Takes too long to get your food. Ive only gone two times. The first time they stole my money from a gift card. The second time I was give a little bit of chicken and rice. Never coming here again.

Wanted A Salmon Salad, But Was Told They Werent Serving Salmon Because The Grill Wasnt On. The Grill Was Turnt Off A Good 30 Minutes Before Closing. Disappointed My Soul

This place rips you off I got a waba bowl and there was barely any meat at all and most of the meat is burnt and taste like soap never coming here again.

Walked in at 10:05 a.m. didnt get my order taken till 10:10 didnt receive my order until 10:30. I only ordered a waba plate with avocado and dumplings....Regardless of what kind of catering orders they had going on customers that walk in are still important. They didnt act like that. Sorry to say that I was very disappointed today. Food was good except I didnt get my avocado because she didnt hear me. Oh well. Next time if there is a next time.

This was my first time having WaBa Grill & Im extremely pleased! Im currently on a very strict diet & they were very warm & courteous to my needs! They made it ordering quick, simple & easy! I got the signature house salad with grilled chicken (no dressing/ sauce) & the chicken breast was very fresh & juicy! It was delicious! I would definitely visit this location again!

Hardly any chicken. This place is horrible. Only reason I get it is because its close to home. Compared to other spots this is shameful.

Portions are left wanting. i only asked for a bowl with rice and meat, they charged me for a full bowl yet only gave me half a helping of rice and meat. the meat is dry and poor quality while the rice is smashed and tastes more like a paste than rice. i doubt i would return seeing as how they can mess up a simple bowl of rice and meat...

This restaurant is well kept and maintained.. the staff are trained well and offer excellent service, with no attitudes.. service provided is often quick and your order done right.. havent had any bad experience here at all,, though indoor dinning is not permitted in many area restaurant, at least they have outdoor in tables and are kept clean after being used by previous customers.now bout their food,, its difficult to choose an order becauseThey All taste in yummy.decent portions of food is well worth its cost ( moderate)..always cooked when ordering,, no heat warmers, jus straight to the Grill,, good place to have lunch and dinner. Choices of white or brown rice,, thats one of the reasons why I come here is the brown rice which is well done,, not many restaurants offer brown rice which is a favorite of mine,, I recommend to give it a try at WABAGRILL,, they havent disappointed me,, and Im pretty sure many have the same saying of their practice of their friendly service as well as how good their food is and being done right to your order.

Found little pieces of bone in the meat (suppose to be boneless). Could have chipped a tooth or choked. When I told an employee she just starred at me until I told her she should maybe check their meat and then she said she would. I expected an apology at the least. This has never happened to me at any other Waba Grill. I know people make mistakes but the consequences can be detrimental and the least we can do is take responsibility for our actions or inactions.

Their servings of chicken and beef are a joke. Got a chicken and beef bowl with veggies and it was probably 10 percent meat. Go anywhere else and theyll give you three times the amount.
