Ordered Plate Half Chicken/Beef.The food was good. The team member handed me mine, knowing I didnt receive half & half like I asked, but they corrected the issue when informed.It was hot and humid like a sauna in there so the dine in was uncomfortable.

Is the AC broken? Door is propped open and it felt musty inside. I also don’t like flies with my food…I’m sure it comes from management but the workers act like extra sauce comes out of their paycheck .. they partially fill the cup so I asked for an extra cup of sauce and they pushed back said there’s sauce in the bowl. I get home and it’s dryer than their service.Food quality is good though, I might be back if the other local stores are busy.

The worse waba service ever,I went Saturday 4-23-22 around 4pm and there was like 8 workers and the person who took my order got it wrong when I repeated my order to him 3 times to make sure that I dont wait for nothing, when I hear my name they game me 4 bowls when I had order 4 plates and the guy that took my order had left Cuz I guess they were changing shifts,the workers were screaming badwords and the girl that gave me the order did stated that she heard me telling the other cashier my order 3 times and told me she will fix the issue but then told me to pay extra and I said no because that wasnt my fault and I told her I didnt want anything anymore, I had paid with card and then she told me that my money would be in my card soon,today 4-27-22 I dont have my money back.today 4-29-22 still not getting my money back,it has been a week.

I went in maybe 30-40 mins before closing and workers were bothered, I get home and my chicken is raw and chewy as hell. Never going back.

The play was nice and peaceful. Went for lunch with my Director of operations and our HR and I can say it was very enjoyable. Clean on the outside better in the inside . All the condiments are neat and well kept. The waba sauce is Delicious. One of the best Waba Grills Ive been to.

Great chicken, always cooked to perfection. Not a lot of fatty or grissle pieces like other chicken bowl places.I always, get double chicken and it comes out super fast, by the time I am done filling my drink, the order is ready at the counter.If I had even 1 small piece of advice, get larger bowls... I cant mix the teriyaki sauce with the chicken and rice in the bowl they give because its full to the brime with food. I have to use a plate when I get home.Keep up the great food!

Everythins was perfect until I got home to eat my bowl.. I found HAIR TANGLED IN MY RICE!!! That is disgusting!! So of course I try to call to complain about it but to my surprise their phone doesnt work!! Like its disconnected or something not busy. Very upset I cant leave my house again because my lo isnt feeling good.

Food wise, waba is pretty good, e really enjoy it for lunch or after a work out. If you never had waba, try the chicken bowl with green onions and extra sauce. The service in this location is fast and the staff was nice and attentive. This is one of the better ran waba franchises around.

They give you a phone # for curbside pick up, but they make you go inside to pay, i realize that after 20 min waiting for food when i called back they say i get my food when i pay inside with attitude. Ridiculous!!!. I was missing items my on order. Overall bad service.

Monotone service, with chicken like rubber, tried to eat different parts of chicken but only put down about 1 piece, messes up my stomach for about two days. Come here if you dont care about you health.

It’s a very rubbish restaurant. I used Uber to order and deliver food. It closed at 9pm. I ordered a refund at 8:15pm. I won’t pay attention to this restaurant anymore.
