Both times Ive ordered with the app, theyve completely messed up a simple order with two bowls. Ive had better luck ordering in person. Place is kept fairly clean. Service is usually adequate. I visit weekly.

Alright so I got a Chicken bowl earlier today and this is what I got more than half my chicken is missing from a standard serving, this is not the first time either I have ordered through doordash from this location and got the same result. This is unacceptable. It also seems Im not even the only one who has experienced this either just by looki g at the reviews here. Then that one girl with the colored hair on the later shift giving off attitude because I asked for extra green onion. Im avoiding this location from now on. I advise you all to do the same.

Spent 25 bucks on two bowls and the avocado looks so unappetizing. don’t appreciate this because it was my meal for work.

I bought a chicken bowl not a Rice bowl, and they charge you the full amount.

I ordered from them through Uber Eats. First I received wrong order instead of Miso Soup dumplings, and second my steak and chicken veggie bowl has hair 🤮🤮 in it.

First time in the area and I found this place so disgusting, it was beyond dirty and the staff were unprofessional. I do not recommend anyone eat here ever.

I asked for no sauce because Im allergic to soy. They werent busy when I came in. Not like they were overwhelmed with work. They poured sauce all over my food anyways. Cant eat this. Bothers me when people cant follow simple instructions.

Excellent customer service and food was prepared well. Only complaint I have with this visit is your cashier is usually the first point of contact. Please teach them how to greet your customer put his cellphone down for a moment and return hello when someone says hello to him. Also when giving change back dont dig through your drawer and find the most ratted out dollar, he should have never taken and give to the next customer. I told him to take it back and just keep it as a tip. Thumbs down 👎 for the non trained cashier.

My first time eating here so I didnt know what to expect nor did I have any expectations. Our visit was a little late at night before closing so it wasnt crowded, location was clean...I was a bit disappointed with the menu selection. Nothing out of the ordinary or new so I just ordered white rice with spicy chicken. I honestly wouldnt eat there again, the price was way too much for the small amount of food we ordered and were served. As we left, I told the employee thank you and goodnight, he did not respond at all. I know he heard me cause we were the only customers left. I really wanted to like the place because I love finding new local spotss, unfortunately I dont really have anything positive to say about the visit, other than the place was clean.

The plate is half empty, I can practically count the rice, and my food was dry and cold, last time I step foot in this location✌🏻
