This used to be our favorite location but unfortunately the last 3 times we’ve come here they continue to short us on the amount of protein in our bowls. Bowls should have 4oz of chicken or steak (also confirm this by searching for confirmation on google). After our last trip, with our steak bowls looking light again, I measured out the steak and with their sauce they add on top, I got only 3 ounces of steak.Make sure to check your bowl before you leave!Update to owner reply: Don’t bother reaching out to Waba Grill online, they don’t answer the issue and the problem doesn’t get resolved. So disappointing

The food was pretty good here, had chicken and shrimp bowl with avocado, the one thing I didn’t realize that it included a sticky sauce on it, almost like Teriyaki sauce, but a little different. I didn’t like it too much because it was kinda messing up my throat after eating it, but I also got my good and left so I was stuck with it, other than that, the bowl was very good.

11/7/22Very small portion of food in general, not even enough for ladies. My sister and mom went there for lunch, got a chicken, beef bowl. Food amount was so small so they have to try more desserts after that. Also theres no side dishes, like chopped carrots, Jalapenos that were used to be in the past. Paid almost $26($13 each) and got this quantity, quality of food is so disappointing. Waba is not the one it used to be anymore.

So many little nats flying everywhere its disgusting. Right where the sauces are. Literally more than 50 nats flying everywhere. Gross. You should be ashamed.

Stopped by for lunch to order 2 bowls, very bad customer service skills, not a hello, or well be right with you, sorry for the delay...nothing. waited and waited for a while more customers arrived, they didnt get approached. The cashier was very rude to the cooks, she was saying bad words to them in Spanish. Very un professional. Then finally got to order, got my food, then I was waiting for her to ask her for extra, onions, sauces, etc. She said thats your order, I said I know but can I please have sauces and extra onions. She had a fit. You need someone who is smiling, with a great personality and great customer service skills.

One recommendation for this location would be to answer the phone! I placed an online order for two veggie bowls: one chicken and one steak. I wanted to take out the cabbage from the bowl So I called right after I placed the order, repeatedly, and got no answer each time I called.On the fourth or fifth time I called they finally answered and told me that they cannot take out the cabbage from the bowls since they were already made and the delivery guy would be picking up the food in 2 mins.I’m not upset just annoyed because if they would have answered the first few times that I called they would have made it the way I wanted it.Will be picking up the orders in the future since the app does not make it convenient to get exactly what you want.

Placed a phone order for pickup. When I got to the restaurant and paid for my food I assumed it would have been ready. Well they waited until it was paid for before starting the order, if the person on the phone would have told me I could have given a card when calling so I wouldnt have to wait. Quality food, not so quality service...
