I saw the Boom Boom Tacos advertised and went to get 2 orders to go, 3 chicken and 3 steak to share with my wife at home. We shared each and I liked the steak better. The tacos had an oriental flavoring that I didn’t really care for. The tortillas were different.,They are reasonably priced at under $3.00 each. The cashier lacked personality and the cool was friendlier

Great healthy lunch option. I ordered the value combo (small bowl, side plus drink). Perfect lunch portion. Today staff modeled exemplary customer service. They were friendly and helpful. Was greeted and felt welcome.

Dear Waba Grill and future customers the first day I tried your salad I was in love you have helped me on my new journey of life and you bring me to tears with your Healthy Choice of salads theyre so delicious they dont even need dressing I cant get enough of the fulfilling taste and satisfaction of eating out and grabbing a salad from Waba grills I have bragged about you so much that my family and friends have started to indulge on your salads youve always been a clean place to go and customer service has always been top notch but turning to your salad have changed my life anyone that reads test if you have not tried a Waba grill salmon salad or grilled chicken or spicy grilled chicken salad you have not lived the salads are low in carbs and calories and theyre healthy for you and therefore filling and delicious and no you do not even need the side dresses that they put it in the bag for you to drizzle over your lettuce its that good without it and dont and not feel guilty Waba Grill is the best five. Stars hands down

This place opens at 10 am. I get to the door at 10:09 and its locked. I knocked on the door, and the cashier held up 5 fingers. At 10:12, she finally unlocks the door and lets me in. No apology or anything. The cashier was a short hispanic lady wearing a gray sweat jacket. That was very unprofessional of her.

Rating is for the environment and the staff.I must of come on a bad day. They only had two people working took forever juts to order. One of the workers kept cussing and talking about how he had to use the restroom or even should of called off. I think they should work on supporting the staff and have enough help for dinner time.Honestly I wouldnt come back just because of how chaotic it felt, it stress me out.As far as food, it was ok. I wasnt impressed with flavor. This is the first time since over a year we have eaten here. I dont remember it being this terrible. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Used to be really good when Martha and Nancy worked there. Yes, I go THAT often (I live up the street). I was fine giving the new team a chance but the last 3 times I went, the orders took way too long, the food was cold, the portions were tiny and the rice was rock hard. Not the same service and experience at all.

Great place to go. The food is always good and the staff here rocks. I will go out 9f my way to visit this WaBa over any other thats closer to me. You guys rock here. Keep up the awesome service and I will continue to buy our lunches for work here. Prices are always right too.

The service was great there was no line when I arrived and we recieved the food quickly. The food was good but i wouldnt say it is the best Ive tasted usually in restaurants i prefer steak over chicken but here it was the opposite. If you go to this place for the first time I recommend the waba plate that has steak and chicken over your choice of brown or white rice with a side of salad and half of a orange, if you get that with a drink itll cost you around $11 total which isnt that bad in my opinion.

Went here on my lunch break. The cashier Molly was very rude. Seemed annoyed that I wanted extra condiments. She tossed them on the counter. The vibe I received from her was that she did not like black people. Got my order wrong after vocally confirming my order. Took unnecessarily long. I complained on their website and was contacted by the owner. He offered no real solution for how I was treated except that, People deserve second chances. He offered no compensation for my wrong order. Although I appreciate that he reached out, a business gets only One Chance with me and my money! Dont spend a Black or Brown dollar here!

Love love love this place. Never messes up my order and then are always speedy with service. Nobody smiles there but its not on the top of my need to change list. All in all a very good restaurant for being in the area it is in.

Waba Grill is a great place to dine in when you have an environment in which the staff is great, such as this place, whether you are on the go or dining in, the food is tasteful and has reasonable prices. A helpful tip for all the cooks is to allow the chicken on grill to cook a bit longer, because that will add a better taste of the sauce incorporated into the food by the brush. Im not against the place, and I understand that it can get hactic time to time but the cook has the majority role in the flavor one chews into so making it just right is that extra touch. I have nothing against the place nor the staff because I enjoy eating there as well but it is a helpful tip I know that will help satisfy the customers even more.

I had never heard of the place, but I ventured in anyway. Usually, I dont try new places when Im really hungry, however, the only other restaurant in that shopping area didnt seem good for a group of kids. That food was quite tasty! I will definitely return there when Im in the area!

Ouch. Ordered 3 sides, 2 steak 1 chicken. Was served up as usual in 3 small “sides containers”I asked for one of the black bowls on the side, that they usually give you if you want a “chicken bowl” or “steak bowl” to mix all of it into a manageable container to eat on the go and the cashier so rudely refused to give me a cheap plastic bowl. Offered up a flat styrofoam plate instead.I figure out of the 14 dollars I spent there would be room in profits to spare at the very most a 10 cent bowl.Won’t be returning. Thumbs down. On the other side of things every employee besides the cashier had a good attitude, smiled and greeted me.

The cashier NANCY got my order wrong not once, not twice but 3 times and all three times she THREW the food away all awhile theres hunger in this city, and the first time we told her it was two number #3s with BROWN RICE AND AVOCADO ON BOTH her response was: MY PROBLEM WITH YOU IS I REPEATED THE ORDER AND YOU DIDNT CORRECT ME - WHY DIDNT YOU CORRECT ME?! whats there to correct about TWO NUMBER 3s WITH BROWN RICE AND AVOCADO instead she gave me two chicken bowls, when we got the second order she didnt tell the cook it was BROWN RICE and I went to the counter and she was standing in the back on her phone and she didnt want to come to the counter so the cook who I asked him for his name: CARMELO came and told him and he looked back calling her she said to him help them, so he put the food in the trash AGAIN and she told him I FORGOT- when he told her u put white rice. She was very unpleasantly unprofessional cashier... This was our first time eating at this WabaGrill and we will Not Come Back nor Do I recommend it to anyone else.Nancy needs more customer skills service to learn to speak to customers who make her paycheck possible.
