They are very friendly, accommodating with superb and genuine interpersonal relationship with their customer. I commend Maria for a an excellent job in keeping this place a wholesome place for a family to dine/order and staff to stay. Of course shout out to Aurora for super fast and keeping up with the customers needs. Job well done to you. To everyone, keep your SMILE because thats the KEY to your SUCCESS and EXCELLENT customer service. Remember, Great food plus good price and excellent PR equals HAPPY customer. Very dangerous place to eat! I got a deadly bone in my bowl almost 2 inches long! Very disgusting and horrible experience. 0 stars, wouldnt recommend anyone to eat here... THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN ASAP!!!!

Asked for just veggies. Got just rice. Called to speak to the manager and all a girl kept saying was uh-huh everytime I asked for the manager. She then hung up on me after 3 uh-huhs and kept immediately hanging up every time I tried to call......so I finally talked to a manager and said she remembers me and shell take care of me next time I go in. 🙂 by the way, the beef and chicken were good.

The food was good no complaints about that but I asked for extra meat and was charged for it... And after looking at both bowls, they had the exact same amount of meat, I even asked aWorker which one was extra meat and she hesitated after looking at both. I feel like it shouldve been pretty noticeable difference in the meat so pretty let down they couldnt even admit they didnt add extra meat and still charged meFor it

One of the shifts here is horrible and I’m not the type to write reviews on food places on Sunday evening they moved really slow and don’t really have proper hygiene after serving each person. They also rush because they are so behind on maintaining orders. They took over 20 minutes for a regular chicken bowl and I wasn’t the only customer.Hire better workers please.

Food was prepared quickly, but the chicken, rice and veggies were soggy and bland. The salmon bowl was tender, moist and yummy. The dumplings we ordered were also very tasty!

Its fast food rice bowls made in West Covina. Dont expect Rowland Heights or Alhambra Asian quality. At the same time, the food is fine and isnt bad by any means. Food comes relatively quickly and I havent had any mistakes on my orders so far.

My husband and I are very pleased with the service. The cashier Dextrel C was not only polite but he hustled to get the food. When no one else was there in line he put on gloves and went to help in the back. Cook or whatever help was needed. He ran back to the register when customers walked in. We watched him do that a few times back and forth. If only all employees were like him everywhere. Just cause of people like him who hustle make me want to come eat there again. Great job Dextrel!

They have the most simple menu, easiest orders to take, yet they have a bad habit of getting orders wrong. Whats worse, when you let them know that they messed up your order, they get mad and act like its you who placed the order incorrectly. Rude staff takes this rating way down.

Never have what is needed for Waba (such a key ingredients ie. rice, chicken etc.) and when they make the chicken it is often chewy and sometimes cold, even when eating right away. Overall do not recommend, service is sometimes questionable or they mess up charging one more and end up no correcting themselves and having customers pay more.

Worst waba experience EVER! I went from loving this place to not wanting to come back! Decided to try out this location since I was in the area and it was a complete Inconvience for me. For starters DIANA! messed up on my order and tells me theres no onions when unless they changed the menu they always ask if you want onions with your bowl. Anyways I ordered what I normally get and paid 5 something for rice and carrots!! When I can make that at home obviously I wanted chicken to go with it. I ended up driving all the way back and this other girl helps me out and I explained to her what I wanted. she did NOT apologize instead she points at the menu and goes over it with me like Im an idiot! I eat here all the time I order the same damn thing I know the menu! She then asks if I wanted a bowl of meat which was going to come out to 4 something on top of the 5 I already spent!!! I just wanted the half chicken that was suppose to come with it, instead she charges me almost 3$ for a tiny cup thats not even full. 8$ for a bowl I didnt even want anymore! Please retrain the la puente staff, I wont be coming back!

Customer service is always horrible . Every time I try to call to place an order the employees never pick up the phone or answer the phone at all, and if they do they will leave me on hold for over 10 min . This is unacceptable and so unprofessional . The manager either needs to hire new individuals who know how to do their job or the manager himself needs to find another job that suits him/her.
