and he still didnt fix it. With this pandemic young people are not taking it seriously. I hope you let your employees know to wear them properly.

This location is stingy with their food, Ive gone in a couple times luckily because the food is good and hoping they might of loosened up, they give you very little rice and hold the sauces behind the counter unlike every other location Ive been too and they only want to give you one unless you tell them otherwise.
