I placed an order here for pickup. When I got there they said the order has already been picked up. They refused to remake my food and were indignant as they told me they’d be stealing my money for their mistake. Never go here, they’ve only hired morons.

Very good food. The manager is extremely polite and friendly. Only things I found bad was the men’s bathroom and parking. All in all a very good place to get a nice bite!

I went to this location on 7/28 and had the employees forget to put my sides in the bag. I called to request a refund for these items back to my card. The employees and management both refused to issue a refund back to my card despite having admitted that they forgot my sides. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

So hard to find parking here. Finally parked on street, walked in to find that is small inside. In this location they still ask you if you want onion in your food instead of having it out for you to grab like other locations do. Another thing I noticed is their sauce containers are way smaller that at other locations. I dont know if this location is as busy all the time or I just came at their peak hour but there was a line. Food took a while to be ready cause the ladies there werent fast enough and were chatting. And while I was there one person came back saying they got wrong order. I dont think I will stop at this location again for those reasons.

Ive been coming here a couple times a week for about 4 months, I work nearby. The food is alright, the people are nice but they only play the most annoying kids bop CD over and over. I kind of hate this place now.

Good food. Friendly staff. Fast. Clean. Better than the Yoshinoya down the street. Manager is one of nicest and coolest guys alive.

I ordered through uber, WaBaGrill is my favorite place, but for the first time every i was disappointed. Dry chicken, old avocado, no hot sauce, and no waba sauce. It was even on my notes. I’ll keep esting from Waba just not from this place.
