Service ok, but what a rip of $15 for a plate with 1 dry tasteless piece of orange and another side with lettuce from a dried lettuce! Wth? Go to the Chinese food across from them and youll get meat, rice and veggies for half the price. This is such an insult to give you a damn plate with a piece (not even full) orange and pieces of lettuce nothing else to it, as is the servings of meat are minimal just cushioned by white rice but then they insult you with lettuce and a slice of orange? Im just shocked!

Gross is all I have to say….. I ordered the shrimp bowl shrimp was raw still rice tasted terrible my son ordered the salmon bowl he couldn’t believe how it looked pale and dry I would not recommend this waba they need a better cook 🧑‍🍳

I wish I could rate this higher, but they are never open so I never get to go back. Literally every time I try and go here it is closed already. They need to shift their hours later. They are leaving business on the table. I would like to give them the opportunity to redeem themselves because every time we have gone in the past, the order was wrong. Sucks because I love Waba, but this location is super frustrating.Update... New hours look promising. Thank you for addressing my concerns look forward to trying this again soon.

Ruben was rude and very condescending. Instead of helping with my order and suggesting things he just kept saying that the combo wasn’t on the menu every time I asked for a certain combination instead of suggesting to order the one not available as a combo to be ordered on the side. I was in a uniform so I wonder if he was treating me that way because of the uniform.

I asked for a shrimp veggie bowl with no rice,the person screwed up the request. I would like to hear from the owner I thrown out all the item.chef does not pay attention to the customers request. Very disturbed on the service.. I would like a complementary salad and a slice of oranges.

The cook here is a Mexican gentleman who is extremely rude and aggressive trying to fight an elderly man over what he wants to buy its unacceptable he should lose his job if you dont know how to handle customer service then get another job!!!

All in all the chicken and rice and the flavors were right and good. But customer service was lousy! I ordered a chicken bowl with everything and she in returns asks if I wanted onions and I said yes everything and however you guys do it instead of asking me if that included the vegetables she just assumed I wanted a chicken bowl with brown rice. My orders up I see my plate it doesnt look right I asked doesnt come with vegetables and she says oh you have to say that basically saying that its my fault that I didnt get vegetables cuz I didnt tell her. Sure I should have said veggies instead of everything but as a person that is at the register that has the capability of upselling and ensuring that the customer is ordering exactly what they want seems like a responsibility that she would have. When I was bringing it to her attention that I was disappointed on what I got she had no way of resolving the issue I didnt demand any kind of Correction but there was no willing to try to correct it so I sat down and ate the meal before I left I was going to get unsweetened iced tea from their tea canister its marked unsweetened and the tea was sweet so overall the visit wasnt the greatest Ive been to many other Waba grills and its flawless I asked for a chicken bowl they ask if I want vegetables I say yes! do you want white rice brown rice you know I go to the Tea unsweetened this is the only Waba Grill that Ive ever had problems with.

Asian food cooked with health in mind. Long wait time for your order since it is cooked fresh, but since it isnt a burger like the place across the street, it takes forever and a day. Very expensive and much smaller portions than the Chinese food place across the parking lot. For this price I would expect a teppanyaki show.

👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼“This Waba Grill is definitely the WORST waba grill in the whole IE”The only way I was able to post this was if I put a star but if it was up to me I would put no starsI wanted to complain on the cook because his necklace was so long that it was touching the food well he was cooking I also saw him using his cell phone while he was cooking and never once did I see him wash his hands Yes this is Beyond nasty because there’s so many people that take their cell phones with them to the restroom and the thought of that made me go ask for The manager and it turns out to be that the cook is the manager which by the way his name is Joseph so I asked him if there was someone else that I could speak to besides him and he refused to give me any information so I contacted corporate office and I send them the video of him cooking and doing all these obnoxious behavior I really hope they get to the bottom of this because the thought of this makes me sick to my stomach!!

I give this because a 6 yo asked for a cup to take water to go and they didnt want to give him one with a lid. And then they stared at eachother like annoyed that the dad asked for the one with a lid so he wouldnt spill. They even offered a bag so it wont spill. How will a bag help not spill. Its a cup for water!!!!

I dont know what happened to this place it use to be good but last couple times weve had it its given us stomach aches we even gave it a second chance the chicken just dry and rice wasnt quite up to par were disappointed cause we did use to like it.

Very bad service, I told the girl where the sauces were and she said that they already came inside my order and nothing, I ordered 2 wabas plates and they dont have anything, the meat is super bad and old; Besides, I cant believe what I saw, a guy was serving a plate with salmon and a piece fell on the floor, the girl who was with her and I were like OMG because he put a plastic bag in his hand, which He picked it up and put it on the customers plate :( I cant eat my plate anymore.
