Great place but y’all changed your portions and it’s ridiculous. I came here two weeks ago and never complained all of a sudden 35% chicken by weight, and filled mostly with only rice. But the nurturing Lon value stayed the same???? That’s is impossible. Readjust your damn portions or adjust the nutritional value and your pricing. I am not here to pay for your cheap disgusting rice.

You pay 13-14$ dollars for a bowl and they give you 75% rice.. this place has really gone down hill in the past few months. People come for meat not rice. Seems like they are just trying to save a buck. Might switch to flame broiler now. Just irritating

I have visited this location about 3 times. On one occasion, fruit flies were swarming all over the sauce dispensers and condiment containers. The most egregious issue was the cook not wearing a mask despite the posted sign stating masks were required beyond the counter. I appreciate the safety measures being attempted but was very discouraged and disgusted that the person actually cooking my food was not following them. I observed this on 2 visits.

It is not bad. The food is tasty but it is somewhat of a generic teriyaki style of food. The food is pretty filling for what you pay for. But certainly not the most unique food choice.

By far the worst waba grill restaurant. Not only are their bowls way overpriced compared to other locations, but I paid $40 for mostly white stale rice. I had ordered the steak & chicken bowl but was given half veggies half meat. The meat was thin and dry and it tasted like beef jerky. I had about 4 bites of the meat then the rest was rice filled to the top of the bowl. I’m really upset on how this was suppose my family’s meal of the day and I paid $40 for 3 full bowl of stale rice. The veggies were given by mistake as well. Please save your money and go elsewhere. Expensive and cheap quality food and from the looks of the reviews they have been scamming people for months.

Well we went there on Tuesday January 10, 1923 for take out dinner first of all if you’re going to have a Restaurant please make sure you’re employees can speak and understand English it’s the American 🇺🇸 language period I kept telling them what I wanted to order they had no clue what I wanted and they screwed my order up by giving me something I never ordered at all and I ordered the Ribeye plate which had 1 tiny piece of Ribeye about 2 inches and the rest was ground up steak it looked like mush and the gave me chicken to on the plate which was only supposed to be Ribeye so I ordered 2 other meals it tasted good but mine was not good at all and it was for 3 people and 3 meals ordered.

Food leaves alot to be desired. Undercooked veggies, slightly overcooked chicken and no extra sauce. Delivery was great!
