Unfortunately I came later in the day for food and it was a horrible experience.No dressing on the salad. Lazy cutting for the fruit. The meat was edible but the rice was horrible. It was either super clumped together and extremely mush or hard and undercooked still.So sad I wasted my money on a disgusting meal.

Coming here was an amazing experience. I was hesitant to go in after seeing the long line however it moved pretty quickly. Stephanie and Pricilla went above and beyond to help me find the right bowl. The customer service was excellent and the food was even better. This is certainly not the last time I eat here!

Okay, so dont try the tacos (just not good). Thats not what bothered me. What bothered me was that the cashier grabbed my water cup from the inside, like deep (2 of her hand was on the inside of the cup). I did say something and even advised that she flip the stack, she smiled and walked away (still open up when I left).

Ordered the spicy Asian salad....it clearly shows i would get edemame and kimchi, cilantro, tomatoes carrots with a spicy sesame dressing and wonton strips.... but that is NOT WHAT I RECEIVED..... I even questioned the guy who gave me my order and he said, yeah the menu on the app is deceiving...... REALLY??Also I ordered on the app an hour in advance and still had to wait... Ill not be returning EVER!!!!!! You really suck server guy, couldnt even give me my wanton strips 😠

Im sure this place is under new management. The previous employees were horrible. The restaurant always looked dirty, the food wasnt prepared correctly, and they wouldnt wash their hands after handling money. They replaced all employees and everything is just great. Definitely eating here again.

We visited Saturday 5/6/23 at 300pm exactly. As we walked in the young Hispanic guy with a beard behind the cash register said welcome to chilis. We didnt laugh. He then said to us before we ordered just to let you know we are out of white rice brown rice and steak and chicken. We said oh. He said Im just joking. We are out of onions and sauce thoughI said oh. He said nah Im just kidding what can I get for you? So we walked out. no work ethic, no respect for customers and the blatant disrespect. This kid needs to be terminated. What a joke.

Every time i come here the service sucks. When I came in both workers were just sitting in the lobby hanging out, and neither of them were in uniform. they clearly hadn’t been working because i had to order a couple times: they either told me they were out of something or it would take a while because it hadn’t been prepped. my bowl had more avocado than chicken, and he didn’t even take the time to slice the avocado.

I placed an online order and had someone pick it up for me because I was at work. When I got my order, the order was missing avocado. I called to let them know it was missing and let them I couldn’t come in nevar because I was at work. I was not offered a refund for the missing item, the person on the one didn’t know English and hung up on me. Though I’m sure the food is fine, the service here sucks and I will not be coming back.

My daughter placed an order around 1 pm today 7/6/22 via Doordash and she said were going to pick it up. Around 1.20pm the doordash message my daughter that the order is ready to pick up. We went at the said location. After 5 mins my daughter was not able to to get the food and the staff said she had to wait for about 7 mins. She waited but the food is not yet ready. I went inside and asked the staff if the food is ready and told me that he just pulled out the chicken and has to grill it. I would understand if theres a lot of people inside ordering but no customer inside placing an order. I told the staff to cancel it. I dont know what the staff are doing inside. Terrible experience.

I havent been to this location in a while and I dont think I will come back anytime soon. I ordered the sweet and spicy chicken veggiebowl, I have ordered this many times at other location and what I got today was definitely not what I ordered. The rice was undercooked, the chicken didnt look like it always does, I always get 1/2 of avocado and I dont think I got even a quarter of it today. The portions on everything were much smaller. Now the place itself was filthy floor hasnt been cleaned in a long time, the tables felt sticky. Overall everything felt and looked dirty. Maybe corporate should come out and check.

I work near by this location I’ve tried ordering 4 times at this location I take lunch at 9:30 I am only 2 mins from this location and every time I have went they are out of chicken and streak or one time this was my favorite the guy tells me that is in his street clothes that they closed early because they did deep cleaning bahhahah yeah sure. I have had the worse experience with the WaBa Gill. On numerous occasions I have visited this location around 5:00pm and have had a bad experience.This place is always under staff and will have you waiting for a long periods of time. I went to this location on 5-27-21 thinking maybe I would give this location another try that was a mistake. I ordered a chicken bowel with brown rice at 5:32pm and waiting and I waited and my food was still not ready. I finally asked when would my food be ready 45 minute later and it was indicated that they were working on my Order as well as everyone else that was waiting. Myself and numerous other customers who had been waiting for a long time finally ask for our money back. I will never visit this location again. Never I my life have a experience such a poorly ran establishment. Displays deserve last one star

The two poor guys in there were left with nothing to work with, many orders. My mom and I waited almost an hour, seriously, for our order. I did have to verbally ask and raise voice a bit, which makes me sad, I am not that person. Our food was on cold side. I will not go back to that store. I hope those boys get help from managment and have there supplies needed to work properly and efficiently during dinner rush.

Today I can say Ill never go back to this location again. Today I called in an order to go, I asked for a plate and a bowl both with specifics. I knew what I wanted would take some time, so when I was done ordering I asked the cashier working the 5 oclock shift today, about what time the food would be ready, in which she responded 10 to 15 mins. Which was fine, so I arrived 20 mins later to give it some time. Once I arrived, there was 1 person ahead of me waiting for their food. When I provided my name to the cashier, the COOK stepped ahead and said that my food wasnt ready yet because it was white meat chicken and ended 20 mins to cook. So I let them, the cashier and cook know I was aware of that, and that is why I had called ahead and already waited 20 mins. So they looked at me said sorry and repeated it and said Id have to wait about 20 MORE mins. Mind you, I have people waiting on me at work.So to add further injury to insult, as I waited I watched 3 other people come in, and get their food before me. 2 online orders and a walk in. So as I watched those people leave with their food, I finally received mine. Their was no compassion of care in the world that your employees wasted my time.They also burnt my chicken, provided very very little rice on the plate that was ordered, they forgot to add the avocado on the plate as well. I did receive the extra side of avocado that I ordered thankfully. They forgot they well done veggies on bowl as well and this establishment had no waba sauce just spicy and I got 1 of each. This was enough to make me not want to ever come back to this specific place again.The first time they did this, I came to get my food I had again ordered 30 mins prior and they said a group came in used all of the white meat chicken. I didnt e enough get upset then, I just sat done and wait another 20 mins for my food.Best advice check all your food BEFORE you leave. I will also be reaching out to corporate. I attempted to call when I was still in the parking lot, but they were closed, so I will be calling Monday morning.

My low review is based off of their customer service.I have noticed that anytime I order food about an hour before closing, they really just want to get ready to get out of there. I ordered a steak bowl and last minute was told they were out, I ordered wontons and got charged for them but never received them and I asked for white rice and got brown rice instead. Terrible service, I wouldn’t recommend coming here or at-least, don’t come here before they close because they don’t care about your order.

So this was a order I had placed for pick up through Door Dash. I went in and they had 1 employee working the cash register and the back prepping the bowls. Oh and one at the grill. My dumplings were missing and the rice was extremely undercooked and hard. Also the green onion was not cut properly. They either need more staff, and the rice cookers are maybe not working properly. One of the worst WaBA Grill locations I’ve been to in the High Desert.

Please hire more competent people, Ive noticed every time I come to this particular location, the restaurant is under staffed, so the wait its longer than it needs to be. Theres always different people working and so, it looks like they hire people from an agency or something like that, no uniforms or professionalism.

It is 8:40pm pacific time and my husband and i are beyond exhausted from driving from las vegas back to los angeles so with the dreadful service we just received at this wabagrill, if i could i would give -5 stars. To start off, we were greated with a cold whenever your ready phrase and tone. Second, there was literarly nothing available. No veggies except carrots. Frozen avocado was available though, hooray!! not even scallions were available. Furthermore, the chicken we received was horrendous! it was shredded, dried and it looked a lot like the scraps off the grill that you just gather up and dump on the bowl ontop of the rice. SINGLE. WORST. WABAGRILL. EXPERIENCE!! we have no humor nor energy to go back and complain. we just want to get home and get some sleep. definitely FIRST & LAST time coming to THIS location.

Who ever the scheduling manager is should be fired. Who schedules only one person during lunch rush? I waited 40 minutes for a phone order during my lunch break. I have to place my orders via phone because the WaBa grill app always messes up my order the workers always tell me the app does not specify which type of meat I ordered when I choose white meat every time. After three times with the same issue I had to start calling in my orders. But now I have to wait in line to pay. I felt so bad for the ONE girl who was trying to get all the orders out while the line was out to the door. Find better managers one employee during lunch rush is bad not only on the employees but for the customers. WaBa grill is going downhill.

Clean your grill!! Every time I get dumplings from here its like they are covered in soot/ash and black gritty debris. Like seriously when is the last time a health inspector was here?? Let me just start by saying they don’t pick up their phone. I called three times and it went to voicemail. I got to waba and Dionee was the rudest! I asked her if the phone number was the same because nobody answered she said “ I did pick up the phone but nobody answered ” I told her it went straight to voicemail the three times I called. She took my order as if she was barely even acknowledging me, while she was getting my meals ready I asked for sides and she said ok and walked off! She never came back so the guy who grills helped me and he was soo sweet and nice he deserves a raise!! Definitely need better customer service.

Nasty and dirty. Went there for a chicken bowl and got undercooked chicken. Im currently sick right now because of it. Not to mention the place is dirty as hell with trash and food everywhere on the counters. Employees look like they dont even want to be there. One employee named VAL looked liked she was miserable and didnt bother to greet when we were at the counter.If you hate your job dont work there, simple.No one is forcing you to stay at a job you clearly hate.

I came in being a student I thought I would use my ASB card. It clearly states But 1 plate & drink get 1 Bowl & Drink FREE...Well not only did that not happen, I was told it could only be a bowl with rice, no veggies, no chicken, no white meat chicken, the plate had to be one meat only...Good lord. My ASB card clearly states otherwise.Manger looked at it and says sorry nope, she wont honor that!Basically the manger here didnt want to honor the card. First and last time Ill be here. They just feel they can change the terms of the cards they give to students. Avoid this place, they wont honor your ASB card at all and charge you double.

I eat at WaBa Grill locations all over California and I will say that this Location has the rudest employees I’ve encountered. their service is horrible The only reason I come here is because I love WaBa Grill and it’s right around the corner from my work but today I’ve had it I will never eat in this establishment again management you need to do something with your employees.

Not very good, I ordered a shrimp bowl with white rice and the shrimp was very very bland while the rice was basically mush, they drown the bowl with sauce which you would think that it would make the bowl more flavorful but all it accomplishes is Making the rice into a sloppy mess, the shrimp was tough and took 30 minutes to cook, way too long for the shrimp I received it was basically tasteless while the sauce added to it just resulted in the shrimp tasting sour and salty not something I enjoy at all, I wouldn’t recommend the food here I came back again for a beef bowl and it was appalling
