Posting as a first time WaBa Grill customer; Ive been told in the past years that this is a better Yoshinoya and it is. I have no other way to explain it other than to confirm that the flavors are as fresh as they imply. The WaBa sauce is pretty good but I advise against those who are on a budget. For 4 chicken veggie bowls I paid $41.56. The only reason I finally tried it is because I didnt want Yoshinoya, I already expect bad food from Yoshinoya. WaBa grill has won me but Ill probably be getting food here very rarely. Im on the verge of going on a budget myself do to local inflation.

They always give dark meat instead of white. Last time said I didn’t ask for white. Wouldn’t replace despite the fact I tipped them and they charged me for it.

Ask for sweet and spicy chicken very extra well done they didn’t do it told cashier like always they get mad and give attitude can’t go somewhere else because it’s just next to my house

The dumplings are so good here . However the customer service is really bad the Asian ladymean mugs people she dont see fit, or her upper lip stinks like dookie the only reason I came here a second time was the dumplings. never again will I come back here

Asian lady was extremely rude and racist. I went in for water because it was hot outside and I felt dizzy, and she kicked me out and told me I couldn’t sit down. I stopped inside because I had an interview at the Walmart next door, I was dressed very business casual, and it was really hot outside. The heat was making me feel dizzy and my interview wasn’t for another 30 mins so I went inside wabagrill. All I did was ask for cup a water and she immediately kicked me out once I tried to sit down. She allowed a white man to sit and stay when he also came inside for just water. Very rude, disrespectful and racist.

It was not too bad. Customer service was friendly and efficient. Good taste fresh good. Price was reasonable and so was the wait time. They keep the place clean. Overall it was satisfactory.

This the most BS meal i ever had. paid $15 for the plate. stingy as hell with the shrimp, a lousy excuse for a salad, and the “side of fruit” was half an orange. 😐i don’t know why so many of you eat here but this is the most phony healthy food i’ve ever eaten. i’ve eaten cheaper at sushi spots, in downtown, where the odds are meant to be against you!as well as that, horrible service. if you’ve never tried waba grill, keep it that way.

Food was great, the only thing I didnt like was that the employee at the front handling the money emediately went to handle the food and didnt wash her hands and didnt wear gloves, i also notice she served someone elses rice and with her hand she moved the rice to make room then added the vegetables, i will not be going to the waba grill at panorama city, please make sure your employees have proper food handling trainings, this is very gross!!

I’m starting to get mixed feeling about this place. I’ve been coming here every other day for the past 3 years and the bowls would be serve all the way to the top but now In the recent weeks they are serving them half way and today they got a little over hand they serve my bowl bellow half away !! It really did upset me ! I didn’t get a chance to go back and complain because by the time I noticed i was already at home. I’m sure I’m not the only who notice this. If they are gonna start doing this then they should lower the prices as well. I’ve been to other places and this is the only place who is doing this .

I love waba grill it cost about $12.22 for the combo plate. Service is quick,and food tastes great.
