I am very upset, I always order steak bowls and lately the quality of meat is very poor. And very minimum. The plate is not fully served as other bowls I have received from other places. When I asked the person working he said it is due to them being short on meat due to being a slow location. Ridiculous!

Lazy& CARELESS STAFF, If I could give zerostars I would and I havent even gone to thislocation!!!! I didnt have time to post till nowbut this happen in the end of October... mygirlfriend only gets a limited time for lunchand she didnt wanna complain but I suredont mind letting the public know not to gohere!!! If your careless to cut up the avocadosand place this on the Dish, I CAN JUSTIMAGINE WHAT ELSE GOES ON!!!

Love this WaBa. Its the one closest to my house and its usually not crowded as the other I usually go to. The staff is really polite as well and it always looks super clean which is obviously very important for a restaurant.

Multiple times they have served the bowl half empty. Dont waste your money. Got to a different waba.

I visited this location on Nov 17th to pick up an online order. Upon arriving and entering the store I could smell a strong smell of either spoiled meat or sewer — not very appetizing. Both of the employees acted as if they had zero cares to give and moved as slow as they could to finish preparing the order. Speaking of preparing the order, neither of the 2 employees wore gloves while preparing the food which I know for a fact I’ve seen other locations have them on. Now, I have nothing against nose rings in general but it’s a little off putting when both employees had huge nose rings dangling out of their nose. Paired with the smell and no gloves I’ll be driving a little further next time I order from Waba.

They did not have teriyaki sauce. And the place was unkeeped. Worst waba grill I been too.

Here at Waba Grill we had a young man Ricardo take our order. There’s a female working here who was not willing to just serve me broccoli as my veggie side. She said it already comes mixed but we could see from the mirror into the kitchen her specifically picking out broccoli for the previous order. Worst service! Then I get home and I didn’t even get what I ordered! Nothing more disappointing then this! That girl was in such a rush to close that she didn’t even take the time to read the ticket! What kind if people get hired!

Let me start by saying, Im an avid WaBa customer, I eat there almost every single day due To my work being so close and limited healthy eating options in the surrounding area. I also eat at many different locations when Im not close to work and this specific location beats them all in respect to the cleanliness, orders coming out efficiently, correctly and delicious. Im not sure who the manager is, Im going to assume its a gentleman named CHRIS? because Ive seen him there every single day as I pick up my food, and he definitely shows high characteristics, attributes in good leadership and Managment. Super friendly and always has a smile on his face to greet customers. I am definitely not discrediting the rest of the staff as they do wonderful as well, the franchisee has a great staff on his hands!

Good food. I requested an additional item for my chicken bowl, the chef was kind enough to oblige even though the cashier said they couldnt do that. Thanks for the great service to those who went the extra mile! Delicious!

For lying about your hours. I was less than 5 mins away I called to place a order at at 7:40 pm. They’re suppose to close at 8pm the gentleman that answered the phone Said to me when I asked to place an order and I qoute “negative! We’re close, bye .
