Ordered a chicken plate from this location. Was given the tiniest orange and barely a tablespoon of salad. The portions of the sides were completely off from past experiences ordering from Waba Grill.

I come here if I want a wholesome, protein rich meal fast. Only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is it’s a bit pricey for a meal you could easily make at home. But like I said I come here for convenience.

We got two plates and a mini and a chicken bowl the chicken all felt half raw pink spots I was a busy hour when we went maybe around 12:30 or so but this is a disappointment 40$ almost to the trash can’t have none of us eating raw food

I ordered delivery from wabba grill today and they forgot the serano garlic sauce. This is not the first time this happens. Plus the order said it was going to be here at 6:25pm and it didnt get here untill 6:40pm. the food was a bit cold already. They didnt put any wabba sauce or green onions in the bag either. I like this place when I get carry out. They need to work on their delivery system.

Was my fault for not checking before I left but I ordered two bowls, one with meat and the other with tofu. I clearly said such and was given and charged with extra meat,both chicken and beef, on both. Dont know how that happens

I have to start of by saying I love waba. However this location is not your ordinary waba. The food overall was good, but the service was garbage... the manager was rude and has no customer service skills, The staff had better customer service skills than the manager. Place was also dirty...and not very busy. On top of that none of the fountain drinks were working... seriously needs training skills before, before she drives it into the ground. I would recommend drive the extra mile and go to a waba that actually has standards.

They forgot our green onions and hot sauce. The dumplings were bland, soggy, and nowhere near how good they have been at other WaBa grills. They didnt seem like the same dumplings. Just really disappointing. The chicken still tasted good, which is why I gave two stars.

All around great place. The staff was helpful and friendly. I ordered a Teriyaki Chicken Bowl with brown rice. While I was waiting for my order I noticed how clean this location was. My food was fresh and to my liking. Cant see why they deserve anything else but five stars. Keep up the great work.

Food is good, I just wish I could be heard better. Was wondering why my 2 “Bowls” I ordered were so much until it was too late. I just paid extra for 2 “Plates” after I said twice I wanted 2 “Bowls”. Lady at the counter said she couldn’t do anything about it afterwards. Now I have a measly salad and half an orange that I didn’t want, let alone paid an extra $6 for.

Really good chicken or steak teriyaki bowls with white or brown rice. A very clean and relaxing dining area with plenty of seats. Employees were very professional and polite. I also like the idea that you can watch them cook and prepare your food. Overall an outstanding experience for the price.

Non- popular times to go is 15 minutes before closing time…surprisingly computers are down…three girls at the counter doing nothing and the only cook mopping the floor… I watch three individuals walked in and out, but no employees had the brains to turn off their welcome Open signs…unbelievable…. Tip from one owner to another owner hide out in the parking lot and watch your customers get turn away.

Ordered food via UBER Eats and my order was incomplete. I called the restaurant multiple times and they never answered the phone. I had no choice but to drive there and pick up the missing food. There was no manager on-site to file a complaint, so I left my information with one of the employees. As of today, still no call-back or apology for the inconvenience of not receiving the entire order. I will not be ordering from the Chicago location anymore!

Great food. However, whenever I order online and pay extra fees for order pick up, they’d often say they never get my order and end up waiting. Ordered miso soup and the thing wasn’t plugged in and had to wait for over ten minutes. Bad timing I had an appointment 😔

So I just moved back here from Washington and out there, there is no waba grill and I remembered loving it! I was rather disappointed! The flavor wasn’t the small. The rice was hard and tasted old. The vegetables didn’t seem like it was cooked. I am not sure if it’s just this location but my first experience back was very sad.

I tried the salmon bowl and I loved it! Its so good I keep going back for another!! I like that they give you the option to add avacados and everytime the avacados are delicious and perfect. They even give tooooo much lol. Its great. A little more than I want to spend but worth it in the end. :) my husband enjoys the chicken bowl.... he is very picky and hasnt complained yet so... also I have had a bite of his and its also delicious lol. You cant go wrong with this place. Very clean and fast service. The salmon bowl takes a little longer just so you know. But I say its worth the wait.
