So sad but this location is going down hill. Not sure what is going on. Part of my chicken was raw last visit and now 6 of the drinks are out of service... 4 from the soda machine 1 of the teas and the coffee. Wish the cashier would have noticed me before I ordered my drink. This will probably be my last visit.

The Menifee WaBa is the best in the Murrieta/Temecula valley!!!! Have tried them all and will drive the distance to eat here and always clean and presentable. Keep up the good work!

My partner had to send her 1st order (rib-eye steak) back and get a chicken bowl. Neither of us particularly enjoyed our lunch. The prices are not exactly bargain basement...

Sorry to say the service and quality at this location has plummeted. Firstly, there were many guys working when we went in, but despite there being no line to order we were left waiting at the counter several minutes before being asked if we would like to place an order( not the pleasant greeting weve experienced in the past). Our chicken bowls both had under cooked brown rice, and our sons favorite tofu Miso soup was a big let down to him, having no tofu in it! Additionally, these guys are so cool, they cant wear there name tags so customers can clearly see their names (as seen in photos they are worn on the sides of their caps, new company policy?). Lastly, there is a sign requesting customers wear a mask upon entry, which I had no problem doing; however, it really felt hypocritical when the guy taking my order had his practically hanging from his jaw.Disappointing to say the least, Waba had been a favorite local place to grab a quick meal.

I love the food so much. I come here at last once a week but the service is AWFUL. The staff is cold and there’s hardly ever a line but I’m still waiting 15+ minutes when I can see my food sitting there. They’re very slow and consistently incompetent. 75% of the time I’m waiting even longer because the person before me had a messed up order. I would stop coming if there was another location close to me or if I didn’t love the food. Great healthy eating but very poor staff

Dont waste your time here, the staff are not friendly at all. I waited 15 minutes for a curbside pick up and they never came out. I went inside and spoke to a miserble wait staff to be given a monotone sorry that was not sincere. I tried to call back and complain to a manager only to find out no manager was even present. I will never come back to this place again.

Always good food I tried the spicy chicken or whatever they call it and it was pretty good. Although I probably wont get the regular bowl next time Ill probably get the mini bowl cuz I can never finish the entire regular bowl.

Cmon Waba, no iced tea? They said they are sold out but it looks more like we didnt bother to make it. Lipton Brisk from the soda fountain was suggested as an alternative. I come here because Im trying to eat healthy. Drinking a 32oz bucket of sugar water with my healthy lunch would be counterproductive.The one employee present in the restaurant when I arrived didnt seem to be able to take my order. Another employee had to be located someplace outside the restaurant.The food was delicious and fresh as usual but this is the first less than perfect experience I have had at any of the dozens of Wabas I have been to.

Terrible experience! Completely shorted my order. Ran out of dumplings and veggies and instead of telling me they leave a sticky note with a sad face. When asked for a refund they claimed I had to wait for a manager that came in two days. Ridiculous with flame broiler right around the corner you would think they would step up their game. I should have known better than to pick the B choice just go with flame broiler better overall.

Tried giving them another chance and I got burned again. No veggies, no avocado, couldn’t get a refund and spent 30+ minutes waiting. It sticks cause I love their food but I can’t even it warm with the bad/ unprepared staff. Do not go past 7pm and try the lake Elsinore location instead bc this was painful!

It took 26 minutes to receive my meal, the rice was cold and I did not receive the onions I requested on top. Staff made no attempt at a proper apology or to rectify the situation in any way. Ive notified corporate and will update my review should they contact me back with some sort of effort to correct this situation.

Caution! Twice there have been foreign objects in my steak. Earlier this year there was an actual metal staple in my meat. Thank God I was stirring the bowl with the waba sauce or I wouldve ingested or chomped the staple. But i understand things happen and I gave the place some time to train their workers. Then tonight, after months of avoiding the place, I tried to give another shot. Sure enough, there was a freaking PEBBLE in my meat.(pictured) This one unfortunately i did bite and it hurt like hell on my teeth. Infuriating and unsanitary! I used to work food so I try to sympathize with food workers so i did not report the staple. But this is ridiculous, calling health department in the morning.

This was the second time I’ve ordered online at the Menifee location. First time was great, greeted on entering the establishment, order was read back to me, asked if I needed anymore sauces and most importantly when I got home the order was correct.The second time, wasn’t even acknowledged until I was standing at the counter. Asked for name on order and how many bowls. I asked for more waba sauce, was told sauce was in the bag. As I was looking to see, 3 more packets were tossed in. Now it’s my fault for not checking the order before leaving, so when I arrived home 10 minutes later cuz it’s a 10 minute drive each way to this location. One of the bowls was wrong. Drove back, there was no apology for the mistake, an the employees acted like I was an inconvenience. Won’t be going back to the Menifee location.

My daughter applied for a job at the Menifee location and she never heard from them. She told her friend who has a relative that works there and she told my daughter they are only looking for Spanish speakers!! Why is that?!! Waba grill is not a Mexican restaurant!! I ordered 2 family meals... got old hard rice mixed with fresh rice. Veggies were almost completely raw and chicken was not even warm. I called to make them aware, was told to come in for more rice. Really.? Dont need more rice! What I needed was to have fresh food for my family and guests. How hard is it to serve hot food into containers or bowls? Come on now. The cooks in the back were just chit chatting. Left half of my orders just sitting on the counter. Oh and while customers are required to have masks to enter, employees wear their mask on their chin barely covering their mouths. Needless to say I wont be ordering from there anymore.

This place double charged my credit card and when i called then the manager was rude as can be even when i gave her the order numbers showing her that they did i. fact double charged me she said she would check and call me back. 5 days later no return call. After calling the store and ne. told the manager was not there but was told the manager said i cant have the district managers number or name or the corporate number that she have me a refund in wic. But they sis not know what wic is. They have had my money for over a month now and completely lied to me several times and refused to give me a refund after it was obvious they double charge my credit card. This is how they treat a customer and his family after we order there at least 1 times every other week.

Because of the recent pandemic i understand how hard it is to take orders online, it’s less convenient than face to face. So orders are probably hard to get consistently. I tried to order 1 shrimp bowl and 1 salmon bowl. My receipt has the proof I tried to order that, but I got two shrimp bowls instead. I went back to fix my order and get the salmon bowl as compensation, but low and behold! I got shrimp again. I guess I really have to get used to shrimp as a salmon substitute now. Please fix the online ordering system 😂😂😂😂😂

Not sorry to say that my order online, to the tune of $53+ was a letdown. Their claims as healthy are not as it might seem, and their protein dishes, in this case starting with their titled Rib Eye was cut in tiny pieces, should be called ground rib eye. Smeared with a sweetness caramelized taste, makes for a poor offer. Rices from the family pack at half volume, being Friday night I suppose they were running short. Dumplings shiny with oil, half raw broccoli, carrots and cabbage, probably the closest to healthy, but Ralph’s offers it for cheaper. Chicken dry, but wait a second, just cover it with their many sauces it will be fine. Waba. 2 Stars.
