2022-12-16 22:03:27So far the food has bin on par and really enjoy it and is good. 5 ⭐. I just dont understand why they are changed me to not put cabbage in my bowl. That to me doesnt make sense.

2019-05-20 16:46:53Good fresh food. The cashier was struggling a bit. Making the wait a little longer. The people in front of me were pretty frustrated. I think she was just new (at least I hope so). The add avocado was close to $1.50. For half an avocado. Kind of an outrageous mark up. Sauces are located next the the soda machine. They did package up my to go order really well. And packaging is microwave safe, which is super convenient for reheating your left overs. The veggies they add are steamed carrots and broccoli.

2019-03-06 03:28:29This comment is about the customer service. When you ask what is in the bowl, I got the answer whatever is pictured now clearly I cannot see what is under the pictured veggies. Cashier then continued to defend the cooks (who rang my order) behavior by stating well hes just the cook and doesnt know what goes in there, its the cashiers job but I was probably on break. Coming from giving proper customer service in the past, Im not saying customers always right but man up and say a simple I apologize for the service that was rendered, dont continue to make the situation bigger than it is. This could have been squashed within the first 30 seconds. Just by her voice she seemed to be annoyed by the way she gave short defensive answers. I then said I didnt mean to make you upset, I mean cmon I was nice enough to acknowledge the fact that she was clearly upset of something she was not in control of. At the end I asked if they try not to put cooks in as cashiers if they are not familiar with the menu. Again cashier was short and unconvincing and said sure. I then ended with its okay clearly this wont be solved through you. I will call tomorrow and speak with a manager. FYI, its upsetting cuz my order was incomplete and I couldnt leave my station cuz Im a nurse and had just started my shift for the night. Very bland dinner

2022-06-22 21:34:15Food is good, steak bowls and dumplings, really good. However, service here is horrendous! I said yes to avocado and green onions on my bowl, nope, not a single one. But the biggest disappointment was that I was the ONLY customer inside waiting on an order and they just left my to-go order sitting on the counter. Didnt call my number, nothing! I thought it could have been a mobile order so I waited a few minutes, then decided to ask them and yup, sure enough, it was my order. No apology or anything. Worst service by a food establishment I have ever had!
