First time at WaBa. Really surprised at the freshness, flavor, and value. Had the dumplings (better than the average resto appetizer dumplings), tofu & veg bowl with garlic Serrano sauce, and the spicy WaBo chicken & veg bowl. Great meal, super fresh. If you’re looking for a quick bite on the way north or south, I can’t imagine a better healthy and delicious option.

Great service and food always good. I’m a return customer. The new employees are nice and very accommodating… try the new vegan meat on Korean bbq sauce… very tasty . Enjoy

Rude staff, said I couldnt use my reward and that I would have to pay. No apology, no explanation. Went to a different WaBa and they took it no problem.

This waba location is super friendly, their food was hot and fresh. The rice was moist and the beef was tender. Gotta try their plant base beef, I actually liked it more than the real beef. I think I just found my new go to place.

Today I was treated to lunch by owner of company where I work. I ordered a value meal and the chicken that was placed on the bed of rice I received had to be no more than one and a half ounces. Basically I Felt royally ripped off even though I didn’t pay for it. He paid over nine dollars with tax for my meal and it was basically for rice and four tiny dumplings. The lemonade that I ordered with the special was pure water with a little bit of sugar in it. Where was the lemon? Where was the chicken? I have never been more disappointed with a lunch. What a joke. When I got home I immediately made something to eat ;it was an hour and a half later and I was still hungry!!!

This waba grill has gone down hill.I ordered over the phone, showed up to pay my bill, I was told it would be a 5 minute wait for my order, Meanwhile customers that came long after I ordered have now been served as I sit and wait WELL over “5 minutes” this is initially why I called in my order. To avoid a wait. I’ve now waited so long I wrote this review while sitting and waiting.

Amazing deal for a $10 plate. Steak tasted fresh and the sauce went really well with it. The salad/ orange were perfect for it too. Please open in Virginia

The food was great but not for the price. For $16 a plate I dont want fast food. I could have instead gone and had a real meal not just a little rice plain leaf salad and tin rib slices. Nope will not be returning. However friendly they were. Lol Id be smiling too if I was charging that much.
