This place is absolutely amazing. Kyler and the night crew continue to impress and they fully deserve the high score and stars they have. Always friendly and fast. This locations customer service is leagues above other places. I was always a fan of the food. But the atmosphere and the visit make it well worthwhile. 10/10 every time.

I was introduced with a friendly greeting right when I walked into the franchise. Misael helped me with my order and the kitchen staff had my order ready by the time I got my receipt and card back. As I was eating Misael made it his mission to make sure I had a good dining experience asking if I needed anything. Waba Grill in Covina provided the best customer service experience Ive ever experienced out of any fast food chain that Ive been to, from friendliness to getting my food instantly. Food was delicious as well.

Went on a Tuesday night around 8pm. Food was done quick, hot food, and tasted good. Service was great. Dulce even checked up on everyone inside while everyone was eating like a restaurant. My wife forgot her purse there and we went back Wednesday morning and Dulce was there. She immediately was happy to see my wife remembered her from night before and gave my wife her purse. Thank you Dulce for the great customer service and saving my wifes purse for us to come back and get. Completely made our week. Waba grill give this worker a raise as she definitely deserves it. Thank you again Dulce!!!!!

These ppl did not want to be there. I showed up more than an hour before close. No cashier. After 5 min I finally someone came. Rushed my order. Got it wrong and blamed me. Had to pay extra for the veg I asked for. I did, Then didnt offer me any sauces. I had to ask. I felt uncomfortable so I just left. Didnt notice I didnt get a fork, greens onions, or jalapenos (never got asked or offered just my food tossed to me)Never coming here again.P.s. As I was walking out I heard that they didnt do the next customers order right either.

My husband took me for lunch & I tried the Sweet & Spicy Chicken Bowl with Veggies.It was fantastic. Jaylene and all the crew were great. Clean indoor seating & friendly service.Thank you for a great lunch

I love the waba rest close to my work in S El Monte but unfortunately this location is closed to my house. Being there a couple of times and cashiers aren’t friendly. In top they always said the scanner for the app its down. It never seems to work! Or they just don’t like customers using it. 🤨

Ive been wanting to go to this place. Finally had the chance and ordered a chicken bowl with avocado. Got home and realized they forgot my avocado. Super disappointed since Ive been craving this meal for a while. Oh, and the cashier could have been a lot friendlier.

This place is a nightmare. Hardly anyone speaks English and they dont know what the prices are for extra items half the time. Messed up orders 3 times I went and the store is just dirty over all. Really difficult to communicate with the cashiers as they barely speak English. Managers need to stop hiring on their cousins or family members if they cant even communicate with the general public.

Prompt service. Very popular at lunch time. Some like the music...I found it to loud (couldnt hear your order number when called...must be why so many patrons gather at the counter after placing orders).

The very first time I tried Waba Grill I fell in love with their chicken bowl.The grilled chicken was grilled to perfection.Really juicy,not dry at all,the rice was really moist.Their teriyaki sauce was flavorful.I give it a a BIG 5 star all day!!😋👍
