I placed an online order 15 mins befor my lunch i still had to drive 8 mins find parking and my 1 bowl wasn’t ready I waited another 15 mins inside the restaurant and i herd the guy that was working ask the chef what she was waiting for to were she says there’s no veggies so he proceeds to start making them since i didn’t want to wait any longer (I only had 9 mins to clock back in ) i told him i didn’t want veggies so then she starts making the chicken (which is litterly just pouring sauce on it )and it took her another 5 mins for that the place littlerly have 2 ppl inside and the lady was working soo slow there was a guy that was waiting 30 mins in there and stayed waiting after i left while the cheif was busy singing and danceing

Great customer service every time and the food taste great! I come here! Jessica and Liz are great always I come almost everyday and they already know my order when I walk :) thank you ladies for always being kind they work hard and busy their butt for us so thank you! ❤️

Food can be good or great or bad depending on the time of day - I usually try to go around 11 when it hasnt gone full swing usually get away with some decent bowls.I just get chicken and rice and sometimes it just hits the spot and other times it doesnt.This location isnt bad but the horrendous parking in this area is but thats not waba fault it just is what it is

By far the worst Waba Grill in LA. Food was burnt. Soda machine was flat and cashier refused to exchange flat soda for a canned one, even though I was willing to pay the difference. Avoid this place like the plague!!!! Horrible food, horrible service!!!!

I always loved to eat here but today their salad was nasty. They put the rotten one on the bottom. Also a while back I asked for the short ribs and they burned them. This is the first time they have done it. Didnt noticed it till I got home. So checked your food before you leave because the cook doesnt know how to cook he burns the meat.

I have to call it like I see it.girl at counter taking orders has no customer service skills. ask a question?her answer was, look up there thats what we got !, it was obvious the guest had never been there.

Only have 30 min lunch ? Don’t bother been waiting for over 20 already will not be able to enjoy my lunch . No food review haven’t received yet

After a while of seen this place been prepared for opening and finally was in service I took the time to check it out and see what its all about. Although I found the place to be clean and the service very friendly and presentable staff I found the food to be just Okay. Kinda reminded me of Yoshinoya. Tons of rice on the bottom of a bowl and very little of chicken, meat, veggies etc on top not the rice. Most of it did taste fresh and healthy just dont see why pay for a stop of meat with a ton of rice. Ive tried it several other occasions with different plates and they all turn out the same with the same quality in taste. I wasnt very impressed with the place.

Food is good. Service not so much. Found it annoying that i drove there and arrived at 9:50pm and was told they were closed when they have a big sign that says OPEN TILL 10:00pmI just wanted a chicken salad to go.I am objective and have to say that their food is good, but they must correct this early closing issue. Telling your customers your open till 10pm and then not being open is misleading & disrespectful.At 9:45pm i was parking and employees were frenetically cleaning, they really wanted to get home i suppose
