*Waba Response does not help* the portion size isn’t fair. i go to the waba in Walnut and they actually use the whole bowl for the food. this location has a strong grip on the food for some reason. in photo i moved the chicken to one side to pour sauce on rice and with other locations i can barely put the chicken to one side. with this one, well u can see. i keep making the mistake to go to this location for convenience. next time i’ll drive the extra three miles to go to walnut location for better fair portions. At walnut i can barely see the rice underneath. Amar location is BAD*waba response* they still made it very difficult to leave contact info. they’re lying to make themselves look ‘accountable’ no option to leave contact and when i do, i get email saying that isn’t the way to contact them HAHA

The salmon plate was very tasty and good but a bit pricey. Overall restaurant is fairly clean. My cashier was ok, not the best customer service. She was not rude but not friendly or helpful as well. First time at Waba grill.

Went there for lunch order a chicken bowl. Almost cracked my tooth on some type of fragment, possible chicken bone not sure tiny sediments. Im not one too take pictures of what was in my mouth appeared yellow/brown tint. Also chewed some tendon pieces.-Toilet smell was not pleasant, no one should have to experience.

Best teriyaki chicken in town! I go here every Sunday afternoon, cashiers always so nice and friendly, never miss out on my order. Tania always put me on right, had to ask her name to give her a shoutout, definitely coming back!

WaBa Grill West Covina located at very convenient corner of Azusa St./Amar Ave.. Plenty of parking space (more than 50), fast service, polite atmosphere with quality and healthy food. You will be enjoying with friends dine here.

Very disappointing. This was my first time to a WaBa and will definitely be my last. I ordered a rice bowl with extra meat and the total came to $12.59 after tax! I thought that maybe it would be a good portion of meat but when I got home I found 3/4 of the container to be rice and a pretty standard portion of meat. For a $4.25 up charge for extra meat this container should be bulging! 2 stars because it did taste good but wow, what a let down. Theres plenty of places on this block to get twice the food for that price. Dont waste your money.

This is an excellent Waba location you should give it a try. The meats used were perfectly cooked and seasoned with high quality meat. The service was very friendly and professional. The price was very good imo.

I have been to this waba grill twice and both times they have really disappointing Half avocado.first time I got a really hard avocado and this time it was really old,really surprising they would even serve this to anyone specially since they charge extra for avocado. What a let down !

So I ordered through the app ahead of time on this day, so I can just pick it up when I get there. I chose an option to sub one condiment for another. Unfortunately, when I got there, someone forgot to sub out the condiment. So now I had to wait for the cook to redo the order, which was an inconvenience to me. They should have at least allowed me to keep the order they messed up (which they did not) along the new one they remade. Other places have done that. That would have been the right thing to do.

The food is good but people that work here close really early, driving off their customers. They usually clean up around 30 minutes before they close, making you feel unwelcome.
