I would always come to this waba straight out of work when I wasn’t able to prep nor cook. As of lately it has been tasting weird and the rice has been mushy, with an off flavor and smaller portions of rice/meat. I hope the workers aren’t there because they need to make money, but actually take the time to do things properly. Im also in kitchen work and would never dare send out something that tastes strange for customers. never like leaving a bad review. Please take a look into the staffs work, as much if they feel tired a job is a job.

Good meat with a lot of fat In the steak and not a lot of edible meat. Bare minimum amount of rice.Then a transient in the lobby with trash and drugs In his bag was being disruptive so you can only order to go, do not eat inside,But the workers were polite and clean and kind.

When did Waba start giving small portions on meat. This is ridiculous and disappointing. Looks like they ate some before giving me my food.

WaBa Grill is my go to for chicken bowls. I stopped by this location to get one. It is a nice and clean spot with good service. Got my bowl quickly and is was good. I was very happy with my chicken bowl and my experience here. Will most definitely visit again soon.

I usually like eating at WaBa Grill but this location is dirty. They keep their doors open so theres flies all over while trying to eat. I also found a hair on the hot sauce that they pre-package which completely grossed me out and killed my appetite. I will not be back, but if you plan to eat here I recommend to check your food for hair.

The previous review about the door being open is true.Visiting from out of town and they messed our order up because they were distracted handling ONE other persons order.They expected us to know how the business worked.

My friend and I got to the restaurant about 30 minutes before closing time and we even called ahead to make sure they were still accepting orders. However, when we got to the restaurant, an employee signaled at us through the window that they were closed by waving his hands which came across as very rude. At that point, it was 30 minutes before closing time so there was no reason for him to signal us away, especially in such a rude manner. Definitely going to other locations from now on.

Its a fast food place, food was really good. The sweet and spicy chicken is really spicy! We enjoyed our meals from here. We ordered the bowls with rice and veggies. Veggies were not overcooked, tgey were still nice and crisp.

Purchased 2 chicken bowls for my elderly parents. Brown rice was not up to my parents expectations even though in the past they had no trouble with the quality. The only thing they ate was the chicken. Spoke with manager Miriam Rubio who was rude and refused to give me a refund nor a discount. She insulted me when she stated that I was a problem as soon as I walked into the door. She was unprofessional and seemed bothered by my questions when I first placed my order. When i finally told her how she was going to make it ok. She said Im not. Nor am I giving you a refund your parents ate all the meat. Thats on them if they didnt like the rice I then asked for her to charge the meat only then. They refunded $7.55 out of a total charge of $16.15. How can a place charge est. $8.50 for 2 servings of chicken? I left them the 2 bowls full of rice to show how displeased I was.

Good lunch spot. The chicken breast is great with the rice and veggies.
