I went here for lunch and tried their new Boom Boom tacos. I chose the chicken taco and thought it was lacking flavor and the chicken meat could use some more grilling. The carne asada taco was flavorful and tender to each bite. I didnt try the shrimp because I was afraid it would be a disappointment like their pollo taco. I definitely recommend their carne asada taco.

I love the service from Satti!! Very personable, always remembers our order and remembers I had a stroke. Very pleasurable to always come and see her. Great food, never disappoints the taste buds. Thank you. By the way her salad she made me was delicious.

I usually get a waba bowl with extra steak, girl charged me 5 dollars for extra “waba” so that’s my normal order, I come in today and get my normal order and the kid charges me for extra steak and chicken, which ends up costing more than the bowl itself. Probably won’t be coming back since I ended up spending 50 dollars instead of 30

The steak bowl i purchased was made very quickly. the bowl was warm not hot or fresh as advertised. i would probably stick to another chain because this location isnt that great. staff wasnt too nice or welcoming either.

I got the salad today. Absolutely disgusting!! All the vegetables were old, moldy, slimy and falling apart. I opened the lid and it stunk! 🤮Do not eat here!!!!

I called place an order while I was at the UPS Store up the street hoping to have it ready by the time I got there. As soon as the girl answered she immediately said, in a bold tone, can you hold. Not phrased as a question, more like wait. I said okay, no response. I drove down the street through several intersections, entered the Plaza, parked and even went inside the restaurant staring at the employees while I was on hold with them. I mentioned nothing of this to them as I didnt want to be that petty.Then I ordered two chicken bowls, one with avocado. I asked for extra sauce on the side and the guy said it already has some. I said I know but can I get some more and he gave me a Blank Stare, said something under his breath, and I said nevermind.By this point I realized the girl that put me on hold did so and then sat down to have her lunch. I doubt anybody knew I was on hold on the phone.Finally, by the time I got home and sat down to eat with my wife I realized they charged me but they never give me my avocado.I dont know what it is but Waba Grill has good food but terrible service, and this tends to be the case even at other locations, but especially at this one. I only went to avoid something a bit more unhealthy

Management was terrible. They made a mistake and refuse to fix the problem but prefer to just give me a refund. Sent my experience to WaBa Grill on the receipt and never got a response.

I had the shrimp special plate. The cooking time of the shrimp was right on point and the sauce on top of it was great. The brown rice was not as soft and tasty than I was expected. Overall it was good. Give it a try. Healthy fast food! Good selection of bowls and plates with your choice of beef, chicken, fish or tofu. Add vegetables to round out your meal. Counter service is prompt.

This is probably the worst Waba Ive ever been to. The cashier speaks very broken English and will butcher your order. Ive given this place the benefit of the doubt 3 times now, but no more.

This location has always been a hassle for me. First time I came to this location was a little over a year ago and I had never been charged extra for spicy wanna sauce. Still haven’t at any other location except this one. Now fast forward, I notice they have become real skimp on the food. All I usually order is a side of rice with some avocado on top and spicy waba. Now they have the plant based meat so I’ll get that. Beside the absurd price of the meat, they give so much less rice than they used to. It’s honestly ridiculous. I live a 2 minute drive from this location so it’s convenient but I’ll have to start driving elsewhere to get my money’s worth.

I entered this business without a mask because San Bernardino County has no mask requirements for those who are vaccinated (I am fully vaccinated). I was told by the cashier that I had to wear a mask to be served. She offered one and I put it on.I understand that individual businesses can require you to wear a mask regardless of county ordinances.I hope the owner also understands that I will no longer patronize this establishment, ever!On a side note I also find it comical that employees behind the counter are wearing their masks below their noses. But hey, you do you!

I was a frequent customer. Went there 2 months ago before they lightened the mask requirement statewide and was refused service because I did not have a mask. Understandable? Went there today after being vaccinated for a couple weeks and was still refused service because I did not have a mask. I’ll be driving to eastvale from now on. Before all of these restrictions I used to eat there 3 times a week. NOT ANYMORE!

Do NOT ask for delivery through the WABA app. Doordash drivers will not deliver and take your food. The customer service line will hang up on you. Pick up your food better.Head chef Shaggy makes great food and the people there have great service. The place is very clean and the food is very healthy. The Corporate chain should do something about their arrangement with DoorDash. Their drivers are unprofessional and the Company does not care. Go figure.

I went here with a friend to lunch on Monday 04/15/2019. I really enjoyed the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl. The Waba sauce was excellent. The bowl was prepared freshly and very tasty. The staff were very friendly and this was a very clean restaurant.This is an awesome service for people who lead busy lives. I cannot recommend this location highly enough.Ill be back soon.

Was it really impressed by the Waba Grill. Their menu seem to be more on the healthy side of the fast food scale but the flavor just wasnt there for me. The portions werent as big as say Yoshinoya either. Its okay for a quick bite, especially if youre not hungry or dont want to take leftovers.

I find it completely absurd that when I ordered online, the chicken veggie bowl base price is $11.30 plus the taxes and fees, bringing my total to a little over $12 dollars. Walking in store my total for the EXACT SAME BOWL was $9.26.

I do not get if they are going to enforce something like the mask policy shouldnt the employees be wearing a mask while they are cooking my food. Food is good but theres 1 thing that erks me about this location & the 1 on Mountain in Ontario,Ca.... The cutting board that they use to cut chicken sits in the open with sauce & residue for an unknown time. I was the only customer in the store and after ordering, the cook placed my chicken on that same dirty cutting board and chopped it. I dont know if beef previously cut there but it should have been cleaned b4 my food wad put on top of whatever it was on the board !!!!

Some are very friendly but not the manager it seems like she’s always in a rush. when picking up the phone, first they take for ever to answer the phone and sometimes they don’t even answer at all they just let it ring and second when they actually decide to answer and im taking about the manager I think Jessica is her name if I’m not mistaken she asks in a rush how may I help you and when you start giving her your order she’s interrupts and tells you to hold and before you even get a chance to say ok or anything she right away puts you on hold for ever!

They make the food not as good. Like when the food company barely started. Maybe when they barely started making the food, they made it good to attract you to fome back but after a while, they dont make it as good. The food was really good. I get the chicken bowl now a days and it isnt the same as before. They use all the scraps of chicken left that they have in order to prevent making a new batch. If they just use the good parts of the chicken in the bowl and not the scraps, my review would change. But from now, they havent done anything.

Im a Waba fan. The food here is always good, the service pleasant, and the restaurant is always clean. I tried the salmon on my last visit and it was good. For a healthy alternative to fast food, it gets my vote.

Came on a Sunday a few weeks back. Ordered the Waba Bowl with avocado slices and a miso soup to go. There was no avocado in my bowl (checked receipt, I was charged for it). The miso was just an empty broth, at the bottom were 4 or 5 pieces of seaweed the size of your pinky fingernail, nothing else. There are better/identical locations nearby, I suggest those instead.
