The manager who took my order was very rude and made me wait to order while he was teaching his employee about an order with another counter open where he could have placed my order at any time. Then he did not clearly get my order and he ended up not placing vegetables in my order which I needed. He was not even looking at me but talking to his employee the whole time; very arrogant and rude!!! Then, the miso soup is half what it usually is at other waba grills and the ribeye is dry and burned! See pictures. Yuck. I returned everything. Hopefully, he did not keep my money. We will see! Will update!

I had a ribeye bowl with extra meat. I asked for light rice, and extra vegetables. When I got home with it, I thought the cook mixed it up. I had a LOT of rice. The meal was still very good, just not the way I wanted.

Horrible customer service, girls answers with attitude, didn’t give me a receipt so i didnt even know my order was ready till i asked, she had it sitting there for 10 minutes, and shis all on her phone talking like shis not even working. also super dirty

All the employees were rude, the clerk rushed me and the store was very dirty. Trash on the ground and sauce spilled on the counters with hair!! The pictures were taken after an employee cleaned up the area.

Not the one to leave reviews but walking in girl was bent over the counter on facetime unbothered didn’t even greet once she was done with her phone call to attend me i asked her for a chicken bowl with veggies and corrects me with attitude “so chicken veggie bowl” as i’m giving her my money to pay she just has this nasty attitude face on her the receipt shows the name under aracely. she really needs some work on her customer service and fake it until customers are gone be discreet in how much you hate working there. smh

This Waba grill offers free avocado with purchase, but the guy that rang me up says, its through app purchase only. Nothing on flyer about that. Other Wabas dont say that.

I had the Waba bowl with green onions and avacado. Nobody else serves this dish that I know of and it is very good, and easy to eat and healthy. And I came in right before closing and was still greeted and served without being rushed, thank you.

Im not usually one to write reviews and complain but I have to write this review. My friend and I went in to get something to eat, when we walked in we werent greeted, instead we were greeted with ugly stares. The employees were being loud and rude. Especially the blonde lady who was ringing us up, she was being so unprofessional and rude. I asked her a simple question and she sighed and pointed to the menu. Some of the chefs werent even wearing mask? Which was confusing due to the fact that there is a face mask required sign outside the store. I wont be coming back to this location again :/

I try to eat healthy so this is my to go place 🙄 when I first came here it was a budget friendly menu but as time passes the prices keep going up I know the economy is screwed at the moment but I come here when I’m in a rush and need some food to go. What like here are the dumplings.

Honestly Im not one to complain but on different occasions the staff there has been rude every time I go. If I could give 0 stars I would. Today was the last straw. The man with the beard was ringing me up rushing me with attitude and then took off and then the lady with the blonde hair was finishing taking my order and giving attitude as well. I made two seperate transactions. So I patiently waited for my orders. She then called 82 and 83, I was waiting for numbers 83 and 84. So I waited and then she called 85. I was like ok maybe it was a mobile order, as I was waiting she then looked at me with attitude and instead of saying is there anything else we can help you with. She yelled out, what are you still waiting for? I then responded that I was still waiting on number 84, feeling embarrassed for yelling at me when I never gave her attitude and never asked if my other order was ready yet. She then told me again with attitude that she had called it and i told her no, she called 82 and 83 together and then skipped to 85. She still insisted but I told her no, she never called it. Then she complained to the man cooking in Spanish and i responded because I speak spanish as well. The customer service there is just the worst and I will just not go there anymore to be treated with disrespect. I get it everywhere is short staffed. I for one work in customer service myself so I know what its like and how to treat customers even if theyre wrong. But we do not need to be treated this way, especially trying to humiliate a person. Please find better employees! Until then Ill just go somewhere else.

Today I experienced the worst service ever! I asked for a box to carry 2 drinks. The bleach blong girl acted upset that she had to go to the back to get one for me.They gave me the carrier flat. I had to figure out how to open it. Then I asked for wabba sauce and the hot sauce and told me the packages were only for delivery I ordered to go. Wont ever go back to that store again!!!

I dont think they deserve 1 star!!! Was in last night about 5:50pm trying to grab a quick dinner. I stood waiting at the counter for about 5-7minutes with no greeting or even acknowledgment that I exhisisted. I understand times get busy even though there was only 1 other person waiting but at least be professionals and acknowledge you have a customer. There was 3 workers and not one said anything as they were right in front of me. I wont ever come back and this was rude on their part. I walked out with no food and still no one made an effort to apologize. Im telling everyone this place has awful customer service and not very clean dining area. Dont eat here!!!

The wait for my food wasnt too bad considering the time we stopped in, and it tasted pretty good! It was my first time ordering at a Waba Grill and I can safely say it wont be me last. However, this location certainly wasnt the cleanest, there were a couple tables that couldve used a wipe down, but that wont prevent me from coming back.

I enjoyed this place. I was craving a beef bowl from another famous chain but, on a friends recommendation, went here instead. The beef bowl was tasty, and there was a freshness to it that the other place just doesnt have. Its the difference between a smaller regional chain and a multinational mega-chain. Its also suitable for vegetarians and vegans. They only offer tofu at some stores, but the vegetables are fresh and tasty enough on their own to be satisfying.

Food is good, ordered a bottled iced tea with my meal, cashier would not provide me with a to go cup for ice. Required payment for a fountain drink even though I bought a drink...ridiculous! Food is already expensive here. Will be looking elsewhere to eat next time.

On two occasions, I walked in and the male cashier/cook, wearing his hat backwards, made an out loud sigh upon my entrance as he was sitting in the dining area on his cell phone and I burdened him to do his job I guess. So, I tried to be kind as maybe he was having personal issues, but he was very rude. He rushed me, interrupted me and still got my order incorrect. When I got to my car and opened the lid of the bowl, I realized it was incorrect as Im vegetarian and it was chicken so I walked back in and informed that same worker and he demanded I give him the bowl back. I told him I had already opened it so Ill give it to my family. With COVID going on, I was afraid hed resell it. He made my new bowl with attitude and I kept my eye on him as he kept looking at me while making my food. Never going back. Also, its a mess in there.

Theres always different people who work there and thats fine, but when you have workers on the clock behind the counter and right in front of you, literally with the guy facing & fully against the girls back end with his arms around her flirting with each other & following eachother like they couldnt keep their hands amongst other body parts off eachother is not only irresponsible but its unprofessionally disrespectful!!! Im hoping that they didnt have the position as manager! Id Appreciate it if the manager would from time to time look at their recordings from their cameras just to see if their employees are acting as an employee on duty!!! I always go to this location with my family bcuz its convenience but it isnt Cool not one bit for my grandkids to see this! Theyre gonna think that its ok to fool around in public while working!!!!😡 All in all, the food is always pretty good there!!!🥗🍲

If I could give a negative five star this would be the time went in for the 2 for 10 waited almost 20 minutes for my order not only to be wrong but in order to rush me out of there they gave me uncooked chicken if I get sick they will be seeing me once again. They need to work on getting orders out and correct instead of gossiping in the back.

Hey I dont know about you, but i am always on the lookout for great tasting food at a low cost. I found that Saba Grill has just that! The venue is very simple but tastes great and is prepared fresh on the spot. I have shared some great meals and enjoyed some memorable moments at Saba Grill.If you see one, take the time to try it out. My favorite is to share a bowl of Taryake on Brown Rice and for a small additional cost, I always ask to top it off with a fresh avocado!Mmmmmm!If you have been to Saba Grill lately, add your comments... This waba is the worst Ive ever been to. Staff is extremely rude. Place is always dirty. They stand on the grills and clean above the grills while cooking your food. This is not my 1st bad experience here. It doesnt even deserve a star...I leave this place angry everytime I get stuck going here for my family. Otherwise, i would never go here at all.

I love wabba grill I always buy it but this is the absolute worst wabba grill I have been to, the employees were very rude and arguing amongst echother, and wabba grill always has a full bowl, but at this location they are very stingy with both the chiken and the rice, I would not recommend this wabba grill location. The staff was also very slow.

That is a pretty nasty dirty floor dirty place the floors are dirty soda all over half the time the guy in the register is always on his phone probably talking and spitting in your face in the food when hes on his phone hes always on his phone all the time taking your money and serving your food it is a very very dirty place I would never go there I should have took pictures of the floor
