The staff was friendly, but I wont be back. $12 for a paper thin piece of fish, 1 scoop of rice, 3 uncooked slices of carrot and 3 broccoli florets. Not worth the money.

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICEI placed an order over the phone which my husband picked up. (I did not know Waba Grill uses a call center to place their phone orders) and my order had 4 things wrong. Missing 3 orders of steamed veggies and had an order of white rice I did not wanted. I called back and was transferred to the restaurant and the person who answered did not wanted to do a single thing regarding the error the call center person made.

They hardly put any chicken on my bowls I remember when I first went to a waba grill the chicken was over loading on the bolws where you couldnt even see the rice this place holds back on the meat

This is the best waba grill I have ever been to! The workers are so so amazing and they are so fast and responsive! When I went the workers that I saw were so communicative and had smiles all around. The one that took my order was named josh and the one that gave me my food was nick. They were both very great workers! Will definitely be coming back!!

Theyre currently decorated for Halloween with a 7 ft animated bloody clown when you step in the door as well as an Exorcist by the register. I found it to be tasteless and inappropriate.The sauce station was sticky and the staff was just going through the motions. Overall I was disappointed with this location.

I ordered my food. Then the cashier gave me my change back. The way he gave me my change was a little suspicious. I’ve never had anyone give me change back the way he did. He was rushing it and I just had a weird feeling. So I check the receipt and the Cashier is is washing his hands. I notice he didn’t give me exact change. Then he says oh I think I shorted you a quarter. I know it’s not a big deal and I know mistakes happen. It was the fact the cashier knew what he did and didn’t bother to give me the exact change. So how many people has this guy done this too. Joshua C was the cashier.

Multiple times Ive been here for a quick bite on the way home from work, but have been repeatedly disappointed by the lack in quality and timing. On two occasions I have found sharp bones in my food while eating. Food and health safety shouldnt be a concern to any customer.

Call in my order a lot and they always have it ready for pick up but make you wait in line to pick up something you already paid for. The point of ordering first was to avoid waiting in line, only complaint. Other than that, good place to grab a quick bite to eat.

Overall the meal was good. The steak had lots of fat pieces in it which I didnt care for. One thing myself and other guests didnt like was how the sauce station was self serve. All the empty sauce cups and lids were in a plastic tub and everyone just reaches in and grabs them. Then you use the same pump everyone else uses. Seems like an easy way to spread germs in a pandemic.. maybe pre package the sauce in the back 🤔

Horrible service! The boy at the cash register had a terrible attitude today 10/8/20 @ 4:00pm. He was so rude, I walked in and was ignored by him, while I was ordering he repeatedly entered in the wrong order, which I had to correct and when I asked for extra carrots he rolled his eyes at me! That attitude toward a customer is absolutely disgusting and completely uncalled for. The managers need to work on customer service with their employees. Looking at the horrible reviews I see that I am not the only one who was mistreated, probably by that same employee. I will not be spending another dollar at this location.

First time trying this place. Thought the service was fine and restaurant was clean. Enjoyed my meal Steak/Veggie Bowl with Avacado. I was looking for fresh and low calorie this fit the bill. Speaking of the bill, for the price I thought the portion seemed a bit small. All in all very happy and good experience. Ill be back.

Waba grill surprised me with their good prices and great fried rice. I was having lunch with a friend and we orderes the chicken bowls. I had fried rice while my friend had white rice. Both were yummy! It is a good place to enjoy a work lunch or catch up with friends. Very clean and good customer service

Drove all the way to that location because of a school charity coupon booklet we had and they wouldnt accept it. They are the only location in the sales area. The cashier wasnt apologetic and didnt offer any other suggestions on where to use it or any other current promotions. She simply didnt care. Food was ok, but I wont be giving that location my business again.

Horrible at taking phone orders. Last attempt was 8/1/2020. Would be faster to drive there and place your order. But who wants to go to a place where they are not attentive to take your business. Plenty of other wabba grills in the neighborhood

Food is usually good here, as with most Waba’s, but they committed one of my biggest pet peeves with business. Their posted time of closing is 10pm. I show up at 9:40 to grab a Waba bowl, but the doors were locked, open sign turned off, chairs up, and a guy inside making the throat slash gesture, letting me know I wasted a trip. Doesn’t matter how good the food might be if you can’t buy it.

Horrible at answering the phone .. I called and called and called and nothing.. I ended up walking in with my phone in my hand as it was ringing and nobody was worried to answer it.. I understand they were busy but that’s why you have a phone as well.. it’s part of your customer service.. and when I try to complain to the young kid he ignored me and still went about with what he was doing .. another girl had to tell him to help me and I still asked him to not ignore me I said something and he still completely ignored me until he was ready to take my order .. didn’t even apologize for the wait.. and the worse part is the man anger was there .. I didn’t even complain to him he obviously doesn’t care... never coming back to this waba grill again.

I have ordered online from here several times and always bring in my receipt to make sure i get the right order, it is printed out so I dont have a problem. I went in to pick up order and show my receipt and was told every thing was there..I get home and it was not the right order had to drive back and wait to get what I ordered..
